I genuinely have nothing but good things to say after trying it out ! So many options to choose from, everything we bought was fantastic . A longtime fan of dunkin donuts maple frosted donuts, and Heidi Ho's knocks them out of the park. Very friendly owner, and cute atmosphere. 10/10 recommend stopping in for breakfast, or a little treat if your in the area.

What a wonderful shop! Aesthetically pleasing, warm and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Everything is so fresh and beautifully decorated. We got cookies, donuts, hot cocoa, and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious. Can?t wait to come back.

I stopped in one morning just to check the place out and I really enjoyed myself here. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Everything was fresh and colorful and a nice change to the monotonous day in and day out grind of life. Those brownies were so good and the frosting was light and delicious unlike the too sweet frostings most bakerys and stores put on their sweets. If your in the area give them a try! I Certainly will be back soon!

We are in the area for baseball. We stopped by minutes ago and I?m about to turn around for more. I had the strawberry chocolate mousse donut. The donut and mousse were so light that I could have eaten a dozen. I was surprised by how reasonable priced our order was. The shop itself is adorable inside and the young lady that helped us was so sweet! Definitely stop in!!!

This shop is SO cute. I love the blue color. The owner is friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I got a variety of baked goods: donuts, cookies, and brownies. They were all AMAZING! so fresh, very tasty- I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend!

"Oh wow!" -Audibly said with my first bite. These are amazing donuts and priced reasonably for the masterpieces they are. Service was great, atmosphere was adorable. You can sit at the bar stools enjoying coffee and donuts while watching cars go by to the magical smell of fresh donuts. Or you can take them to go and they'll be just as amazing. Worth the stop and a must have for any out of town visitors to truly wow them with what Oswego has to offer.

Finally had the chance to check out Heidi Ho Donuts. Greeted as soon as you walk in the store. So many selections to choose from! Orange creamsicle, chocolate sprinkle and cinnamon bun were what we picked out. Super amazing and will have to go back again soon!

My husband and I went here and got donuts. I got a raspberry lemon donut. They are amazing! I'm so glad they are local. We will definitely be returning. I've also been given a honey glazed raised donut. That in my opinion is the true test of a donut shop. It was the best I've ever had. They even beat out other places I've been like VooDoo donuts, and Glazed and Confused. I urge everyone to give them a try. Staff is amazing and super friendly. The shop is overall a great atmosphere.

We?ve been here a few times, the donuts are amazing! And the staff is always fantastic. For my children?s birthday 1 &4 Heidi made us a few dozen and two giant donuts in place on smash cakes, the kids devoured them, and no donuts were left behind all of our guests asked to take one home and they were way cheaper than I was expecting! We came today for snow day donuts, a little tradition my son and I have!

This place first came onto my radar because I'm from the northwest where maple bars are THE donut. I think here they are referred to as maple "sticks". I noticed they had maple donuts on the menu and initially came in to try that. I later returned for sayonara donut boxes for my temporary coworkers. Outstanding and delicious donuts. Very clear that Heidi takes great pride in her work product. The prices are very reasonable given the specialty donuts. I truly hope this gem of a shop continues to grow! My recommendation, run there, especially in the morning when the cart is rolled out with the donuts. Thank you Heidi and good luck!

We are so excited to have a local donut shop in town! I love donuts and have tried them all around America. This place makes a good quality donut and they have lots of fun varieties. Their donuts are in hot demand - there were several groups buying donuts the last time we stopped in. It is definitely a place to stop when you are in town!

The staff was very nice. We purchased a dozen donuts and 4 donut kabobs for our children and it was $70. Prices are a little high and unfortunately my children didn't seem to like the donuts. The kabobs broke apart as soon as they were taken out of the wrapping and that caused a few tears. I enjoyed my maple donut but my husband was not a fan of the Boston cream or jelly donut. I think we just expected more for the price and beauty of the donuts.

We are only leaving 3 stars and that is due to the friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the shop. Now however for the donuts........ordered an apple fritter, raspberry filled don't and a small container of donut wholes for the dogs, the total came to $14, which is crazy.....when we got home and opened the box we saw the apple fritter was way over done, the hubby said the raspberry donut tasted like it was a day old. 1 dog loved the donut wholes and the other did not. Very disappointed in the qual

The donuts here are beyond amazing. So much creativity and FLAVOR!! If I didn?t watch what I ate to an extent, I?d be here daily. I?ll never go to Dunkin again. Do yourself a favor and shop local. These are worth every penny and then some.

Awesome homemade doughnuts. Best in town hands down. Price chopper's used to be good but they are always old tasting now. Dunkin' leaves a film in your mouth like it's made of plastic. Heidi Ho's has a pleasant natural lemon aftertaste and never leaves me feeling sick to my stomach. Really high quality baked goods. P.S. to Paula, feel free to go back to Maryland where they don't put sugar in doughnuts apparently!

Great customer service with super nice employees including the owner. The donuts are incredible! I recommend the specials, especially the Nutella one. It's probably the best donut I've ever eaten in my entire life!

Went there for the 1st time today. Loved everything about this place! I got the strawberry cheesecake gluten free donut: oh my god. So good! More often than not, you can tell it's GF (grainy) - this was exceptionally good! Highly recommend. *I'd post a picture but I ate it before I even thought about it haha

Heidi Ho?s donuts are the best i?ve ever had! The doughwaffle sammy is so so so good. I?m not much of a coffee drinker but the iced coffee here is great! Vanilla, caramel and salted caramel are my favorite flavor shots!????

Their donuts are delicious and definitely worth the higher price tag. They're made fresh every day and also sell day old donuts for half price. They have so many different kinds of donuts, so everyone will be happy

Sadly overpriced pucks of uncooked donuts balls. Very nice staff and they look absolutely amazing. Favor was missing and very big turn off when donut was doughy in the inside.

Came up to see My child at college. Stopped by here after seeing on google maps on way in. Boy was my spouse and I happily surprised by the offerings. my child has allergies and was accommodated. What a gem in Oswego.
