I drove 5 1/2 hours and discovered this shop and I'd drive the same amount of time to eat there again. Who knew that a small town would feature the best donuts and kolaches I've ever had!?! My son described them as "positively amazing". He had the pistachio donut. The service made me smile and the gal at the counter was so patient with my indecisive family of 7. Even the seated customers began recommending everything. If I didn't know better, I may assume they were paid for their endorsement. Get here today

Recent stop in here for lunch and was not disappointed ! this place is doing everything right. Food was fantastic, excellent selection of beers and staff was over the top friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and will return.

Been coming here for donuts since 1984! Still good donuts but they have changed their frosting to a corn syrup base like many other donut shops. I cannot have corn syrup but try to buy plain and sugar donuts to support them.

If you want made from scratch And taste homemade from grandma's kitchen you got the right place. Had potato soup and Italian panini they were delicious. We took a few doughnuts to go they are good but a bit on the greasy side and left a aftertaste I was not to fond of, I will try them once more to see if they will be different, but will be back for the food for sure.

Found this lovely spot on our way through Emmett. I had the jalape?o popper kolache and the key lime filled doughnut. My husband had a breakfast kolache and a buttermilk bar. They were all perfect! We will be back to try more!

Dinner was great, fresh and delicious! Jason was our server and he was friendly and accommodating even though he didn?t know how to wear his hat??

This is everything! Our servers were marvelous the food is high quality deliciousness!!! Exactly what your palate deserves!

Inconsistent, Cold food, my buddy and I ordered the same thing. We had a large party. One came out looking great, The other like it had been hastily thrown together. One of the woman in my party refused her plate entirely after the meat and potato came out completely cold. I think this new businesses has potential! But consistency in the kitchen needs to be the focus! Waitress was absolutely amazing! Everything I tasted that was warm... was very good.

This was the 2nd time eating here and was well worth the drive both times. The food was delicious and serving sizes are huge. Has a large menu of drinks for everyone. Even got some entertainment while eating (Saturday night karaoke) The service was perfect from beginning to end. Our waitress was courteous and helpful, ensuring that our whole meal experience was flawless. Got donuts for breakfast and so glad we did :) We will defiantly be coming back.

Great selection of food (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and doughnuts. Open early, super nice people that work there!

Didn't catch the owners name, but great guy! Panini was amazing! Love that they keep the feel of the old donut shop. Had an NA beer I've only seen at whole foods, never dining out. Well done. We will definitely go back! Take all the family.

Great pasta dinner, beer and wine options. Everyone is so friendly. Elisha , our server, was a hoot and on top of everything. Very clean establishment, which is so important. Highly recommended. We go as often as possible.

I always order the panini with chicken and pesto and sun-dried tomato. It's amazing also they're brisket baked potato is really good too. I've never had bad food here.

Worst doughnuts I have ever eaten. They are greasy and soggy. Miss the doughnuts the last 3 owners made. The kolaches were better with the last owner also. We used to get them a couple times a month to have for dinner. When fusion took over, we got them and they made us really sick. Waited 6 months and tried again, no change. Haven't been back since. Might go back to try the pretzels and beer cheese.

We used to get donuts here all the time and they were great, but the last 3 times we?ve been there has been a thick layer of grease seeped into the bottom of the donuts and the cinnamon rolls are flat as pancakes. When I pay $15 for 6 donuts, I expect them to be cooked properly ??

Oh my goodness!! If you like Italian food look no further! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The staff was so sweet and nice the food so freaking good! I seriously cannot say enough good stuff about this beautiful restaurant! Go try it for yourself, you won?t be disappointed!!!!

I ordered 2 stuffed baked potatoes for take out and paid a little over $20. After getting back to my office and opening the box, I was given 2 small side baked potatoes. So of course I called to tell them this is not what I ordered or what I paid for. First the waitress tells me she will let management know and they will call me back. After waiting for 2 days and no call, I called back. The same waitress tells me, ya sorry there is nothing we can do about that. there is nothing she can do about that?! I did

We enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere and folks were friendly but the dinner food was VERY expensive for what it is. $10 for a tiny bowl of butter penne for a kids meal is very steep, $18 for a n unappetizing and small lasagne that had little to no meat in it and my husband had a $23 chicken parm that honestly looked like it was reheated in a microwave. I have no problem with this establishment other than the price point and quality for dinner here is not good.

We came in for dinner on a Sunday night after a bit of driving, and it was exactly what we were needing. The server (Sorry, forgot her name!) was super friendly and attentive. Easy to talk to. I had the tortellini, and I had one half red sauce, the other half Alfredo sauce, and it was fantastic! Will definitely try to come back next time we are in Emmett. I might want to try a donut next time ??

The Paninis here are incredible! We took my son and got him hot chocolate and picked up some food as well. I don't have any complaints! I would highly recommend the chicken panini with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes. I would say it was the best I've had.

Stopped by here for lunch & the food, service & atmosphere was awesome. Then decided to get some donuts to take into work the next day. Everyone raved about the donuts. They were amazing as well. This place is awesome & will definitely be back.

I was there on Feb.13,2023. Fantastic food! The meatballs were the best I've had for a very long time. Waitress was like visiting with an old friend, and the music! The best of when I was in my prime.Remembering when I was first married. What a wonderful era.All in All a great place to sample all the different dishes.

