Customer Reviews

I work out in elements daily and I enjoy coming to deli for either soup or macaroni salad in warmer months. The women that I encounter are polite and eager to help you. Coming to your business is break from fast food and taste amazing. Everyone that I encounter makes me feel like I'm part of your community. Even though I'm a outsider, keep up the amazing work.

The perfect small town grocery store. Great staff, competitive prices, store is always clean, great selection of products and high quality meats and produce.

Unfriendly young workers, should learn customer care.

Excellent small town grocery market and deli.

Great store great deli great prices franks ! Very kind staff

As good as can possibly be for a small town grocery store. Clean store, very nice staff, great liquor section, bakery and deli. I try to always get my grocery shopping done here. Great meat dept too. Bonus is that they also give back to our community too. You just can't get this from any big box store. I love our Frank's Market.

Good selection, pricier items but that's usual for a small town grocery store. Has almost everything you need. The bakery/deli section is my favorite, their food is awesome! Their employees are usually nice and friendly and helpful. Large liquor and beer section too, which is always a plus!

Went in right before closing to return bottles so I could buy diapers, they did not make me feel bad about it whatsoever. One of the workers actually helped me return the bottles in a very polite manner. The whole staff was full of smiles and seemed happy and polite.

From extremely high prices to poor management of food. This place isn't somewhere I'm fond of. We have bought thing a few items from here to bring it back to find out it expired 1-2 years ago! Things cost 3 to 4 times as much as they would anywhere else. This place is the reason I can't stay in this area, it's to expensive to shop here on a monthly basis. you'd think with premium prices, their services would reflect that. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR EXPERATION DATES BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE! I've also got differen

Everything was easy to find and decently priced for small town shopping... The cashiere was definitely enough to bring me back. Thanks to Haley for being cheerful and pleasant, attractive and good 30 second conversation. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area to go here and I will for sure be returning for all of my quick shopping needs.

Been shopping here for about 5 years. And I have received a terrible attitude from the employees. If I wanted someone to be rude I would go to Walmart self check out and not deal with a person. And the prices are very highZ but I usually try to support local buisiness. Pintown, showboat, ace , blush, all of them really. And this is the rudest in town.

3 Stars not because the store isn't well stocked, clean, and an easy to find location. But, the check out employees just grind me....so 3 stars for my local supermarket. *Update* the check out peeps are getting better. Adding one more ??

Most part people were pleasant however at least 3 employees were not wearing mask which indicates to me their overall concern for well being of the community isn't very high. These folks touch the products and should be held to a high standard.

Went to go shopping today. There was a lot of food to choose from and other items I had a gift card to finish off. The store was super busy on a Friday afternoon.

My visit to Frank's Market was awesome! The associates were friendly and were very helpful when asked questions. I would visit Frank's again next time I am in Chesaning! A nice down home supermarket! BTW their ground bologna was the bomb!

Look up at the ceiling tiles and you think you're in a poor run down ghetto store. The layout, equipment, and overall appearances looks like you took a step back to the 70s/80s. I would think being the only store in the town they would take better pride in appearance. It looks like the only thing they care about in the store is the liquor shelves.

A very nice store! Fresh food meat/deli with a very large selection of lunch meats etc. almost any type of salad you can think of spaghetti salad, potato salads just a couple examples. They also have food already made right their if your in a rush for example fried or baked chicken and much more, if you needed food already made and ready to eat when you get home or on the road w/ no cooking involved!! From my perspective and anyone that lives in Chesaning I talk to they thrive on how fresh the food is and h

Nice little local store. It is very clean. Small frozen food section but totally not a big deal because they have a great bakery with lots of muffins :)

Very nice store. Polite staff. Love the deli section. 3 stars only because prices are more expensive than bigger stores

They have a good selection of fresh produce, quality meat and bakery. The deli is excellent. Friendly service, great grocery store! Really competitive prices.

It's one of the stops on our annual pilgrimage to Creative Passions Retreat. Besides a full line of groceries, they have lottery and a good selection of adult beverages!?? Great neighborhood market!

Haven't been there for a while . Store is clean, and people are nice !

Nice store but prices are way to high.. For what you pay there you could get (2) at walmarts or Meijers..for there price. To bad would like too support our home town but can only get sale items & may as well get the stuff when running to Owosso..

Overpriced for what you can buy elsewhere. Everything in the store costs much more added up compared to aldis, meijers, and walmart. Youd save more even with the gas it would take to drive to owosso for the bigger stores. Other than that the employees are fast but the baggers need more training. They will stack food on top of produce and breads all the time.

