CHECK EVERYTHING! I don't know what type of training the employees get. But this is the third time I have ordered three donuts and have received two. I called and asked if I could come get the maple bar that she forgot but she responded saying she would about charge me while laughing. I don't know how anybody can laugh at that in this economy. You can see in my photo that there are only two donuts. I wouldn't spend my time riding this review and taking pictures if this hadn't upset me.

Friendly place to grab donuts. Tale advantage of the Heavenly dozen and half dozen that give you a little extra! Not the best patr of town, you can tell by the height guage stickered to the doorframe to get the perp's height as he is running away... Open late for those late nite munchies!

I love APPLE FRITTERS so much. My favorite doughnut. My husband and I had been there last 5 years till now. They never been make us disappointed at all. Always kind, always sweet and always tasty .!! My kids loved it so much too.

It's a 24/hr doughnut place, it's literally open 24 hours a day. I went in at 5:00 a.m. I walked in the door and put my heavy work laptop bag down on one of the tables in the lobby and the lady behind the counter immediately said oh the lobby's closed, and I was like wait but can I get donuts and she's like yeah but the lobby's closed. okay not sure what that has to do with anything. The worst customer service ever. Save your money and go to Dunkin. They will overcharge you and short you on the donuts. Make sure you check that you got everything you ordered otherwise it will be a nightmare. And when you ask them about the missing donuts, they laugh in your face. And in this economy? I've given them several chances. Today I only receive two of the donuts out of the three that I paid for. Just be careful

Service was above & beyond! I ordered a dozen donuts on Grubhub because today my baby is 6 months old for her ?half birthday?. I put in the notes asking if they could give us more sprinkled donuts vs any other kind. When I got my order they were all sprinkled donuts & they sent a little bag of sprinkled donut holes with ?happy birthday? on the bag?? now idk if they do this for everyone or if I?m just emotional because my baby is 6 months, but I appreciated this simple act of kindness SO much. Variety and availability depend on what time of day you visit. most of the time their apple fritters, old fashioned, glazed, lemon or raspberry filled, maple ars and other delicious choices are available. Donuts are delicious but the staffing has issues... they rushed me picking out my donuts and when I asked what flavor the green and purple icing was they said no flavor, it's just icing.... clearly not the case. June 2 is National doughty day I found out when I drive past the store. It was buy one get one free. The store was nice, there was plenty parking outside and the customer service was amazing. The doughnut was 10/10

Date: Friday, 02/28/2025 Time of Order: 6:45 AM I ordered coffee and a chocolate bar donut, and both were disappointing. The coffee had a burnt taste, and the donut clearly tasted like it was fried in old oil. I'm very upset that I wasted my time and money on the worst taste ever. I?m not sure why the quality was so bad.

The donuts were fresh, pillowy and delicious. Not overly sweet. The workers are extremely nice and seem happy to be there.

i visit at least once a week as I have to drive by on my way home from work. the donuts are amazing. i love the raspberry fritters and the maple buttermilk bars. the staff is very friendly and the service is fast.

Smart attentive staff outdid us with our confusion about splitting a ?FAnCy ?dOzEN true blueCoLLAEdonut perfection, should probably 5 star the "AtMoSphere" but I was bummed dude ahead of us slowed down things with a yummy looking but custom blended drink.

I have gone here since it was a Winchels way back. Now when ever I go on there they never have curlers available or maple bars. So I drove away won't go back.

I ordered a heavenly dozen and only got Bear claws and a croissant looking thing. It was like they just said they only got those left screw it. These are as I got them, not what I expected from a "heavenly dozen" not going here again.

I don't know what they put in the water but these donuts are some of the best in the metro area and all of their locations are so consistent. The apple fritters are the best that I have had.

My absolute favorite donut shop! Always have a huge wonderful selection. The sprinkled and the bulvarian cream are a go to always. The worker was incredibly helpful and friendly. All smiles.

I love their donuts and they are priced great! I got a classic dozen and a half for $19! I love their buttermilk bars and the staff are so friendly. Their donuts go quick in the morning so I'd say arrive early lol.

Picked up some fritters and a good 2/3 of it were still raw. Use to be my favorite place becauseof their variety of fritters, but will have to start going somewhere else; this is the 2nd time I've gotten raw donuts from here. In the photo I'm holding the raw dough, It doesn't look like it, but I can sure taste it being raw still.

We ordered a dozen donuts for delivery to some friends. Since we weren't able to choose individual donuts, we left a note asking if they could do any "fun" donuts because it was for a 6 year old's birthday. They delivered a box of awesomeness, everyone loved them! Thanks for helping make his birthday special during the pandemic.

