This was our first time here, and we?re already hooked on the coffee and macaroons! The coffee had that perfect balance?smooth, bold, and rich, just how Seattleites like it. The variety of macaroon flavors paired effortlessly with each cup, making every bite an experience. It?s the kind of spot that feels like a hidden gem. We?ll definitely be back!
This location was built on donuts. Now it is about everything but the donuts. Fully staffed, but the floors were filthy. Dirty dishes were stacked on the counter. Tables were dirty. The place was not busy. The focus is about selling everything but donuts. Frost was a donut place that won competitions and created delicious unique flavors. Now it's like they forgot their core customers. Maybe they just lost their passion for donuts and wanted to try something new, and I hope that works out for them. Atmosphe
New go to breakfast stop! Random taqueria with a donut front LOL Parking: Shared parking Pet friendly: No Family friendly: Yes FOOD: - Butterfinger Donut: 4 Stars ? Of the two donut I had, this was unfortunately #2 but still very yummy. Definitely a butterfinger chocolate bar taste! - S?more Donut: 5 Stars ? OMG this was so amazing. The marshmallow meringue was legit! Super smooth, fluffy, not too sweet, overall goodness! - Frost Bagel Breakfast Sandwich: 5 Stars ? Some people like breakfast burrito, s
I've door dashed frost several times over the last several years. I finally got to go in. This was an amazing little cafe vibe with delicious foods and I honestly recommend it to any who are nearby. The seasonal donuts and macaroons are a nice little rotational menu to have a chance to try something different nearly every time you come by. The parking spots are a bit compact though so if you own a big vehicle be warned!
Nice coffee and macaroons were nice . A little too sweet for me but overall well made. A variety of flavors and syrups for your coffee and a variety of different macaroons available. We got half a dozen with different flavors and all were well prepared. The place is well maintained but seemed less on staff. The place was empty as well so didnt get much of a vibe. On a busy day , things might look different!!
I?ve been wanting to try this place for a while now and finally got to it- I placed a to go order for the donut French toast meal, a side of biscuits and gravy with an extra side of gravy and a traditional glazed donut. The total with tip was about $40. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The French toast came with no syrup and one small container of butter for the four pieces of French toasts I ordered. I will take part fault for not opening the very tightly tied bag before leaving, but it should be ex
There's only one FROST in the world and it's here! They always have interesting flavored doughnuts like salted caramel old fashion, lemon old fashion, and red velvet. They also have coffee drinks and now they're serving breakfast! The food looks good. On nice summer days, there is outdoor seating. Great spot to people-watch in the Town Center!
Delicious donuts (Boston cream is my fav), great variety, clean and vibrant atmosphere. They're serving brunch now which happens to be great as well. Lots of options for hot sauce, too - something that can be tough to find in the PNW. And the locally-sourced chai in their chai lattes is some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended!!
It?s a nice big cafe, love the donuts, they change up their donut menu every five weeks. My favorite one so far is the pecan one. They also have daily specials. So you can come in on a specific day and get something with a deal. They?ve got two nice bathrooms. 10/10 recommend.
I love going to new donuts shops but this one keeps me coming back. This is by long shot my favorite place to grab some coffee and donuts. The lounge is comfortable and inviting to hang out in. The donuts a picture perfect every time and are absolutely delicious. If your in search for the best donuts then this is a place you need to try. Give this view a thumbs to help others.
Donuts were delicious per usual. The breakfast we ordered was lukewarm, but very good flavor. The eggs were overdone. However other times it was all delicious! Everyone has off days!
Frost is a hidden gem for sweet indulgence. They offer the best macarons and a delightful selection of donuts. What truly sets them apart is their great service and the friendly staff. It's the perfect place to satisfy your sweet cravings while enjoying a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Too many staples in your to-go order. Not only is it annoying to open the bag from all the staples, but its a lawsuit waiting to happen. Put one star in hopes they read this and do something. Will change it once I see they've replied. I would switch to something else. I had a staple end up on my donut. What if it was a kid who didnt notice it? I also didnt know there were 3 staples in the knot of the bag so when I tried to pry it open, one ended up under my nail bed and I bled. Come up with a better system
My review is only based on the macarons I bought, which they were all mediocre at best, no actual flavor, just way too much sugar. If you had macarons from Lady Yum or the French Bakery Le Panier at the Pike Place, you'll know what I mean. Shop was cutesy and spacious, staff were alright. None of the flavors I got were good unfortunately, just pure sugar...
