I?m unsure why folks have given them anything but 5 stars! The donuts are standard but EXCELLENT no fancy flavors etc but the flavor and quality were the best we tried!
Go to spot for a good ole ham and cheeser! They even have a jalape?o one if you are into that! Donuts are also very good, they have got all the staples. Staff is very friendly!! Great business to support.

I got home after picking up my donuts and coffee and my donuts were fresh, crispy and delicious. I only had $10 and I was 75 cents off so the man told me I can owe him 75 cents next time, he was very nice and helpful, great customer service. The baker was coming up to put donuts in the display case and said hello as well. I live around the corner and have been wanting to check this place out because randomly will crave a donut. We get donuts every day in CA when we are here. These were great! *CASH ONLY* owner heard my 6 yo complaining he was so thristy from our walk but I only had enough cash for one dz donuts. Gave my son a drink anyways and said to pay him later. Went back the next day for another dozen and paid him extra for his kindness.

They have the BEST donuts. They are also SUPER NICE. Theybowner always remembers me and everything I told her about me and she will ask about it the next time I see her. You feel so special here! This place is the bomb. I have been looking for a locally owned mom and pop donut shop since making the move from the OC. Granny's donuts does not disappoint. The donuts are always fresh and the service is top tier. The prices can't be beat. I look forward to satisfying my weekend donut cravings at Granny's from now on.
This is my neighborhood donut shop. It?s located on the corner of Redondo Avenue and 4th Street in the Bluff Heights district of Long Beach. When the craving comes out of the blue for a warm Maple Bar or a Sprinkled Chocolate Doughnut, this is where I come. It?s an ALL CASH establishment and three $1 bills will get your craving under control :) Mom and Pop and their son will be waiting with a smile to greet you! I walk but there?s parking too.
Really fast, courteous service. Great donuts. My husband is from Portugal and he actually liked the croissants. I think that is the first time he has liked them since moving here. Also they are HUGE. So that might have added to the novelty. Highly recommend.
Great service whenever I pop in. Good price for an ice coffee and a snack .?? Their donuts are pretty good and still taste fresh. (better than the place closer to me). (3:30 pm was the time of my visit.) Just wish it was cooler indoors.
This is exactly what you want when you stop to get donuts. The quality is far above your average bakery. Plus, their prices are unmatched. I bought 2 large donuts and a large knotted donut for a total of $2.80. It's a no brainer. These are delicious donuts at a price every can afford!

I've been wanting to stop here. While getting some pizza next door I decided to grab a dessert donut. Chocolate chocolate. Amazing! The lovely lady was patient as I asked her for a donut recommendation. Even at 4pm when most donuts in donut stores are stale; it was the fluffiest, chocolatey-est donut I have ever had.
I wish the could take credit or debit, but I can?t complain that much for donuts and croissants that cheap. They are delicious. This is walking distance and it?s perfect for a nice croissant and coffee in the morning.
I've been coming here for years, but the last time I went she gave me the wrong donut order. When I went back and told the order all she said was sorry and what would I like today. So it's ok to take my money and not give me what I paid for? Why not give me the donut I asked for when I came back vs making me pay again for what I wanted? So I'm algeric to coconuts, let's not give me a coconut donut I can't eat and make me pay twice for what I want.
Was unaware it's a cash only business. I was a dollar short and the lady told me to just pay her back next time. Really nice lady and delicious donuts! I went back and gave her an extra $5 for her covering for me.

I'll give 'em Credit , they had a nice selection of tasty doughnuts and the one's I got were very fresh and delicious! If & or when I'm back in there area I'd go out of my way to get a couple more
I always get the yellow cake chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. These donuts satisfy my daily chocolate cake and donut cravings. The donuts are always fresh, the frosting and sprinkles are generous, and the owners are super nice!
