A million stars! These are the best donuts we have EVER had! The cronut was truly the tastiest treat on the planet! The bagel sandwiches were so delicious! Even the pot of coffee was elite. The owners were so friendly and kind gave our boys a free bag of donut holes:)! Character donuts are so fun for the kids! Highly recommend! This is the ONLY donut/bagel shop to visit when in Dallas! If we didn?t live in Tampa, FL, we would be here constantly! Support small businesses like this one!
The best koalache and donut place in the area!! And such a sweetest lady with a charming personality that brings smile to our face whenever we walk in! She gave us free mini donuts too! 10/10 recommend

The lady working there is so sweet and the donuts taste amazing, the cake donut especially is amazing but get the one with sugar but plain is still tasty. The place is very affordable and I hope more people go here it?s great!
I've been 2-3 times at this point and the store was always clean/pristine, well stocked, and had good customer service. The donuts were pretty tasty of course and they always have some more colorful options if traditional glazed aren't your cup of tea. I especially like their glazed cake donuts (the denser ones/more crumb) with their touch of lemon zest/flavor that really rounds them out. There's plenty of parking and it's one of the closest donut shops to UTA - perfect for meetings on-campus.

We stopped by on a Saturday morning. The location is very clean and inviting. Our six year old donut ?expert? raved about how much she enjoyed their donuts. The jumbo jalape?o roll actually has jalape?o in the croissant! Yum! The character donuts are unique and creative!
I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. It never fails to hit the spot first thing in the morning when I am just craving a croissant or bagel samich. They are so good, affordable, and overall yummy. The inside is very clean! Staff is extremely friendly. We are definitely going to become regulars!
I love that this donut shop is in close proximity to UTA, it?s authentic, and the people have been nothing but nice! The kolaches/pigs in a blanket are my favorite from here.
If you like a great cronut this place is the best...I have tried the rest I have found in town. They are huge and delicious. The service is amazing as well, very nice people!

I stop in every Sunday morning for a bagel and cinnamon roll. The cheddar cheese bagel is my favorite. The donuts are all very good, the coffee is good, and the owner is very nice. Try the cronut(croissant donut)

I ordered from here through doordash and well they forgot like three doughnuts I had ordered. Whatever no big deal. But one of the filled doughnuts I had ordered the cream was sour and gross and it made me very sick. When I called the number on google it was obviously someone?s personal phone number. They abruptly told me someone will call me back and when I got a call back the woman I spoke to didn?t really seem to care that much. I was wasn?t even mad. It happens I work in customer service things happen.
This place has amazing customer service and family owned! You can feel the hospitality as soon as you walk in the door. Support your local businesses and let?s not forget the most important part.. the donuts are to die for!
I?ve been to a lot of donut stores in DFW over the years and this is debatably the best one ive found. I went there yesterday and the donuts are so fluffy and fresh. The kolaches are amazing too! And the lovely group of employees always greet you with a warm welcome!
Couldn?t believe it. Just started working in Arlington a few months ago and I was blessed to find this wonderful donut shop. This is perfect in the mornings on my way to work and I can tell that they put their heart and soul into these donuts. I?ll definitely come back again and let my coworkers know about it
The food is delicious! Their Spinach Bistro pastry is my favorite, and they always have good donuts and coffee. I highly suggest them for your morning donut fix!

They are so nice and organized. The presentation is mouth watering. One of the few places that has Cronuts. Big, sweet and fluffy.
I can?t stop eating these donuts, they?re absolutely delicious! I?ve tried starting my diet several times but I fail consecutively as I fall to the temptation of their delicious donuts every morning. They?re variety is awesome and the employees are so kind, highly recommend!
2/8/2024, I live 2 min from this donut shop, literally come here 4 to 5 times a week My experience when I come rather it's my boys, husband or myself we never have a issue, NEVER the LADIES are just the sweetest and o so patient ?? This morning it was a man that opened the shop with the ugliest attuide smh.. 1st things 1st they open at 5am my husband and I made it at 5:10am.. as we are walking up I tell my husband o no they closed.. well we get to the door and we see 2 men inside, one is dropping his load
This is a classic donut shop. Come here! All the donuts you expect to see at a shop. Sausage rolls and specialty. The old fashions will melt in your mouth. Fresh made!! Sooo good!!!

I bought three chocolate frosted donuts, I sat in my truck and ate two and went back inside the store and bought two more chocolate frosted donuts, and yes they were delicious saw and melting your mouth donuts. What I didn't like was not being able to get a receipt for my purchase

Buyer beware when you order a mix dozen price says $8.99 and and up paying $16.00 ..wow this place is a ripoff I think I will drive a little and stay loyal to Shipley's donuts .
