Frankies Donuts and Pizza

Those sour cream donuts are to die for! I love them ?? We also had the breakfast sandwiches and those were great too! Great prices and great atmosphere! 5/5 stars.

Nice people in the front, donuts were great, kids ate with no complaints. They even went as far to check in the back and get a donut for me that wasn't in the front. Appreciate buying from here on my trips to NF. Affordable Prices too. 9 donuts for 10 dollars.

My partner brought home dinner tonight. She had a steak and cheese sub, fries and a doughnut. I had the same thing, except my sub was a small cheese sub. Well, it was supposed to be. I just love enjoying a cheese sub?with NO CHEESE! I had to add my own cheese to make it edible. Come on! Simple things like this shouldn?t happen. Do better.

Stopped at about 10:30 pm. after the falls. Busy, fast and friendly service. Food was what you would expect from a diner. No complaints. Donut holes were slightly old.

Pizza is definitely in my list of top 10 favorites! The sauce is on the sweet side, so just be aware of that when you?re ordering - but I loved it! Seem to have travelled back in time as it felt like a 90s diner when I stepped into this establishment. I came here after seeing a TikTok. This place gave me old-school classic diner vibes with the decor, aesthetics and style. This part of town definitely seemed pretty quiet. Best donuts in the area . But the resturant could use some cleaning. It was dirty, cluttered, items that should of been the fridge were out . Signs everywhere as soon as you walk in " dont ask for free food " " dont ask for change" you name it the sign was there. But that's what you get when you set the standard so low. Avoid! Ordered 4 subs and it took 45 minutes. When we finally got our food, bread tasted like cigarettes. At one point I looked in the back to see why it was taking so long after the only 2 employees in sight had disappeared, and turns out they were just standing around and chatting in the kitchen.

There's Donuts and then there's whatever the hell magic Frankie puts in his confections. These are the tastiest baked goods I've ever had in my life. If you're in New York by Niagara falls you might as well stop by because it's just as exciting as the falls themselves.

Ordered a fish fry and appetizer sampler through Uber Eats. Within an hour, I was vomiting it up. There were multiple hairs in the fries, which we didn't eat. I'm not sure if it was food poisoning or if it was too greasy. But it all came up and I immediately felt better.

This place is always open! This is our go to place, when we are in the area. But, we have driven out of the way to get pizza, wings, donuts, and subs to take home! We visited around 9pm in the evening. The staff were courteous and welcoming. We ordered the two slices of pizza and a can for $4. The pizza was doughy and oily but was filling. There is wifi and the password is 'frankies' as kindly informed by the helpful staff! We did notice a large donut selection. Parking is also available.

We started looking for wings. This restaurant was close to the location we were in. Upon entering the clerks weren?t very attentive. As we ordered our questions were pretty much left unanswered. The food is definitely the strong point. The pizza was fresh. The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor.

We love this place so much that we go every time we visit Niagara in USA New York side. They've changed the Honey Garlic sauce recipe but the Butter Garlic is still the same yummy sauce. We went twice on the same day :)

I was visiting Niagara Falls for the first time and decided to try Frankies based on all the great reviews. And Frankies lived up to the hype! Great food, quick service, definitely worth a visit if you're going to Niagara Falls!

I go there every time I'm in the area. Employees are really friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The donuts are goooood. It has been a while since I have had the pizza, but it looked just as good as it was in the past.

Not the greatest experience, I ordered a half sheet of pizza. Picked it up but when I got back to hotel the box was full of chicken wings. I called to tell them of mistake and they were like can you bring it back ?please don't touch it, lady is on her way to get them. I did only because I wanted pizza. After thinking about how shady that is I couldn't eat my pizza. Not sure if it left with someone else. It looked good but I could not bring myself to eat it. No offer of refund. I wasn't in the mood to fight

We were out of my town and I let the 12 year old navigate. Pizza and donuts.... Of course. We almost left without even going in, when we walked in, we almost walked out. EXCELLENT customer service and delicious breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Our kids found Frankie?s online and visited after the great google reviews. The food did not disappoint so we visited a second time before leaving town. Terry was especially pleasant as were all the other regular customers she and her staff greeted by name. Hands down the BEST donuts ever! The angel cream is so delicious. I am not a jelly donut person, but let me tell you, they were amazing as well. I couldn't resist trying a slice of mushroom pizza. We might have missed this place were we not looking for a late nite bite but so glad we didn?t! Nothing like watching fresh trays of donuts come out every few minutes and waiting for your favorite! Pizza was very very good with a sauce style that is slightly sweeter than I?m used to but it really worked. We saw all walks of life come in and be received hospitably. I went their for the donuts. They have a lot of flavors and they are really cheap. I like the coconut flavor but overall the donut texture was too soft. I?ll give 3.5 for donuts but 4 eventually for the price.

Small place with lots of options; donuts, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, pizza, deli sandwiches, etc. The menu goes on and on. The breakfast sandwiches were made to order and were piping hot and very good. The donuts are great and the staff is very friendly and ready to serve. Frankie's is known for their fresh donuts, holds true. There are so many to choose from. I love their pizza slices. Customer service is great. Big dining and sit down counter area. Always busy. Very warm atmosphere.

As others have claimed, delicious with a hint of something pretty special in each doughnut. I saw the jelly stick doughnut and knew that I had to give that a try, and, oh boy, I'm glad that I did! The glazed, blueberry, apple spice, and strawberry and chocolate sprinkles were also really good! Thanks Frankie's for the perfect breakfast this morning to fuel us up for our vacation adventures.

Very bad pizza. Not even cooked properly. The toppings were stale. When we asked to heat the donut. They refused to heat it.

Their food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's good other times they forget the butter garlic sauce on your wings and give you plain chicken. It all depends on who's working that day and if they feel like putting forth any effort.

I've had some good donuts in my life but these were by far the best I've ever had. Just happened to stumble upon to Frankie's on line while searching for something to do while in the area. American diner at its best. My family and I were in Niagra Falls from Ohio for a hockey tournament. Ordered multiple pizzas for my daughter's birthday party. Once delivered I called them about the order being incorrect to which they blamed me even though I thoroughly explained my order MULTIPLE times! Instead of helping or offering a solution the lady on the phone immediately caught an attitude bc she wrote the order wrong! The manager didn't help like you would expect either! I've spent so much money at this place, that was my LAST time ordering.

No one behind the counter smiled, not sure why. The donuts should be behind a cover or glass not just sitting out all day. The pizza was okay, it had a sweetness to it that was definitely different. They had good donut flavors but wished it was more hygienic.

Best donuts in the falls. Shady area but worth the trip. Get the glazed donuts as they are the best...no they are not Krispy Creme but they are good.