This is probably the nicest donut place I've ever seen. Just wow look at the decor, plenty of places to enjoy a nice coffee and donut with wifi. I ordered the bacon maple bar and it wad amazing! Be sure to give one a try. Service was quick with a smile. Be sure to give them a try.
Came here for a doughnut and split a breakfast with my wife. Had a slight problem getting our breakfast and without hesitation the manager stepped up got it to us quickly and competed it. We've come here for years and always a great place
Picked up using the "Good to Go" app (helps avoid food waste) and have had great experiences! You get 6 doughnuts of your choice! Donuts are AMAZING here, very unique flavor choices. Macaroons are also great. Employees are kind which is a bonus ??
Always a delight. The macarons are perfect as last minute gifts or just for a special occasion. The creative flavors and colors really make them unique. The drinks here are also good. They're basically a full cafe. Highly recommend trying this place. 10/10
We went to Frost. It's open and the servers are wearing masks. They have the spacing marked on the floor, nicely done. The other patrons were all in masks. Most people were grabbing to go and were smoothly on their way. They have a grab and go, call ahead or order online pick up spot. That was operating on a pretty fast pace and in a few minutes we watched 6 people or other food grabbing services come in, read the names, tell the server something, and left with a bag. Smooth. We had almost no wait, t
I?m a big fan of Frost Donuts. A great local bakery that has my favorite donut, the bacon maple bar. (Yes it?s available as a birthday cake too ??). They have a full service coffee bar and a wide variety of baked treats. The staff is always friendly and the dining area is always clean. PLEASE GIVE ME A ???? IF YOU FIND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL
A little disappointing. When they were new they had donuts and I mean donuts. Lots of different kinds and lots of them and that is all they did. Now there are basically four - bars, glazed, old fashioned, and Bismarcks all topped differently giving the illusion of lots of different kinds. They've gone in several directions like they're trying to figure out an identity. Macarons, wine bar, beer (with donuts?) with no customer sense of purpose other than less selection spread over more and vastly differ
I went there the other day after I saw these Pokemon doughnuts on Facebook. I called ahead to see if it was available at that location. Yes they did! The person I talked to said it was popular so they might run out soon, and they actually offered to hold some til I got there! About 10 mins later, I can in and got the doughnuts!?? Super happy I can get them for my kids! Made 6 young kids REALLY happy! Fairly calm and chill. So happy that they did that for me! And I got some other things there; they were all
The donuts are delicious, but the service is so slow. 25 minutes with one person in front of me to get 6 donuts out in a box and a chai made. Not a quick stop.
Some of the finest doughnuts I've ever tasted. I've been here a few times and the staff is always super friendly and helpful if you're indecisive like I am. I took a picture of all the macarons and the cashier said I should send the picture to my girlfriend and I thought that was a great idea. Here's the kicker...I don't have a girlfriend. 10/10
I went last week with my kids because we heard so many good things about this place. Service was strictly OK, nothing friendly or memorable. As for the maple bacon bars we ordered, they tasted a bit dry and stale, despite looking yummy. We were there just after 10.30 am, so not sure if it was an isolated case or not. Hope you have a better experience!
Went here while visiting the area. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was very clean providing a nice atmosphere. My family purchased two coffees and four donuts and everything was just "okay'. None of it was bad, it just wasn't up to the expectation for the price. The donuts are made to be more thick than light and airy, not bad, just not my preference. The coffee similarly was decent, not bad, not great.
I just left there. I wanted a dozen donuts. There was one left in the display. The time is 3:30pm and they close at 6pm. She couldn't make me a dozen. $30 a pop you would think so. ???????? thumbs down
I went yesterday and got 4 donuts as a treat for my family , they look amazing but the taste is not good. I was so very disappointed in the flavor of the donuts and none of them were good or worth the cost of them ! We will not be going back
I'm sorry to be this kind of person, I love to write good reviews but this is not one of them. I was following the page on Instagram and really excited to try the donuts and macarons. It is pretty far from where I live so one day my husband and I were in the area and stopped by. We ordered 6 different macarons and 1 donut: pretty disappointing. The macaroons tasted like pure sugar, flavors were barely there and the texture was not right at all. 2 of them were not that bad.. but since I was comparing to the
Stopped by here for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. We also wanted donuts. The staff were very good. They were polite and professional. They did their best making sure the place was clean and ready. The drip coffee was mild and had less flavor than one would like. The breakfast sandwich was bland and had nothing memorable about it. The donuts were good not great. We had 3 donuts cream filled, fritter and a caramel something that I was really excited about. They were ok. Not as much flavor in them
This is a good dessert shop. I ordered donuts towards the end of the evening, so they were not very fresh, but the donuts very tasty and filling. The apple fritter and Boston cream filled donuts were noteworthy. I will definitely try this dessert shop again earlier in the day, the donuts were very tasty.
