You have no way of selecting the exact type of donut you want, you kind of just pick a certain style of donut and hope that they send you the icing you want or even the donut or burrito that you ordered. We originally made our order and we're told one of our items was out of stock so we replaced it with something else. Then right before the order showed up we were refunded for two of our donuts that weren't in stock leaving us with a delivery of only two donuts and a croissant

I love the idea of supporting small locally owned businesses. This one will have some work to do if it?s going to survive. The whole experience seems poorly planned. Of the two glass doors at the entrance, one was locked. No one seem to know where to stand, coffee wasn?t brewed? Seriously the best donuts in all of Columbus. Every time I give these to someone, they have to know where I got them and they always say they?re the best as well. Always fresh. Plus great people. Also try their breakfast burritos. You won?t regret it.

They people are very kind, definitely ma and pop feel. The donuts were good but overpriced, $20 for a dozen. The coffee was a little watered down for my preference. There was no where to set my donuts while I made up my coffee - seems silly I know but they could think through the design a little bit more. And the place needs a thorough cleaning. I couldn?t look real hard because I started to get too grossed out to eat my donuts.

I love your donuts. They are always consistent and delicious. However, this weekend something changed and they have been "wet". The only thing I can think of is the change in the box or maybe the consistency of the glaze. The glaze is not hardening. I ordered more donuts today (Sunday) because I thought it was a fluke yesterday. But, both days the same thing...wet donuts. I hope you can get this problem fixed. Nobody wants a wet donut.

This shop is in a strip mall and just know that appearances ARE deceiving. These may be the best and definitely the freshest donuts I have ever eaten. Expect to wait in a line and sometimes the choices are few if they are really busy but it is still worth it. I even love the donut holes and I think they were like a dollar something for a dozen. Definitely worth a try.

Just stopped by,,got chocolate iced creme stick , ham egg cheese burrito and sausage egg cheese burrito. Donuts fresh ,melt in your mouth, icing really good flavor but could use bit more creme filling. Both burritos fresh and great flavor. Everything looked good. Store clean. This place is pretty solid. Donuts are great. I really love the apple fritters. I always get the bacon egg and cheese burrito. Most importantly it all felt affordable which kept me coming back. Now every time I go back in I feel like there is a price hike. People are super nice though.

My mom bought some donuts last week and I loved how fresh, soft and fluffy the donuts were. I came in today to buy some kolaches because I really want to try them. I got the sausage and the fruit ones. The kolaches were huge and the fruit filling taste like real fruit. The woman working there was very nice and she even gave me an extra donut. This spot in Pickerington has great pastries. I don't have to go across town to the famous bakery on Livingston. Because Fresh Donuts are just has good. You won't find cakes or cookies, though. They do have some breakfast foods to choose from. Closed on Mondays.

First time stopping in. The lady who helped me didn't speak a word to me until we were almost completely checked out. I had to check the screen for the total. Then she told me the total after I had the money already ready. She did finally politely smile and said have a nice day. Donuts were soft and yummy. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews! It takes time to work out kinks and figure out your supply/demand and get things running smoothly. Depending on when you go in they may be out of some donuts...so what? They are delicious and go quickly. Burritos are really good and super cheap, and the kaloche is fantastic. The only thing I didn't love is the croissant sandwiches but that's just me. Stop in; you won't be disappointed.

Came here to try there Kolaches as I grew up in Texas and missed my Shipleys. Kolaches are good, not as good as Shipleys but they get the job done being as far away from home as I am lol. Donut holes are yummy as well. Will def be back.

This shop needs more time to work out their kinks. My son and I visited Sunday morning at 7:15. There was a line of around 6 customers in front of us when we arrived. There were no menus or prices posted, but I will assume that the tv monitors behind the counter would normally show the menu if they were on. Almost no donuts were available. I tried a ham and cheese roll, which tasted like a Pillsbury crescent roll with a piece of lunch meat ham and a slice of American cheese in it. It was ok, but nothing special. They keep the rolls containing meat sitting out unrefrigerated, which is concerning. I expected better. Maybe use some better ingredients to elevate it a bit? Good quality ham and some Gruy?re would be nice. Invest in a refrigerated case. Did the health department approve that food storage?

The glazed donuts here are really something to write home about! They literally melt in your mouth. Breakfast burritos are ok. Once they sell out for the day they are done. Worth going early.

Donuts were ok, however every single donut rang up higher than the listed price. I didn't say anything about the incorrect(higher) prices, but then they charge a fee on top of it if you pay without credit card. No one mentioned that. I feel like this is deceptive practice

I have to agree with several other people on here that the service was sub-par and the donuts just didn?t look like anyone put any effort into them . If you like glazed it?s s good spot , but I was not a fan of the other donuts . I think they could definitely have a good thing going with a few tweaks.

we got two burritos which were small but filling. we also got two apple fritters and one sprinkle donut which they were so good, the dough was like any other i?ve tasted and the texture was flakey and flavorful. we only spent $6 too, very affordable!! definitely my new favorite brekkie spot:)

I have gone in twice and have to say their donuts are very good. Was in today which is Saturday and everyone else had the same idea so there weren't many donuts so they may have to double up especially on weekends in Pickerington. Would recommend also like their kolaches!!