Supposedly open 24hours a day. Headed there before work to buy donuts for my team. 305am lights are off, doors locked with an employee chilling behind the counter. No sign on the door. What makes this work is it is 6 miles out of the way. And only one close to my work or house. There's my rant about this place, have a good day.

My husband and I are obsessed with the mocha frappuccino from heavenly donuts but this drink we got today was horrible, the ice was practically whole in the blended drink the powder wasn't mixed completely... all the lady could say it must be the blender but she only blended it for 1.5 mins... with the covid-19 stuff going on we dont go out that often for coffee but we'd at least like to have a drink we could enjoy.

I truly don't understand the popularity of this place. Tried it multiple times, super inconsistent quality and customer service...both of which are "eh" on a good day. Most times the selection is poor, donuts are stale and taste like old, dirty fryer oil. Even the couple times they were "ok" the prices are much too high for this level of quality. Customer service is almost always just bad. There are way too many decent to great donut shops around to waste time and money going here.

I picked up a dozen donuts (there dozen is 14 BTW ) a few days ago and even after 3 days they taste beter and fresher than any store bought donut. One of the top 3 donut shops in town. Its a tie between heavenly donuts and donut world in Gresham. you cant go wrong either way.

Wonderful place I come here all the time picking up orders from the door dash app I believe you can also order from there website anyways I tried them out for myself finally and OMG!!! They really are heavenly donuts to die for and the chillas are very good love everything about this place!!!

I wish they would use non GMO/Organic ingredients, however until that happens I just need to eat doughnuts less frequently. They have some of the best fritters, bear claws, maple bars, etc... Their selection, the fact that they taste good and don't leave that gross feeling sensation on your palate like a big chain donut place does... Their prices are also reasonable.

I really wanted to like this place since I drive by it almost every day when I stay in Camas. I figured since I had a long road trip, I would pick up half a dozen. Got 2 Apple Fritters since they?re usually my favourites, and a few others? service was quick and friendly. She called me ?hun? far more than I was comfortable with but the food was terrible. Super soggy and doughy fritters. The long johns frosting had no real discernible flavour variance between maple and chocolate. They ended up in the trash.

This location was once a Winchell's Donuts, so for me, Heavenly had a lot to do to attract me back. They didn't disappoint! There is a big fresh selection of cake, raised, and filled donuts to choose from.

The woman at the counter made us wait 7min before helping us, as she put together online orders. I told the woman what we wanted & she proceeded to help the gentleman that came in after us. So, fool on me as I should have left right away. Once, we got to our car the doughnuts were stale & tough, our drink was way too sweet as they put a lot of Carmel in the drink. $12.00 spent on gross doughnuts & drink!

Bought Five donuts at 6 on a Sunday evening, admittedly a hard time. Rasberry fritter: compact with berry swirls. In texture and flavor more similar to a danish than a traditional donut. This place is great! It's also one of the few remaining small/local/family businesses in the Gateway District of Portland. These people work hard 24/7 preparing donuts and other treats despite the rapidly increasing crime against businesses. They are good people who will feed anyone and treat everyone who walks through their door with kindness and love.

Two times I've tried to come here late at night and both times the place has been locked up. The first time it was closed with no sign. This time it was lights on, door locked, and "open" lit up. I'm tired of wasting gas on a late night doughnut quest with no success thanks to bad management.

Actually used to love the place, occasionally they'd even hook me up with a free one if I had a bad day sign piloting. But then about 4 years ago I went parked my bike and trailer (yes I actually only had 1 at one time) put my cig out and tossed it in trash with a couple things that were laying there and got in line to actually purchase a couple. This is a well known bakery for the best of the best products. I walked several miles when the bus system was down, just to get a donut from them. It's also close to a Fred Meyer, WinCo and mini mall with other facilities including gas stations. The 102nd MAX train stop is one block away.

My family and I love Heavenly donuts. I haven't been here in a while, but I had to get the maple bar and the chocolate bar for my boys. The double chocolate is my favorite. We went in the evening and had them after dinner. The cashier was very nice and friendly.

This place was packed, and full of delicious donuts. The people who work here are so nice . Ill definitely be back, if you have big orders do them online and pick them up. I was in and out un under 3 minutes.

We found this place when we lived in Gladstone. Now we live near the Glisan location. We?ve ordered them for co-workers and personal life. They are the closest thing to Dunkin Donuts and much friendlier! They make the best tasting donuts around!

Love this place! Donuts are fantastic ?? only issue: there's always a problem accepting payments from my Chime debit card, fortunately at my last visit the employee manually punched in the card number and it worked. Not sure why but every time I'm here there's a problem with accepting my main debit card, so just a warning to Chime users.
