1st Time Purchasing! A Must Try! The Shop Is So Cozy! Staff Were Patient. This Is The 1st Time In A Long Time I?ve Had Very Soft Delicious Donuts! I Can?t Just Eat 1! These Are My Fav So Far! I Have To Come Back For More!

We?ve been trying to find a good donut spot since moving to the area. We found Heirloom Donuts online and decided to give it a try. Upon entering the bakery we were warmly greeted. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The donuts were fresh and they had many flavors to choose from. The coffee was also delicious. They were a little on the expensive side, but were delicious so I?d purchase them again, just not as frequently.

First time here I was a little overwhelmed by the menu but Alexa was so helpful and helped me break it down to understand it without making me feel like I was annoying or slow. She even helped us decide on the best options go to with as far as donuts and bundle deals. She was such a sweetheart. Definitely made our whole day! These Donuts are delicious!

This place is amazing!!! This is our first time ever going and the donuts were delicious. Jenna's customer service was so exceptional, I would come back for new items and her service. We were truly blown away!!!

I?m thinking the best time to grab donuts is first thing in the morning from here. I was excited to try for the first time and I happened to go around 1pm. The inside of the shop is adorable and I loved the DIY donut bar option (great for kids, etc.) I ordered 4 donuts and an apple cinnamon muffin. The muffin seemed more fluffy and moist than the donuts. For the price, the donuts were dry even though they were beautifully decorated and displayed. Will try again when they first open another time.

The service was exceptional! I wish I could remember the name of the older gentleman who served us all with enthusiasm and zeal! It was a pleasant surprise being informed it was national donut day. The smell of coffee and sweets hit you at the door. There's tables so you can enjoy your delectable delight indoors. The star of the show was the server and his energy. I can't wait to go back. Based on the website I expected a super cute and friendly homemade bakery with a variety of donuts, bagels, and pastries. The inside is actually like a Dunkin? Donuts and all the donuts looked like Kristy Kreme style and not very homemade-like. There were no bagels, pastries, nor did they even have coffee! I truly don?t understand this place. Never has enough donuts to last a full day of business. I don?t think that it makes this place great because it sells out so quick. No one should have to rush to a place as soon as they open to ensure they can browse a selection of goods and something let alone what they want. Inventory stock needs to seriously be reevaluated. Why stay open until 7 if you are sold out by 2? I?m done coming here.

What a fun bakery. The custom donuts were delicious and the staff was quite friendly. Lots of canned goodies to choose from. The shoppes had a great selection of clothing and home decor. It was a pleasant experience.

We found this place by accident. We had gone a long time in the car, trying to find a bathroom ?? We found this place and decided to grab a coffee while we were inside. They were getting ready to close, but made our coffee anyway and with smiles on their faces. Everyone was so nice and didn't try to rush us out of the building. Our coffees were delicious! The entire place is so cute and decorated so nicely. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely return.

Got the donuts in cold morning. Brought it home and the texture was just ok. However, when in the microwave for 10 seconds. wow, that is where the magic begins for me. Warm & chewy donuts.

Pastry Chef Casey has mastered her craft in every way. I showed her one Pinterest photo as an example of what we were looking for in a wedding cake and she ran with it. These donuts are definitely not homemade and taste like they are mass produced. The icing was absolutely disgusting and tastes like plastic. The best thing about the donuts was the sprinkles. The best part was the price i paid did not reflect what was shown on there main menu behind the counter. After i pointed out their mistake, i still was charged the higher price. You sell one product and the least you could do is make it homemade.

We had Heirloom bake the cake for my daughter's wedding. Several guests mentioned it was the best wedding cake they ever tasted. Love this place. I have had Birthday golf themed donuts and a full Sweet 16 Birthday cake. Both were delicious and looked great. Casey is an amazing pastry chef. If you are placing orders or stop by for a treat you will NOT be disappointed!!

Donuts and cake are tasty. Brownies are my only food there that doesn?t meet the chocolate quality taste test. Boxes are way too cheap and flimsy. I have dropped my donuts before when opening to bar due to the cheap box

I really love their doughnuts here! I also love walking in and seeing what other new deserts they have each time. I was even excited to see them at the Dessert Wars and the Sweets festival some time back. The people working here (and the newnan location) are all really nice.

Doughnuts are always fresh. You can tell they take pride in their products. Employees are always cheerful and happy. This makes the overall experience enjoyable. It's alot smaller than their last location but very well kept. I highly suggest anyone wanting a yummy treat to stop by.

First time going since they reopened. I understand that they used to be mobile only and are now more brick-and-mortar. The ordering process was easy and the selection is great. I wish they had more gluten free options for my wife and daughter. I've enjoyed the donuts I've gotten from there. Their maple bacon and creme filled donuts are excellent! I'll definitely go back! I just won't tell my wife.

