The #24 breakfast sandwich is very filling. It would be nice if there was a little less mayo and the cucumber was cut up a little more. The chocolate donut was good but crumbled very easily. Staff is friendly, will definitely stop by again!
I NEVER make reviews but this shop deserves 5 stars all around. This is small family owned business but such underrated food! The sandwiches are so good, and the cheese is just the right melted :). I stop by here once every few weeks and have been for 3 years--and they're always consistant with the food they serve. The prices are very good for this area with things like donuts and water is just around $1.50! It just feels so homey and warm, and the lady at the counter is so nice, and she always makes small
I went in for a bacon egg and cheese bagel and also ended up getting two donuts because they looked so good. The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent. The lady at the counter was so sweet and everything tasted amazing.
Pleasantly surprised that they make sure the filling is evenly distributed through the entire donut! I had the lemon filled that had great flavor. I'm sure that the other jelly or custard filled donuts are constructed the same way with the filling carefully spread throughout the dough.
9/30 I'll start of by saying great ice coffee, friendly and the price for the location is good. Now this might have been a fluke but I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and tomato for $2.50 and when I got to work no tomato and very light almost rude amount of cream cheese lol. I added the picture. Granted I shouldn't be complaining about less fat in my food but the fact I didn't have tomatoes the cream cheese bugged me. Anyways just a heads up.
Staff are nice the place is super clean and best of all their donuts are fresh and oh so good. Also tried one of their croissant sandwiches and it was great and made fresh!
So kind, food was delicious, they have variety of drinks to choose from and it's clean.
So apple fritters are my favorite donuts and let me tell you, these have actual apples in them. Unlike Yum Yum Donuts, it actually taste sweet, like the real kind of sweetness not that fake sugar on top of sugar kinda stuff. I can even taste cinnamon in it. It's also always moist when I get it. The butter milks are also great. Would prefer to buy my stuff from Mom and Pop shops than big companies like Target or Subway. I would recommend coming here to anyone who lives in the area.
So good! My entire office comes here and we all love it! The sandwiches and donuts are always fresh and delicious. They take great care and pride in their store and it shows! Thank you for all your hard work!

One of the best Thai teas I've ever had
Good coffee, fresh muffins and donuts, cheaper than Starbucks, coffee bean, Duncan, also try "luv collective" in Huntington beach too! Also try Movita juice nothing beats the fresh round teen rumps there for oggiling!
Nice mom n pop shop. Friendly service and a good variety of treats. So far my go to's are : small coffee with 2 hazelnut creamers, glazed donut and a jalape?o ham and cheese croissant to go for lunch. During hot days I like to get a strawberry banana smoothie, or thai iced tea, ice coffee if I'm tired, or taro smoothie, the list goes on.

Breakfast sandwiches all day, the croissant for the sandwich was perfectly fluffy and crispy, really wish I would have gotten a donut. Super reasonable prices, $5 for a meal, definitely a hidden gem
This donut shop is the closest one to my house so I've come here a lot of times before. But today when I came here, I received the biggest disappointment that I've ever got from any donut shop. SO BAD, that I don't ever even take time out of my day to write a review for anywhere but I just had to for this place. I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese crescent and a blended Thai tea boba drink. The guy grabbed a crescent from a glass case on top of the counter above the donuts, and just tossed it into the microwav

The owners are very nice people and their donuts are always freshly made. It's our favorite snack place while waiting for our turn at the hair salon next door.

Gross!!! Went here late at night and noticed a few bugs crawling on the donuts. Looked over to the bottom left corner of the display case and saw a HUGE POOL of bugs crawling around, being attracted to the light in the case. Upon reporting it to the worker there he didn't even understand what I was telling him until I said "Health Code Violation". I wouldn't recommend this place unless you really enjoy bugs in your donuts.
