These are the Best donuts in Montana! It?s only open Friday through Sunday. Cash only ($1 donut or $10 for a dozen)place and there was a long line but it?s worth the wait. Granny was serving you the donuts and the shop owner was so friendly. He let us dip a donut in sprinkles. That was a great experience! I highly recommend any of the donuts but loved the orange cream. The donuts have a crunchy but soft texture. Really is the perfect donut!

Tiny donut shop that features the softest donuts you can find! All cash, but at $1/donut or $10/dozen, it is so worth paying cash! All of this is topped off with top notch customer service and a cool kid experience for the littles!

Take it from a self proclaimed donut aficionado... Granny's are amazing! However, there are two rules you must follow if you want some: Show up early (if you don't want to stand in line for an hour, or be the one that is told, "sorry, we're out of donuts" ) Bring cash (only form of payment accepted) The coffee cream is to die for... 3rd times the charm. The first time my husband and I drove to Granny's Donuts, we were hit with the reality that they only accept cash. What a great little spot to get donuts! Loved the atmosphere and overall friendliness of the staff. The donuts were delicious! They have several flavors to choose from. They even had one cake donut when we went. They have variety boxes for quick grab and go if you don't want to pick your own, or you can wait in line to select your own donuts. We opted for 4 donuts, each one was only $1! Note that this place is busy and cash only. They are currently open a few days a week.

This is my second time coming to Grannys. My family & I just moved to Bozeman & all the locals mentioned this place first. I fell in love with it my first time and today we went back to get a dozen donuts for 10$. It is cash only. I met Robert & Deb there on my first visit & they were so nice. Very welcoming place. Took my son here and he loved the experience so much! The worker?s were very kind to him and let him put sprinkles on his own donut (which for a toddler is a big deal, at least for my son it is ??) This establishment is nothing short of pleasant. I got the opportunity to visit while I was scoping out the area, considering living in Bozeman at the time and the food is just fantastic. I drove from Salida, Colorado to Bozeman, Montana for one glazed donut. Overrated. The doughnuts seem a day old already, and customer service is nonexistent, with the staff being rude if you ask basic questions about the doughnuts. Horrible hours, I don't know how this business makes any money. You're better off going to New Day bakery in Belgrade.

We arrived around noon on what we later learned was Montana State parents weekend, and unfortunately a nice gentleman at the door apologized that they were out of donuts. When he saw our disappointment, he snuck back inside and came out with a small bag of whatever he could find and told us they were on the house. We stopped for donuts and realized they were cash only once inside. As millennial who just lived through 2020 we didn't have any cash on us. They were super nice and insisted on giving us a free donut. They told us a patron earlier had left extra money so people could eat donuts. The family staff made us feel like family. I live in a small town in central Kentucky that has quite possibly the most perfect donut shop in America, Burke?s Bakery. I have lived and traveled all over the country and I have sampled donuts from many a place? I?ve never found anywhere to compete with Burke?s. Until now. The raised glazed might be the best donut I?ve ever tasted! And the friendliness and charm of the shop just takes it over the top. Kids (& adults) get to dip their own sprinkle donuts. These Donuts were delicious! Great texture and flavor! The chocolate was almost like a dark chocolate the most unique chocolate donut that I've ever tasted. I thought they went a little light on the maple glaze but it ended up being a great donut anyway. When a glazed is that good you know they've got a good thing going. It was my favorite of all the donuts. I highly recommend trying these Donuts.

I'm not an every Sunday kind of donut person, but it's also not my first rodeo. My daughter and I arrived. Waited patiently in line. The couple ahead of us was generously offered a sample of the new ganache. The group directly behind us was offered to sprinkle their own donuts. So what, were we invisible? By far the best donut shop I have ever been to! If you're more interested in a perfectly round donut, for whatever reason, than maybe this shop is not for you. Having worked in European bakeries I?m always looking for tasty bakery treats here in the US and having read all the positive reviews online I had high hopes for granny?s donuts. Sadly I?m pretty disappointed. While the crumb (the inside) of the donuts has a nice texture, I found them to be on the dry side and there was way too little filling. The custard tasted like boxed Jello mix although they claim that it?s homemade. The owner also seemed very irritated when I had a few simple questions about the types