3 year customer who has spent over thousands of dollars and they refused to fix a simple mistake and said "go complain online" I ordered a scramble and they refused to fix it. attached is how it is suppose to look and how they made it and refused to fix extremely disappointed.
Don't get me wrong the food here is great. Tried the biscuits and gravy today and was pleasantly surprised. It's great. But they gave me extremely undercooked eggs and refused to fry them more. I wasn't too fond of the service today.
I picked up a Too Good To Go bag with some donuts from here and unfortunately, they were terrible. They were overdone, the frosting wasn?t great and the way they smelled oddly reminded me of wontons or pizza rolls. It?s too bad, because some of the flavors sound interesting on paper. For what it?s worth, I have gotten donuts here a couple of times (2+ years ago) and I don?t remember them being like this.
The best donut shop! Awesome doughnuts, good coffee, friendly staff, what's not to like. :)
Boutique doughnuts, macaroons, espresso; spacious, clean, modern, limited parking at storefront; amazing maple bars with bacon chunks; not over-the-top unique/creative doughnuts but a good variety and solid standards; definitely a level up from Top Pot Donuts and grocery stores but not outrageously priced as one might expect. Open during COVID.
Love this local donut shop! They also have macaroons of you didn't know! Cute Christmas decoration in this time of the year! They have all the alternative milk options if you are like me and love some oat milk or almond milk cappuccino
Frost has some great donuts. If I'm in the area I will now always try to stop in, at least for a cruller. Frost also offers macarons and espresso.
I have gone here a few times. Never had issues with service donuts and macaroons have always tasted great. They are a little pricey but it's my daughter's favorite place she loves the ambience as do I.
We ordered a chocolate donut and classic glazed. They were decent nothing wow
Clean and cute inside. We ordered 6 doughnuts and all of them were not good. Tasted really old with an oily flavor. I ordered two different flavors of the glazed old fashion and they were rubbery and not crisp like they should be. All 4 of us took a couple of bites and then threw them all away eve the ones we didn?t try because they all had that weird flavor. So sad to have wasted the money?
The Smokey Bacon Maple Bar is porkalicious decadence and I highly recommend it. I also had a Pecan Pie Macaroon that didn't taste like pecan pie but was still delicious.
I can't believe I haven't written a review yet. Frost has been my go-to spot for a while now. They have everything. Great coffee, amazing food, delicious pastries. Indoor and outdoor seating. And all the staff are awesome. Literally my favorite place!
The donuts here are amazing. I am not a big donuts fan but the donuts here hit the spot?? The French cruller variations are my favorite! A must try.
Loved the doughnut but the kids hated the macaroons, every flavor. A bit expensive.
Love their drinks and the doughnuts and macarons especially. I believe Wednesday?s they have a special on macarons but 4 get 2 free.
Been coming here for 7 years. It was amazing but now with time and all things. It's run down in quality and service. I came in today 12:00 close to 1 PM and literally they have collectively 25 donuts... TOTAL !! 25? for the rest of today ? AND one employee doing coffee, food and donuts. Wanna guess what the wait time was ? Why even bother opening ? Save your money and your time go somewhere else.
They have many different gourmet flavors that change regularly based on seasonal flavor ideas. They have traditional common donut flavors but also offer a variety of unique choices. They are more pricey than the average donut shop but worth it when it comes to the unique gourmet flavors.
Always good donuts. Great service and location. Recommend for any event or just a sweet tooth. :)
Loved the coffee and donuts. Lots of space for huge group.
The donuts are excellent & ingredients fresh and high quality. My only complaint after eating here for years is that the potatoes (home fry style) always have a handful of undercooked pieces in them (consistently). They're still delicious, I just have to sort them before I eat them.
