I have literally never left a bad review for anything. I know small business owners work hard and I can?t bring myself to speak poorly of businesses like that. But my experience this morning needs to be shared. They left out my child?s sprinkle donut. A little irritating since we?d already left the store, but not a big deal. We headed back to the store to get it. I (politely) let them know they?d left out the donut and asked them to fulfill my order by giving it or a similar one to me. She looked at the c
I like walking into a place of business and being greeted with a hello or an acknowledgment. These ladies were in a hurry to get us in and out. I won't be back.
First off, I have been in Grandview for a long time and I'm a big proponent of supporting local businesses BUT I will NEVER come back to this donut shop again. I go in to get my boys some donuts, 4 donuts and it rang up to $8.50....thought that was a little expensive but O WELL! Thank them and tell them have a great day. Get back into my car and find out there was only 3 donuts, ok go back inside and tell them about it. The guy starts pkging the donut and she rings it up, I said I already paid for it, s
Not really very good. Service is ok. Lots of talking in their language while you are there makes it awkward.
Once a week or so we go here to get breakfast for the kids. They love the donuts and the little added rings always make their day. Its a nice place, decent donuts, and fairly inexpensive
Always the nicest people and vary dedicated to serving Grandview customers and anyone els who may fined themselves in the area looking for a place to grab a bite in the morning! Love this place in here every week.
Bought the breakfast burritos and the edges of the tortilla were hard like theyve been sitting there for days. Bread on my pig in blankets were hard and dry. Only worth going here if you dont want to drive 11 minutes to Itasca where theres an amazing shop there.
RUDE. She is RUDE. I'm not sure what is wrong w this lady, but I try and be overly nice every time I'm in there. She is VERY RUDE. I will not be going there again. RUDE.
They were really friendly but the selection was very limited at 9:00 am on a Friday.