I'd first like to state that I found this little treasure and was in heaven. I would go there every couple of weeks and get a dozen donuts to share. They were always fresh and delicious. However, the last 2 times I have purchased my usual dozen, they did not taste as fresh as they usually do. No worries, I love them so I tried again this week. Not only did the donuts not taste fresh, my usual price had increased by almost $4 for a dozen donuts. I hate to say this but my favorite donut shop has let me down.

Everything I have ever gotten is wonderful! The Chantilly cake is so yummy! Macrons just melt in your mouth and the cheesecake is so smooth! Duffins are little bites of heaven and my fav breakfast go to is the jalepeno n cheese bagels.

I order or go in the Newnan location for almost every holiday and they always have the best desserts in town. The mini cakes and coffee cake are my family favorite! The customer service you get is caring and they know me by name. Keep my business local and with them always due to how delicious everything has been and great service!

The donuts were delicious and huge, and lots of variety to choose from. Breakfast tacos are made and kept warm, which is fine, but not as nice as made to order, but can't really complain about it. The staff were all nice and friendly. I want to go back and try the cinnamon rolls. Oh and maybe because of Covid but we were served on to go boxes, which worked out since we ordered more than we could eat, but it seems like very wasteful with all that plastic for people eating there.

I worked with Casey on a custom donut and pretzel order for a baby shower. The experience/customer service was great from start to finish. She was very responsive and worked with me when I needed to change part of the order last minute. My order turned out perfect and everyone at the shower raved about the donuts!

Great customer experience here! I recommend the cold brew, James made it and it was the best cold brew I?ve ever had (yes, much better than Starbucks). The most important thing to me is that they have vegan donuts ??. It's so hard to find vegan sweets outside of Atlanta but they provide and the donuts taste amazing!! As for the shopping, the place is huge and has tons of local products. They make it so easy to support locally! I will say it kind of all fits into a style but still nice to check everything out.

We have only had their donuts twice since moving nearby...but my husband and I agree they have the best donuts we have had in a long time! The ones with piped icing on top are so sweet you can't eat more than one...so we prefer the frosted donuts. Can't wait to try the rest of their menu.

It's very cute. The market part is adorable. I can't speak for the food but we got coffee today and it left much to be desired. The lady working didn't quite know what she was doing and asked the other person working to do it. This was after we waited 5 minutes for her to get done helping the other customers. The original worker ended up making them but didn't stir my coffee. I only realized when I got to the end and all of the flavoring was there. For the price, we would go elsewhere for a better product

So happy someone loved on the old collector's corner. It was quite a staple in my childhood and I was happy to see it brought back to life, updated and vamped up! Lots of amazing vendors in the store. The bakery has delicious treats and their pricing is amazing. As someone who worked in a high end cafe, a pastry of sorts would be at least doubled compared the their prices. I bought 2 donuts & a GFree brownie for $5.60?? awesome! Time and time again Heirloom Market Co. & Bakeshop and Chef Casey have taken care of our bakery needs. They really are the best of the best! I did a terrible job of prepping the top of our wedding cake for freezing. I reached out to Casey and she recreated a cake for us to pick up on our way out for our anniversary trip. Even had it ready a day sooner than expected and boxed it for travel. We appreciate her and the staff at Heirloom for always going above and beyond!

It's okay. I have been interested in visiting the bakery to see if they offer gluten free or vegan items. Surprise, surprise... No GF and No vegan. They do offer 1 gluten free item, but I guess it was either sold out or they didn't make it. Aside from the non allergy friendly bakery, the market was cute. There were some clothes, accessories, home items, and more. I remember years ago when this place used to be an antique market. My mom loved coming here for the chicken salad sandwiches.

I visited here repeatedly before they rearranged into a bake shop. Amazing place before and even more amazing after! I really love vintage and antique items they sell here. All the products are displayed in a way that's satisfying to look at. Donuts here are very good!

Amazing vegan donuts! Soft, melts in your mouth. I was able to get two before they sold out, as they are made fresh daily. I am praying they expand across the states, I need one of these where I live.

The Bakeshop's donuts are far and away the best donuts around. The apple fritter was just as good. Their chicken biscuit was fresh and hot and the hash browns had some amazing seasoning on them. Can't recommend enough.

Friendly staff, excellent choice of donuts, they even have an option to Build Your Own donut (we didn't choose this) but opted for a few of many varieties they already had, plus tasty coffee.

We have been patrons of heirloom since it opened and always enjoy. We recently ordered a cake and had a small issue with it, however Casey completely stood behind the product and resolved the issue swiftly. For me that goes a long way. How a business responds when things do not go as planned speaks volumes.

The bakeshop has plenty of goodies, and a plethora of coffee drink options. The shop has spacious seating available, and small kid tables as well. The market is a fun mix of several vendors. Perfect spot for purchasing gifts and unique items.
