Goodbelly LLC

Reviews Summary

Overwhelmingly positive reviews highlight these malasadas as exceptional, often compared to Hawaii's best. Customers rave about the soft texture, rotating flavors (especially ube and chocolate), and authentic taste. While some note long lines and higher prices, most agree the quality justifies both. The food truck's mobility requires checking social media for locations, but patrons find the effort worthwhile. Frequent praise goes to the friendly service and fresh, made-to-order treats. A few critics mention disappointment with flavor authenticity or limited truck variety, but the vast majority consider these among Washington's finest malasadas.

This is my first time trying them and I will say they did not disappoint. I tried all the flavors they had available this week. (The flavors do change) Raspberry-Guava Cream, Bavarian Cream, POG and Plain. They were all very good and they did not hold back on the filling. They were made fresh, the wait time was only a few minutes. I will definitely be back I cant wait to try more flavors. FYI I tried the Auburn location.

The ube, coconut, and chocolate filled malasadas were great. The guava mochi-sadas were some of the best donuts I've ever had. Service is friendly and quick. Edit: Also tried the plain malasadas and matcha mochi-sadas. Amazing. Edit 3/23/25: The Dubai chocolate malasadas and strawberry mochi-sadas are new favorites!

Every malasada is made to order and really good. You'll get addicted!!!! I've gained weight because I've been eating malasadas every week. I love their food! Great people working there too~ 12/10 I would give them a million stars if I could. Check out their instagram or facebook for their flavors of the week and their locations + times.

So glad they're in Auburn now! Got the ube and chocolate filled malasadas. Do yourself a favor and eat them right when you get them. The ube cream is light and flavorful and compliments the malasada well. The chocolate cream is decadent and rich and is super filling. Excited to keep stalking-I mean following them for their other flavors!

They have pre made donuts so it's quick to order and pick up! The donuts were delicious :) service was very friendly.

How have I not left a google review yet!?!These are the only Malasadas that remind us of happy times back in Hawaii with family. Every flavor she makes is amazing even those I typically don?t like. Orange creamsicle popsicle? yuck. Orange creamsicle in a Malasada? YUMM!! I just order one of everything (including plain) knowing I will love them all no matter what and I always do. Heck, she could try liver Malasada and I would be hooked lol. Mochisadas? perfectly cooked crispy outside and soft inside. Ube, s

It was a beautiful day to enjoy some stuffed ube malasada yummy?nice outside area tables with chairs to enjoy all the goodness they have

Delicious, fresh, and perfect. Very dangerous I will say, they taste amazing and aren?t heavy on the stomach at all! Usually when I eat any sweet treat my stomach feels like 20 pounds heavier but not with these! I?ve ordered twice and can?t wait for more??

Crazy about their malasadas! The passion fruit cream was out of this world!!! Pillowy fully goodness and soul touching fresh and flavorful yet subtle filling. I can't stop thinking about these. Reasonably priced too. Hope they keep their prices and quality as is forever!!!!

I have never had malasadas before and I am so glad that my first time experience was through Good Belly as the malasadas here are absolutely delicious. It almost feels like you're eating a cloud with how fluffy and light the dough is! I was worried it was be overly sweet but the amount of sugar and filling isn't excessive. So far, we have had their plain, POG, chocolate, and ube mochi-sadas. Our personal favorite has to be the ube mochi-sadas as it is just an explosion of ube flavor while being super light.

The malasadas are absolutely amazing! My favorite are the ube flavor but they are all so great it's hard to choose! I recommend checking out their social media for locations and times and flavors as it changes all the time since it's a food truck.