Frank's is my hometown grocery store . They try to carry a good selection of most items you would find at the superstores, but on a smaller scale for a fair price. Whether you're just traveling through Or you live here year-round Frank's should have what you need.

Nice country style little grocery store. You could always call this place a Ma and Pa type store, but it feels just a little too franchised for that. Nice store, prices are a little high

Well Hello Gluten free store! They have so much affordable gluten fee products. I had the gal in the deli make me a sald to order. Shw was so sweet! :-)

One should always shop local. Support ur community. Frank's prices are a little more expensive than say, Walmart, but I'll save more in gas as I'd have to drive to Owosso....... jus sayin

Clean, friendly...a bit pricey but overall good...they do run weekly sales that can be attractive. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It's nice a good place to shop The variety of items offered has increased over the years however I question that they have their employees work for the entire day on the 4th of July which is a national holiday in itself and of course there are still many items that end up being cheaper even without being advertised or requiring a coupon. For people that live around here they know that it's only takes about 10 to 12 minutes to get to Meijer from Chesaning; you only need to take state Road where the Lions Clu

Wish there was a Frank's supermarket in Mio, Mi. Ask them anything about there prices at any time and get an answer about the prices. You would not get. Well we are a convient store.

Great palce to shop. Wide variety of good. friendly staff. Great meat selection. And the deli! The mac n cheese at the deli is on point!

Prices are outrageous, food is usually on the brink of expiring, and poor selection! They charge top prices for generic brands! Deli and hot food is great! Convenient!

I have been shopping at this well run & clean store for over 15 years. Prices advertised are what rings up - staff is always friendly & the lines are never long.

We live 18 miles from Franks but still like to drive here and check out their meats and always get what we consider the best donuts around.

We love to shop at our local stores. Franks carries a great selection of items and the meat is always fresh.

Frank's is a very clean store and has the most polite and helpful people working there. They always have good sales and lots of un advertised bargains.

Went for hot rotisserie chicken and found several hot ones in the deli. A nice surprise, being from out of town we didn't know what to expect.

I love shopping here. I was surprised that our local, small town grocery store is so price competitive with the big box stores!

Sherry was working always go in her line such a nice person.

Wonderful, friendly small town store. Stop by when they are having their bbq cookout. It is fantastic.

Great meat selections and their prices are great.

Best doughnuts for miles around great store more than happy to help you with what you need and if they don't have what you need they usually will get you what you need

Like the store but a bit pricey...I believe people would shop there more in there own home town but can't afford to when you can go to Owosso & get items much cheaper..

Neat and Clean, nice baked goods, tasty Deli. The meats are well packaged, and fresh.

Loved it. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Very nice store. Will be back. Thanks

Frank's has always been a great place to shop. Good deals and products and wonderful workers.

Good local grocery store. Not always the best prices compared to big box stores, but always great service.

I always try to buy locally. Support Our community when ever possible. Thanks for Great Service and Products

Small town grocer. Has most things we need on a daily basis. Great customer service.

Very Clean. It has a TERRIFIC Meat and Deli/Bakery section. Friendly atmosphere!

It's always clean, but the prices are on the steeper side for many of their items.

Nice place for groceries. Plenty of cashiers at the checkout compared to Walmart. Fast and friendly!

Great store meat dept and deli are wonderful and staff is always super nice

There is old salad and nasty apples. The rest about the store is OK.

Friendly service, fast check out and good prices. Support local businesses whenever possible ??

Friendly staff. Clean store. Usually have what I need at competitive prices.

They could do a bit better on their food prices, as they are charging a bit too much on their food items.

Franks is a great shopping experience! The workers are friendly & helpful, always looking out for their customers!

Anytime I am in the Chesaning or St.Charles area I always have to stop for their custard long john doughnuts

Always a pleasure shopping here. The staff is easy to work with.

Nice clean store, friendly employees. Keep up the good work

Frank's is Great. The Deli makes Great Food and the Employees are always friendly.

I don't know what it is but for the last 3 weeks the store has smelt like baby poo. And to day it just smelt like something was rotten. BAD

Very nice deli, baked goods are awesome, very courteous employees.

Love our home town store & all the employees are courteous, especially Aubrey

Clean store friendly staff.

Great place to shop small town feel little expensive overall great

Good prices Easily Accessible

All employees made us feel very unwelcome. Run down feel, like ready to close.

A bit on the pricey side. For a small town store the workers weren't very friendly.

Nice shopping, only issue is, prefer to have produce by weight weighed and marked

Always a great alternative to driving a long distance to pick up a few groceries.

Friendly staff, clean store. Pop bottle machine worked good...

Expensive at times, nice selection... Slowwwww deli counter lady. Cheap lunch premade sandwiches
