I?ve gone three times since they?ve opened so they must be amazing. The staff works great together and the prices are great for everything you get with the shakes. I love their homemade waffle cones. They let you sample the different flavors. Clean environment and long lines every time. Must have.

Such a cute dessert place. I got the dough bowl with both edible cookie dough flavors (brownie and birthday) on top and cake batter ice cream!! It was all delicious, huge, and very reasonably priced. We also tried the donuts one day for breakfast. Everyone is so friendly and offers to let you try samples as soon as you walk in!! Highly recommend!!

Ppl were great, treats were great. Snacks were under par for price, was told pizza was good. Was told that a special person to the business was lactose intolerant and the website shows it has dairy free snacks but only had chocolate as a flavor and that was that. For the price I expected a little more that what was. Oh well. It's how we learn.

Delicious ice cream - even better service! We walked in with a large group near closing time and they were very pleasant and friendly. I got the Island City Fudge and Sea Turtle flavors and both were delicious. Fair pricing.

The worker gave us old hard ice cream. Charged me for stuff they didn?t even have and then was trying to make me choose a different flavor of ice cream after I asked for a refund. She claimed they couldn?t do refunds until the boss came in to do it however once I asked her why she would charge me before making sure they had what I asked for she said so people don?t run away with shakes or ice cream before charging. So glad Sturgis finally has a fun ice cream place! I can also say that these shakes are fairly priced! Most shakes I?ve had like this at other places are more expensive, usually around $15-18. Smaller options are also available as well as just regular ice cream cones. Very friendly staff! ??

When we were asked if we wanted 1 scoop or 2, I guess that was quite literal. Without eating any of the ice cream we could see inside the waffle cone all the way to the bottom. Was just kind of a bummer to eat more dry waffle cone than actual ice cream.

Not from the area, but was impressed with the quality of the doughnuts (and the speed of which they were able to get another two dozen for our party). Would highly recommend checking this place out! Staff was friendly and accommodating as well!

First time visiting today and we LOVE Freakin' Sweets! Staff is friendly and patient, waffle cones and bowls are delicious, plenty of flavors to choose from, and a great price to top it off. What a unique ice cream shop with an interesting selection of items ranging from a simple bowl of ice cream to extravagant shakes with decadant toppings. Great service, friendly and efficient staff, and minimum wait time. I had a simple chocolate shake for my first visit but might have to splurge next time and get one loaded with toppings.

To start, the experience as a whole was quite good and I would definately recommend that you give this place a try. The only complaint that I had was that what I had, the shakes, are just a little bit highly priced, and that seemed to me as though that was the overall concensus of my five person group. I had no problems with service, but my very full shake, which I didn't mind, had me dripping my way out the door without being wrapped in a napkin like the others in my group. Twice now I've ordered the specialty box and ordered A Lemon Berry Donut and all it is is Lemon and the Cookie crumble, they really should update their photos if their not going to put the berry stuff in it or on it or whatever, it's really depressing not to get what you think you are ordering!!!

I have been so excited to try this place out, so took my DIL for her birthday! 4 adults, one toddler. A lady was thete with her child crawling on floor playing. I told her 1st visit for all of us. The people were great but the shakes were not the shake I got just tasted like sweet milk with no other flavor i love the idea but if the shakes were more ice cream than milk it would be perfect I was kinda upset because I love milkshakes