I got the 3 pack malasadas: ube, mango, and Bavarian cream. I was so excited to try these since I've heard such rave reviews. But I have to agree with another reviewer that the flavors are really artificial. The mango was pretty awful -- I couldn't tell it was mango. And the ube and Bavarian cream also missed the mark. The dough was very good and fluffy and light, but the fillings....If you don't mind flavors that don't quite taste like what they should be, then the filled ones are fine. I think I'd just op

Food: the malasadas are absolutely delicious. Reminds me of home, growing up on Leonard?s. (Someone must have the recipe cause I swear it?s identical) I really enjoy that they have rotating flavors and even if the wait is long. We don?t mind it, it just means it?s good and worth waiting for! Good things take time to make, and it?s worth every minute! Service: the service is always great. All the people that I?ve encountered are very genuine and give service with a smile and they apologized for the long wai

Had a variety of masaladas from their new auburn location. Amazing and delicious and the girls there were so sweet!

We've seen a few videos about this dessert truck. We are happy we finally got to visit them. Apparently, the owners recently came back from visiting Thailand. When we got here, there was already a line. It was definitely worth the wait. The staff was nice, and the vibe was nice as well. We got a half dozen order. 3 use filled and 3 Bavarian filled. Omg...lol it's problem. Safe to say, we'll definitely have to get more in the near future :)

After trying malasadas in Hawaii, I spent a long time searching for a place to get them again. Finally, they came to Bothell, and I had my chance. Since I?m not a fan of fillings, I ordered the plain ones, which I think are the best. The donuts are good, but I can still taste the fried oil. 5 start for having them around :) , 12 plain malasada - 30$

Fillings seem to be getting worse. Now it just tastes completely artificial. They wouldn't even put real maple syrup in the maple custard. The caramel cream didn't taste like anything. On top of that, there was barely any fillings in our donuts. At least the dough quality is still pretty good.

Oh my goodness these are the best sweet treats ever!! Sooo tasty! And so good! Especially warm! Absolutely delicious! Great quality. Employees are super kind. A little pricey, but worth it for a Treat here and there. Highly recommend trying atleast once!

Thanks to their FB page I always know where to find the truck, what they're serving for the day, and how long they'll be there. They have a social media presence that's better than most food trucks I've seen so it's super helpful when I'm craving their malasadas! I love seeing them at community events and always go home with a full box of treats and some cans of Hawaiian Sun. Mahalo nui loa fo servin' da best malasadas west of Leonards ????

When you run a popular business and know people are willing to travel long distances to try your food, you?d expect to have enough to serve most customers until 5 pm. If you post that your hours are until 5 pm, people will expect you to have food available until then. Sure, you might?ve made the decision to sell ?until sold out,? but if you?re out of food just two hours after opening, that?s poor business practice. Naturally, people will complain when everything is gone before the advertised hours, leading

This spot is the best donut truck I have ever tried in all of Washington?? I always come as soon as they open! Super fresh my favorite is the chocolate!

Overall a good malasada. It?s like a moist sugar donut that?s with a flavored pudding-like filling. I got the lilikoi cheesecake, ube, and chocolate. They were good and I would recommend them if you are craving a better version of the jelly filled donut. Pricing is pretty reasonable nowadays coming out to about $3.50 per malasada. Try them out if they are in your area.

Great malasadas. I could eat half a dozen easily. Would definitely get them again when the truck is in the Everett area.

Amazing malasadas! ?? An ever changing list of flavors and they've all been delicious. Owners are amazing, super nice people and they take pride in the product they offer. These things are super popular, don't be upset or surprised if there is a line or they sell out. ?? *Heads up for folks that don't understand food trucks, they are mobile, they serve at different locations each week and the hours vary as well. You'll want to find their schedule if you're interested in enjoying there service.

Insanely good. Check their Instagram to see where they are each day and what flavors they have. I've driven towns away to try some of these flavors and they do not disappoint!

I love goodbelly. The different flavors are always a surprise but always good. Thank you for being us these tasty treats.

Everything is freshly made my kids favorite is plain Malasadas

I?m born and raised in Hawaii and these Malasadas are closest to home style I?ve had since living here. Plain sugar is the way to go! ??

Temu version of Leonards Bakery smdh.. The chocolate dobash tasted like chocolate flavored Snack pack ?????, when you are from the Island of Hawaii, you just know Ono Food Authenticity... For $40 a dozen, not worth it...

