Charming local donut shop with fantastic pastry and donuts, plus. And the coffee was great. I had the apple fritter and hubby had two donuts, which were amazing. Lovely place, super busy, just great.
This place is an absolute gem for early morning breakfast. Their doors open as early as 4:30 am, catering perfectly to early risers. I had the pleasure of trying their Croissant sandwich, and it was delightful. The freshly baked donuts were also a highlight of my visit. It feels like a family-owned establishment, with just two dedicated individuals putting in great effort to make this place a success. The cozy ambiance and friendly service make it a wonderful place to start your day.

Golden Bell was my first donut and has yet to be beat. They are always fresh, fluffy, and light. Not sure what other places are charging for donuts but it?s always felt cheap. Highly recommend!

It?s my first time here, when I was approached by one of the guys behind the counter I told him right away that my son has peanut allergy, so he asked what kind of donuts for him? I said 2 Chocolate glazed with sprinkles and he went inside and made it for him? that is exceptional service? Donuts were fresh and delicious? will be back whenever we?re around the area.
Small unassuming shop on the corner, you'd never guess from the look of the place that the donuts are fresh and amazing. Google says they open at 4 but it's actually 4:30 usually. I've had the glazed, the old fashioned/old fashioned chocolate, and the cake donuts (along with the complimentary donut holes) and they were all superb. Highly recommended especially if you can get there right when they open!

After discussing this place with folks multiple times, decided to look it up and leave a review. Exactly what you want from a local bakery. Open early and still open after noon. It has been years since I visited them, but I'm still 'chasing that high' from having some of their cronuts while on vacation with my family in San Mateo. If I'm ever in the San Fran area again I'll be making the detour to visit them. And I recommend any pastry lovers in the area or passing through do the same!
Donut shops are the real coffee shops and this one proves the rule: High quality coffee and the fluffiest donuts at a very reasonable price. In particular, the almond roll is well worth it!
The man at the front was really nice and patient. 5 ? customer service for sure. I preordered a colorful assortment of a dozen donuts in-person for a group event, and all 12 of them were absolutely delectable ????. Great price as well! ($19)

Best Blueberry Donut ever! My husband used to get excited about Dunkin?s blueberry donuts. Now he doesn?t even stop at Dunkin at a rare airport spotting because these Blueberry Donuts are so good; he can?t go back to the mediocre DD version.
