Great donut shop! The staff was very nice. I work in construction, and I stopped by this place several mornings for guys. Everything was good. I ordered king cake, kolaches, cinnamon rolls, and a variety of donuts. Everything was good every time.

As always they come through with such great tasting King Cakes! Don?t forget to get your donuts with them as well! Mrs. Cherie and her staff always have great service! Now let me go eat this king cake sha!

Being from a large city where donut shops are packed, The Donut Kitchen is a remarkable change. They appear to do more drive - thru orders than in house. Ok. Let?s stop with the formalities. The king cakes are so good. Yet, the bomb donut is the chocolate cream filled. It?s not cream at all. It?s more like butter laced icing stuffed inside of a hot, glazed donut. Just thought I would let you know ??
Donuts looked delicious and the whole staff was super friendly. Nice old fashioned feel about it. I cant give it a five as I just met someone there. I didn't try the donuts. They were very tempting though. I'd recommend trying them.
This place is the only bakery that I know of that has been around so many years and still always has the best donuts and coffee. They open super early and sometimes sell out early, so get there as early as you can and try it all! My favorites are the cake donuts and the regular glazed donuts. If I lived in Rayne, I would eat WAY too much just because of this place.
We always order all of our king cakes from here. They are fresh, so many flavors and the staff are extremely nice.
I wish that I could give them more stars... Short version.... We asked this bakery if they could make us some maple bars.(not available anywhere else). So by request a dozen maple bars were made for us this morning. They were the MOST AMAZING maple bars I have ever tasted. I would show pictures but they are all gone. I have tried some when I would out of state but nothing like these made by Gautreaux's. Try some the next time you go ask them to make you a dozen or so, I promise you won't be disappointed.
Probably the worst donuts I've ever had. The regular glazed donuts had no flavor other than bread and sugar, the chocolate glaze donuts were thrown away after the first bite. The cinnamon twists were ok, enough to avoid giving a 1 star rating overall. Staff was friendly, but this location also doesn't make kolaches. Sadly, they won't get much of my business though I'd love to support them. *edit* They now sell the scrawniest pieces of quartered sausage wrapped in a bite of bread that they call "kolache
Who in the world wants ice cold donuts or a kolache that is tasteless. If you want that go there!! On a positive note the milk was cold. Worst donut shop I've ever been too hands down.
Been going here since I was a small kid. We make it a point to get a couple King Cakes every year during Mardi Gras season!
All the food is hot and fresh. Call in and pick it up at the drive thru. Some of the best employees around. Have been getting King Cakes there for the last 10 years....need I say more!!!!
The family love the doughnuts. Everytime I go early in the morning and see the older men sitting around talking and drinking coffee it reminds me of going there as a kid with my grandfather. He would always go and visit, I'm glad to see somethings don't change in the small towns.
The donuts are awesome, soft and fluffy and the crust of icing is so good!! The people are friendly. We will definitely be making a routine!
Fabulous Eclairs... Dough perfectly cooked filled just the way I like, all the way, chocolate glaze was perfect... Will be a regular customer... Convenient Drive-thru... Have to go inside & see what else they have next time.

I was there to try the blueberry doughnuts and the beignets. I loved the beignets but the reason i went let me down. I'm not sure why but i didnt taste the blueberries in the doughnuts????