Showed up 40 minutes before the time they were supposed to stop selling, and they turned us away, claiming they were done for the day, even though their posted hours said they were selling until 4pm. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

The BEST malasadas outside of Hawaii!! Tastes just like they do in Oahu! They change locations daily, so check their Facebook or Instagram for their location that day. They also have rotating flavors that are always DELICIOUS! Could not recommend this place more!

The staff is wonderful and the malasadas are scrumptious, fluffy, and the fillings are so tasty. I took off one star because, like a lot of companies bug and small, they add artificial coloring to their fillings and there's really no reason for it. That's an issue for my family, and many others, because of the effects they can have on people, and my son in particular not only has behavioral reactions but has also gotten hives from certain color additive. Because of this he can only have the plain unfilled t

This is my favorite food truck! Every time I'm in Hawaii I go to Leonards and Leonard has nothing on Goodbelly. These Malasadas are to die for. Every single flavor is Great! They are a food truck however so make sure you follow them on social media and check where they are and what hours they are open. They are super responsive to messaging for information as well.

TL;DR: can't get any better than warm and fresh! This truck is just so elusive! Generous dough to filling ratios. Location: rotating locations -- follow the social media account for schedules. There is a second truck in the works but it isn't running quite yet! Generally Kent, Kirkland, Bothell, Everett areas so far and some small food festivals. Menu: rotating flavors -- follow the social media account for updates! I have yet to try that elusive creme brulee flavor! Mochi Ube: Limited edition malasada.

The best malasadas!!! Very unique and traditional flavors alike. So fluffy and delicious! Addicted to any of the filled malasadas. I had malasadas in Hawaii for the first time this year and was delighted to find some so close to my home! I go every week to the farmers market in Monroe just to get a variety of pack of their filled flavors. Lillikoi cheesecake is amazing and ube is sooo good. They do move locations as they are a mobile food truck, so follow their Facebook or Instagram for updates! Go get some

Great malasadas, reminded me of some of the better ones on Oahu. I saw on their weekend schedule posted on Facebook that their food truck was going to be in my area, so I went early. The line for the food truck was long, so almost left; but am glad I stayed. We loved the texture and flavors of their malasadas.

We have been going to Goodbelly since last year! They have some of the best malasada's out there and some of the best unique flavors. We have brought them to many get togethers and they are always a hit. The owners are so kind and amazing. If you want to try some, be sure to check out their Instagram or Facebook page to see where they will be next! The owner will post the beginning of the week so be on the look out. Don?t just google it cause they are a good truck. They move around. So try them out! Give th

Thank you Alice and crew for such amazing service and for delicious malasadas. So glad to see you in my neighborhood in Auburn!

the best malasadas in washington! alice has tweaked and perfected her recipe to be pretty darn close to those you can get in hawaii. each island's malasadas vary a bit but still, hers is ono! (gets my hawaiian stamp of approval! haha) the business is a foodtruck that travels around from city to city...the address you see here is just where it is garaged. follow them on social media to see where they are at next, you wont be disappointed!!

I'd love to showcase a photo of that little pink box of happiness but somehow between purchase and remembering to take a picture, these little pillows of dough bursting with flavor seem to magically disappear. It's definitely magic and not me absolutely devouring them because they're one of my favorite treats.

Worth the wait for fresh cooked malasadas with the tropical filling options which are my favorites. Worth stalking their facebook page for weekly locations and flavors. Highly recommend!

Absolutely DELICIOUS malasadas! The owner is incredibly kind and passionate about their craft and community.

These malasadas are incredible! They?re made to order, soft, and filled with deliciousness. Can?t wait to go back! Keep up the great work. I love supporting my local businesses!

This place is sooooo good! Get there early if you want some cause they are so popular they can sell out quickly!

Ample parking spot. To be fair, there was only 1 food truck there [GoodBelly Malasadas]. Prime location so as not to disrupt the community, close to residential area.