The Homer donut is literally the first donut in WA that I've had that tastes remotely like the donuts from the Northeast. So happy to have found this place. Delicious and fluffy not cakey like every other donut place I've tried in Seattle, on the Eastside, north, south any where in WA! Literal chef's kiss!
I ordered a Caramel Frappe and was stunned by the richness of its flavor. Much better than Starbucks!!
Idk what changed about this place but the quality of the baked goods especially the macaroons has gotten much better recently! I stopped ordering because it was pretty expensive for mediocre food but I just tried some of their macaroons again and wow!!! I don't think I've ever had a well made macaroon before that. I might have to actually stop by! Food is always packaged well and coffee is great. I have no experiences with the staff or in-store ordering.
Neat little shop that serves full breakfast as well as fresh donuts and real macarons, so delicious
Very good place for donut and they also have coffee in here too. They have macaroons too but the taste was okay. Nice place to hang out and just grab a quick bite
The donuts here puts Top Pot, Dunkin?, and Krispy Kreme to shame. Go for the Bacon Maple Bar for a sweet and savory taste, and complement it with a turtle mocha.
Frost is fantastic! The doughnuts are soft and fresh along with a wonderful coffee menu! The service is quick and it is beautiful inside.
They have really fun specialty donuts and more traditional flavors. Everyone is also super friendly, and the coffee they serve is pretty decent for a donut shop.
Good coffee, donuts are good, but the macarons are not worth buying. They are over done/crunchy. I've tried them multiple times and they were bad every time.
First time visiting this location and impressed with all the different types of donuts and other pastries which I thought was very cool. I ordered a Boston cream donut just to try it out and was very tasty. ????
Very clean location, the ladies were nice and friendly , and the donuts were delicious. Yes would go again we did the 1/2 dozen $15.00 would go back.
Very friendly, everything was delicious. Love the bacon maple donuts
We love Frost! We live down in Seattle so it?s a little bit of a drive for us however anytime we?re up north we always go out of our way to stop by. The donuts are fantastic, I love the apple fritter! Their coffee is also really good! If you haven?t been you should definitely check it out.
Frost is okay! Definitely wouldn?t come here again though, there?s so many other places around Lynnwood with way better donuts. The atmosphere was nice and pretty quiet, i enjoyed it with my boyfriend!
The donut was good. However, now I understand why people are complaining about the tipping culture. I am a gig worker I survive on tips. I came in to pick up a delivery order and while I waited I decided to get a donut. As I was paying the screen prompted me to tip. The teenager gets paid by the hour I refused to give a tip when all she did was put a donut in a bag and hand it to me. When she seen I didn?t tip she got a little attitude like I disrespected her. No young lady there are plenty of rich folks wh
Every time I have been here the donuts have been extremely fresh and tasty. The coffee is always hot and the service is always friendly
The auto 18 percent tip cost a star here. I love the donuts, I never sit here to eat the donuts. I don't want to stop into a place for a donut and get charged 18 percent tip on the fly. if I get good service I tip. I'm pretty sure they make a living wage here not a waitress wage. Good donuts tho.
This place is my FAVORITE! They have the most amazing donuts, the coffee is really good, and soon I will try the breakfast too! (Which I'm sure is to die for)
The "birthday cake" doughnut is amazing -- and not overly sweet! Make sure to install the Clover app for discounts/deals!
One of my friends and I had breakfast with our little kiddos at Frost on Sunday morning. It was around 9am, both my boy and my friend's boy are super loud and very energetic boys. The ladies who served were AMAZING, very compassionate with little children, my kid even went behind the counter a couple of times and they were stopping and playing with him, we were kicked out of Starbucks before for that same reason and they were extremely rude. As a mother of a very energetic and curious boy it always makes me
Important to know that their website menu is not up to date. The donuts are big and pretty good, just very bready. The macaroons are pretty good but very sweet. Coffee was pretty good, they do have a lot of syrup flavors. Quite a wait since only one girl was working the counter.
We were SO excited to try this place! We finally had the opportunity with a Too Good To Go bag. When I got there, though, they said the bags were canceled, and I only had the option of paying full price for the leftover items. My kids were really looking forward to it, so I bought a doughnut and 3 macarons (there were PLENTY of items left, way more than a surprise bag's worth!). They were all delicious (we all tasted a little of each). The doughnut was, understandably, a little stale, but still awesome.