Passed through town today after a long hard weekend of hunting..we were hungry and looking for something warm and these guys were open so we decided to stop in and have some lunch. DELICIOUS! Staff was super amazing and food was ready quickly. We also got some donuts for the road and those too were amazing! They've got something great going on and we most definitely will be back!

Stopped at Foutth Street Fusion for donuts. They were amazing! Best apple fritter I've ever tasted! The owner was welcoming and friendly. Great service and fantastic atmosphere. Definitely be coming back next time I'm in Emmett!

This place is incredible. The staff is so friendly and patient. The food is amazing. Everything we tried was delicious. Clam chowder was the perfect consistency, minestrone was loaded with wonderful veggies, the Bbq brisket baked potato could feed three people and the penne with meatballs had 2 large meatballs. We will definitely be going back so we can try some other things.

First time here. I had broccoli cheddar soup, Mother had a smoked briquette sandwich. They have a fancy name for them. It was a delicious meal. Small venue, friendly staff. Recommended to anyone who likes good food. ??

Donuts were fine but customer service was absent. I greeted the workers and they didn?t even respond to me, then seemed irritated that I didn?t already know what I wanted. Not a very warm welcome. Also very expensive. For dinner the Italian is okay at best. Small portions and the breadsticks reminded me of MRE bread.

Had some lunch and it was okay. Fun food choices for sure! Such variety and they even have donoughts! The dinner looks amazing and if you eat meat perhaps the lunch is great too. I am a vegetarian and ordered a crossiant sandwhich (egg and cheese) and they dont have tomato or lettuce to put on it. Tasted good but very simple and not unique. I also ordered a maple donought and it tasted okay. I also had a dinner side salad but it was just iceberg lettuce and couple of tomatoes and croutons. The food for dinn

Dine in- breakfast kolache with sausage gravy on top are excellent! and we took home a wonderful variety of donuts/pastries. Love it All!

Had donuts earlier in the day that were delish. Dinner later was disappointing. Had chicken Alfredo and penne w/ meatballs. The meatball was ok. Marinara was a little watery. Pasta was well cooked. The Alfredo had little to no flavor. However, the service was great and the place was really clean!

Some places are just a short drive away and worth every mile. Taking the time to stop and shop at the local stores can be quite nice. Most shops like this one are quaint but clean Small yet huge in service. The taste makes the visit but the service gets us back time and time again.

I?ve been looking for an exceptional donut shop for a long time in this area. If you are familiar with Top Pot in the Seattle area then you know my target. Better yet, they have kolaches?exceptionally kolaches. It is about an hour drive to get here for me. I?ll be making the drive again!

My husband and I stopped in there Fourth Street Fusion in Emmett ID real early to pick up some donuts/pastry and OH MY GOSH, I felt like a little girl in a candy store. #1 it smelled SO good when I walked in. #2 the array was amazing, every flavor and creative delight was before my eyes. #3 when the chocolate donut with Bavarian cream touch my mouth, the freshness and hint of yeast with sweetness was beyond GOOD. I ate it so fast my husband said "you different leave me any" Oh, I didn't even give that

I don't eat donuts usually, but had one of FSF's last weekend and it was so tasty, fresh and yummy! My husband loved the breakfast sandwich. We will definitely make this one of our go-to places.

The service was wonderful. Food was great and quick. I will eat there again.

I would have to say one of the best donuts I have tasted in awhile, thanks to the owner who suggested us to try the Kolache never tried it before and it was amazing and also we ordered the lasagna thank you for recommendation, we will for sure come back again.

Food was amazing fettaccine sauce delicious, generous servings, salads and bread. wine selection was also amazing. Servers were helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice experience. You won't be disappointed.

They have live mic night on Saturday and I enjoyed it very much. Food is great and the wait staff is very accommodating.

They have amazing food! In all honesty I only have one complaint, that being the young girl working there. She lacks customer service, no smiles, no greeting, nothing. She sort of acts like a robot taking your order. But other than that I have no gripes with this place!

I purchased a cinnamon roll and a glazed old fashioned doughnut. Both we perfect. Old fashioned was cruchy & yummy; cinnamon was perfect, just the right amount of cinnamon! Lovely! It was great visiting w/the owners! ???????

Fourth Street Fusion has great donuts and kolaches! Had a brisket filled kolache and a maple bar donut. Awesome selection of beer as well! 25+ beer options on tap and in bottles! Definitely gonna go back and try their dinner options.

I was back up in Emmett for the loss of my dad and stopped in with the wife... instantly hooked on the Jalape?o popper kaloshe and couldn't stop there! Pulled pork next! Then back again the next day for more situational issues and had to ha more... but this time had to have family try and they loved. Next day, even more and more fam went too... Then the last day, I ordered extra to take with and my family ordered about 15 different kolaches to take

I highly recommend eating here.

Had dinner there the other night. Very friendly people. Food is as good as some Eagle hi priced restaurants. Great beer and wine list. Great to support local businesses..especially when it's good!

If you can save room after all the delicious doughnuts the chicken bacon ranch kolach is a must try. Try to stop at one if you can... but I bet cha can't!

This place has got great dinner service and just great donuts. The beer on tap also makes this a great spot to stop after work for a cold beer.