These malasadas are the best! Check their social media for current flavors, hours, and locations. It's worth going a little out of your way. My favorites are ube and any of the fruit fillings.

These donuts are out of this world!! My aunty and I are obsessed. This food truck is moving around a lot, but they?re always updating their Instagram and Facebook about where they?ll be. Their Instagram is: @goodbelly.llc go give them a follow and try these donuts out asap!

Amazing Malasadas from a friendly team at rotating locations around Seattle with different flavors weekly!! - Check insta for location and get there early - they?re so good that the line gets long and they can sell out - ?? worth it!

One of the best for sure in Washington!! Moving from Hawaii to Washington and finding this gem is great!! Wish to see you guys come down to auburn area again !

Tried the donuts once at a event and they are so delicious...one of the best I've ever had. Been following Goodbelly on Instagram for their schedule to hopefully get more donuts someday soon.

Worth it! Everytime I check their instagram and see that they're close to me, I'm grabbing a box of a dozen! Always awesome flavors, and the best pick-me-up to your day!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FOOD TRUCK AND MAKE SURE TO CHECK THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA FOR THEIR SCHEDULE. Okay, 5 stars for the taste and quality of the malasadas! Plus, 5 more stars for the amazing staff.

Yummy! I got a whole box for my family and we loved it. Great food truck with a varying schedule! Check out their social media to be informed!

a taste of back home. friendly service with a great atmosphere. truly a luxury to the snohomish county area. if you haven?t been, you need to go! check instagram or facebook for updates on where they will be and what day/time!

Always amazing service and malasadas! Alice and her team are awesome and the hits just keep coming! Can't wait to watch this company grow!

Probably the best malasadas/ doughnuts that I?ve tried in Seattle.. they are soft and chewy. Very wonderful flavors..

They post their schedule, location, and flavors on Instagram/Facebook. Its always worth the effort to support this buisness. There are few things in this world that are better than a warm fresh malasada.

The delicious fluffy balls of heaven are so amazing!

This is a neat food truck park with a rotating set of vendors which are viewable online via StreetFoodFinder. Many of the food trucks have brick-and-mortar locations that are super far from Everett, and I'm glad they can have a presence here via this food truck park. The park itself has plenty of parking, but no seating.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order and others were waiting longer for their orders. The food was alright, but the waiting time is way too long; making it not worth a long wait.

Amazing food. Amazing owner. So kind and the malasadas are seriously so delicious.

Best malasadas in town, always check IG to find where they're gonna be!

Visited Capt Cod truck here in Everett. Easy access, great service and food. Will be back whenever it is in town here or Granite Falls.

Need to know when it's open; keep getting recommendations. Got here at 6:00AM, not open yet. If anyone knows let me know!

Definitely worth the wait ??

Check their social media for menu/hours/location. It?s worth the effort for these malasadas!

ok so this are soooo good, but it does take about an hour to get them because they always have a line...bring a chair if you can't stand for long periods of time.

Everytime I've come across them, it has been perfect!

This place is wonderful. The schedule for the service is on the website or a phone call away.

Didn't actually eat there today. Long lines so the food must be good!

Great service. Very friendly nvery tasty. A BIT PRICEY FOR DONUTS .

the 'business' is a closed food truck parked in someone's driveway, go elsewhere

Great selection of food trucks! Good belly LLC Malasadas tasty!

Love the ube malasada the most, then haupia is my other fave??

Thought there would be more Food trucks but there were only two, so we were a little disappointed ??

This is a neat food truck park with a rotating set of vendors which are viewable online via Street Food Finder.

Needs more options and seating would be cool! Excited to see if this grows.

Super friendly and fun atmosphere. People Are very friendly and welcoming

Me and my kids love the malasadas!

Great selection of food trucks!

Very delicious Hawaiian donuts.

Nice having a place to park and wait that's not on a street.

Great CSR, food, and quality.

The absolute best!!!!!!!!

All I can say is YUM!