Cool, upscale, has French macaroons. Prepare yourself-it is expensive, but the quality is there to justify the price. If you want good coffee and donuts, go here. If you want donuts and coffee for a quick, cheap breakfast, this is not the place you were looking for.
Great variety of donuts and macarons which taste as good as they look. We had a variety of both, as well as lattes. The coffee was perfect and the staff were friendly. Such a nice, bright, clean location.
Amazing donuts ranging from classic to unique options. Besides donuts they're also a great option for macarons with seasonal flavors that change every few months. They also have some heartier breakfast options (omelettes, biscuits etc) and a full range of coffee/tea drinks. Everything I've ever had here has been delicious. They also offer carryout if you don't have time to eat there.
Such a unique atmosphere? great donuts, Happy Mother?s Day!
The young man who helped us was new to the company, so he had to ask questions regularly of the others around him. There was one young woman who was dismissive and rude of our questions. We were asking about dairy-free options and they kept saying everything has eggs in it. We are not concerned about the eggs. We just wanted to know about the dairy. There was another young lady who came alongside and helped. She was very helpful. The actual product was amazing and delicious and a great hit at the party! So
The donuts, macarons, and coffee here are absolutely delightful! I've been here many times and tried almost every flavor of the macaroons and donuts and none dissapointed! The non-dessert items, like the omelets, are not great though unfortunately. They're not awful by any means, but they're definitely a bit bland and expensive for the quality.
I used to love going to Frost for their maple bacon bars. They were the best, overflowing with crispy bacon bits. I would drive from granite Falls to get one, I went there this morning with my kid to get some maple bacon bars, i don't know what happened to their quality, and the cleanliness of the shop was just bleh, kinda expected more. The quality of their donuts are now subpar, something you'd expect from a one star donut place, bacon was sparse and the donut itself was very doughy, I took two bites and
Their donuts are just like any other donut around. Their macarons are TERRIBLE! Wrong texture and sickly sweet with no flavor profile. We bought a dozen macarons to try the different flavors. More than half were raw and they all were cloyingly sweet. I couldn't distinguish between any of the flavors. I suppose if you have never had a proper macaron you would never know how bad these are, but I do and these are atrocious. I would never go back nor recommend them.
Love the breakfast burrito here, nice options to choose from for the filling and fairly large. Was expecting an overpriced small burrito, happily surprised to get a larger sized one. They taste awesome. Marcons are great too, each one is unique and my wife and I love them everytime we get it. Coffee is good, nothing amazing or out of this world, but great enough to pair well with the food here. Haven't tried the donuts but I expect it's just as good. Love this place and have been recommending it. Defini
We bring our toddler here for donuts occasionally and have always had a positive experience. The staff are always professional, kind, friendly, and helpful. Great place for kids and adults to enjoy coffee/donuts in a very clean and upscale setting(for a donut place). A little more expensive than a typical donut shop, but they are always delicious.
$6.50 for 2 donuts that are mediocre at best is outrageous. Probably cost less than $.75 to produce the 2 donuts. Goes to show BUSINESS is ripping consumers off. The price of flour hasn?t gone up and sugar is sugar. Consumers should stop indulging businesses like this. I get support local businesses but these businesses are taking full advantage of its local consumers. Wise up to both.
This is a hard one to review but I feel it?s necessary. I came across Frost a few months ago while I was out door dashing and picked up an order from there. Upon arriving, I was in complete shock when I walked through the door. The space is immaculate. Very clean and orderly. I was also impressed with the size of the place and wasn?t expecting such a large dining room with a TON of seating. The large and very well lit display case had been beautifully put together with a large selection of all their macar
Very nice spacious cafe: friendly service, tasty fresh donuts, cream puffs, and coffee. And an assortment is wide, can buy for celebrations, etc. Will go there again for sure.
Ordered 2 dozen macarons several days in advance, special flavors for a baby shower, it?s all she wanted. When I arrived 30 minutes after my order was due for pickup, giving them extra time, they had not prepared my order and did not have what I preordered and paid for. Terrible experience.
I used to come to Frost every other month or so, wish I could come more but can't always afford these delicious donuts. The past 3 times that I've placed an order, they called to tell me they were out of the donuts that I ordered. One time about a month ago, I tried to place an order for a few donuts over the phone and was told they were out. So I asked if I could order a dozen for the next morning, that way it was ensured that I could get what I want. I placed the order for 9:30 and when I called to say I
