What a disappointment The donuts are near as good as they used to be and they are twice the price. Every local grocery store in Post Falls has better doughnuts for a lot less money. I don't mind paying extra for a good product but it would be a real stretch to call this company's product average

Yesterday I was blessed with donuts from Mr. gross. They were not only delicious, but he added in a message of hope and was super kind. I hope God blesses this business tenfold for his goodness and willingness to stand up for what he believes in. What an amazing business.

Yesterday the owner blessed my boyfriend and family with their amazing donuts. Then even took it a step further with an awesome message of hope and blessed our hearts, our bellies, and our day. Need more people like Mr Gross in this world, it would be a better place.

Cycling the North Idaho Centennial Trail, we needed a coffee stop. Google gave is Gross Donuts nearby. Glad we stopped. Good coffee and scrumptious donuts. We will be back.

I got deceived! Donuts not as gross as advertised in the name; they were actually pretty good! I feel cheated cause I enjoyed them so much. A great donut shop that was 12 minutes down the road from us opened on a Sunday morning at 6:30am. The kids loved the donuts and we even enjoyed a couple Italian Sodas. There's nothing bad I can say about the place!

Very large selection of donuts, best in the area. Nice hangout and meeting areas. Coffee is good but not strong enough for most serious coffee drinkers so I buy to go and make my own coffee or bring my own. Nice polite staff and store is always clean and neat.

I wanted a special gift for the staff of Centenial Physical Therapy in the Spokane Valley, WA. I was already a fan of Gross Donuts, so it was a no brainer, when I saw on their Facebook page that they were making holiday, decorated donuts. I ordered a baker's dozen, they were a real hit!

They have consistently very good quality products. They will customize donuts for you with fillings and frosting. Their fritters (my favorite) are the best around. I recommend this place highly! I had a fritter for a photo but ate it!!

Ordered a dozen chocolate bars and a dozen maple bars for my daughters bday. We asked if sprinkles can be added and was told they can only go on the round donuts but no biggie. We picked up two boxes of donuts that seemed to be a day old based on how hard they were and they way they are put in the boxes, the toppings stuck to the box or other donuts. So very disappointed!

The donuts were great, with a good variety of fresh donuts. The dining room was clean and was being cleaned when I came in. The cashier was friendly and proficient. The only thing missing was the owner!

this place is the worst place to get donuts. i went there and stood at the front for about 10 minutes before someone came and helped me. when the girl came out she was so rude and impolite. she was very snappy and threw my donut at me across the counter. i get to my car and go to take a bite of my donut and what do i find? a hair. HAIR. disgusted, disappointed and will never go back.

If you like doughnuts, you need to try this place. Best apple fritters, maple, and glazed doughnuts anywhere. The young lady, Faith, who waited on us, met us with a good morning and a smile and was so sweet explaining their different flavors. We left with a bakers dozen of mixed flavors. Highly recommended.

I had the worst experience this morning ever at this place! Went in to get donuts for my husband?s work place and the snippy girl told me that I couldn?t get a dozen of maple bacon. She got all beside herself! She said, You have to pre order otherwise their won?t be enough for anyone else, which I have never heard any other time we've gone there. Great Donuts! My two year old loved the large variety of creative donuts. I have seen gross donuts involved in the community at multiple occasions where they are giving great donuts away. I love that a company has a bigger agenda than making a buck. I would highly recommend this place for a good snack or social gathering.

Love the people her. The girls are so nice and take the time to get to know you. We used to go every Sunday for donuts but stopped for a while after my wife had our twins. And when we stopped in for a delicious dozen, they remembered us and asked us all about the kids. Such a great place.

I stopped in there and got a dozen donuts, I thought. What was in the box when I got home was 9 donuts. I ordered 6 glazed, 2 maples bars, which was all they had, and the rest yellow cake with chocolate icing. What I got was 6 glazed, 2 maple bars, 1 chocolate with sprinkles, which I hate, and that is all. Nine donuts for $17. I ate one glazed and it was it was tasteless, as if they forgot the flavoring. What is going on? I tried calling, but they're closed now, and the voice-mail isn't accepting message

This place is an icon. An absolute must visit. They are open 24 hours a day and have the BEST fritters and donuts around. They always have apple fritters and then they have special ones like cherry and banana on certain days of the week. Everything I have ever tried from here was an absolute delight. And in my opinion, the most perfectly crafted lattes around.

Everyone here is so very helpful, even when I end up grilling them about the makeup of each donut (which the variety is top-notch). Their coffee and tea is yummy, and they'll go the extra mile to make my drink spectacular. This is also a great place to meet up with friends and just hang out! 10/10 would recommend!

I'm a total fan! This little joint may have tossed around a few names in the past but I think they've nailed it this time. With a wonderful selection including the maple bacon bar, to the bear claws and regular sprinkle right on down to the buttermilk glazed, fruit burritos and apple filled crumb this place is you one stop shop for the donut lover inside you! They have very good donuts, when I came in yesterday evening around 7 I wanted some jelly filled donuts and the young lady said she could fill them which is great but as she was handling my donuts to fill she had no gloves on... I had to ask her to please wear gloves. I Just think if your handling customer donuts you shouldn?t be touching them with bare hands! How do I know where her hands have been? The other customer in the store looked at me and said thank you, I should of spoke up about that also.

Best donuts in the area and such a great selection! I usually get them for other people, being diabetic and donuts don't go together to well, but when I do treat my self to one, it's there bacon maple bar for me and the apple fritter for my wife!!! Sorry no pics this time, next time I will!

Since moving back to Idaho I started looking for a good donut shop, the peanut butter triangles here are to die for. The service is quick and friendly, all the employees smile every day here. We ordered a dozen more to take to our son and his roommates in Ellensburg and we seriously debated if we really should give the doughnuts to them or keep them for ourselves. My work comes here pretty regularly to pick up donuts and we absolutely love the place. They have a fantastic selection and find them to me really a good quality Donuts. All their sauces and different specials are really fantastic and the coffee is great too.

Donuts are alright, I like the 24 hour availability. Recently in the early night I showed up and get no service or anyone talking to me, despite one of them having seen me. This last time I waited nearly 2 minutes at the register with zero customer service and figured they didn't want my business. I get that they're busy, but if someone makes eye contact it'd be nice to hear an eta...or anything.

Finally tried this place.. won't be back. Donuts were just ok. We went in at 8:30pm the donuts were dry granted there were probably from the morning batch. But the topper was the lazy slow service not welcoming and was more worried about getting to serve the young lady behind us. As we paid for our treats and walked towards the door the lady sighed loudly "finally" like we were a pain to serve 2 donuts to! Won't ever be back here do to rude service!

When the donuts are this good you can name your business whatever you want. I told my self to only eat one. Then I ate two. Currently entertaining a third. Dang these things are tasty.

I heard good things about this shop so I decided to try them. I spent nearly $3 on 2 donuts. A chocolate bar and a cinnamon roll ($1.69). The chocolate bar was .98 I believe. The cinnamon roll was still raw inside with very little cinnamon flavor. The chocolate bar wss like plain fried bread with just ordinary chocolate flipping. Nothing to brag about. I thought their name was maybe the owner's name, but I've come to realize it's their donuts that are gross and way over priced. Never again.

Update05NOV2023** Who closes on Sundays? Seriously ??????? be prepared to drive to CdA on Sundays if you want to support local donut shops. They make such great donuts ??, they make apple fritters, banana fritters and blueberry fritters ??. They'll make you a latt? and have ice cream, also

I've had better, and I've had worse donuts. I was pretty much in and out which is nice. The staff was polite and friendly. The prices were fair. No real complaints at this time. As for now, I will be back and I would recommend this place to a friend.

The economic "pressures" seem to have reached what once was a decent doughnut place. The maple bars have a glaze so thin, it's like stain on wood. Prices weren't displayed like they used to be. Be better if businesses were more transparent about their price increases and kept the same or improved quality vs. hiding numbers and cutting corners.

A great place to grab a donut and coffee with friends or your family. They always have a large selection to choose from including, my favorite, the peanut butter chip filled one. The staff is always friendly and our kids enjoy special trips to the "donut store"

Donut case gets refilled with fresh product at 3am. Great for a graveyard shift pick me up. Coffee doesn't take long to make a new pot, either. New beans are a little less bitter than I like, though.

I've been getting donuts here for over a decade, since they were called the Donut House over near City Hall, and I've never had a bad experience. I've always made it a point to grab a donut when visiting the area, and I'll certainly be a regular now that I'm back!

Best coffee and donuts in Post Falls! My wife's family lives in Post Falls so we visit every summer and the Donut Dugout is a staple of our trip. I love some good coffee and donuts in the morning before getting our day started and there isn't a better place in Post Falls for that. Their donuts are amazing and they make great lattes too.

10/28 @ 8:20am watching a worker make doughnuts without gloves on and sneezes without covering her mouth. I am pretty sure there is health code to follow and thats not following it at all. Who knows how many doughnuts she has made. Doughnuts are amazing, but now Im not sure because if they always make them without gloves if i want to eat there because i could get sick. Make sure your employess know the health code and practice proper prpcedures.

Typical donut shop. Nothing really remarkable. Prices are slightly higher than average. I've been here three times and the most notable aspect has been the staff. They always seem like you're bothering them or as if they have literally no desire to be there.

This is a new business for us here in Post Falls. They have the full range of donuts. We enjoy them and my wife picks them up almost every week. Very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean.

This used to be the one doughnut shop around that was always open for those late nights that your up with friends or family or a late work night, recently I?ve found their hours have drastically changed and they are no longer always open, it?s a major inconvenience for a night owl such as my self, I do not plan on returning until this is reverted because I simply can?t make time during the day. Nice if you are going to visit someone or have a group meeting. Doesn't offer starbucks like coffee drinks. You can order coffee or tea but no lattes or macchiatos or anything. They do have a wide variety of decently prices donuts though...
