Didn?t have our full order at pickup. Placed the initial order in person. Got a call later that day saying they didn?t charge us in full (when they did). Then also stopped in person the day before our pickup to confirm the order. Despite all this, they weren?t competent enough. By far the best donuts and coffee cakes, and cookies I have ever tasted. The staff is absolutely AMAZING, they are so friendly and patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted to get. The prices are fantastic. This place will not disappoint I highly recommend if you are in area stop you will be in love with all the tasty treats they have. They even do cakes here as well.

I got the Rosette cupcakes made for my son?s bridal shower cost me $150 definitely nothing as nice as the pictures and taste was not very good to sweet . Very disappointing. For the amount of business they do there isn't much room to stand in the lines every morning. However, it's worth every minute you wait. One of the few places left you can get genuine good bakery donuts. I don't even think they're more expensive than dunkin' donuts anymore.

Ordered a white cake with strawberry filling and chocolate buttercream. The cake and filling were just OK, the buttercream is awful, the worst ever tasted. No chocolate taste, with a granulated texture, like sand paper, and awfully sweet. I couldn't eat it. So there were $50 in the garbage, but now I know, will never recommend this place. No quality in their product, utterly overrated.

The best bakery!!! We moved away years ago, but had to stop in while visiting family. This place is still every bit as great as we remembered. Everyone behind the counter had a friendly smile. This was my first experience with this bakery. It was a huge hit. I ordered a half sheet double layer half chocolate and vanilla with an oreo cream filling. Their pies are delicious. The presentation of their baked goods in the display cases just don?t turn me on so I gave a 3 for atmosphere. The pies are baked fresh everyday I am not sure the items in the display cases are so i have avoided buying them.

Grew up in Mokena in the 70's and 80's and even went to school with one of the kids. It's always been the best place for the treats with that special taste that melts you and stop there every chance I'm in town including this past Thanksgiving and their cookies still are out of this World and this from a guy who spends $50-$150 on candy at the Dollar General at least once a month.

Best baked goods in South Chicago area. Almond crescents, for the connoisseur, are out of this world! I've never found anything like them during my travels around the USA.

The Bakery made a mistake and shorted us a couple dozen cookies we ordered. Called and the people in charge took care of the problem the next day. They gave us the shorted 2 dozen and added extra cookies. And they said no charge for a half a dozen sweet rolls I was going to get. Great job taking care of their customers. Great bakery! They have the very best cupcakes. My absolute favorite is the German Chocolate one. I order my special occasion cakes here and they've always been outstanding. The decorating is beautiful as well as the taste. The donuts are good as well. They don't have a very large variety of coffee cakes but what they do have is tasty.

Seriously my favorite bakery around. There is no other bakery around that can compete. This bakery makes the best Atomic cake. I had two cakes made, one in August of 2020 and one just yesterday in 2/6. The first cake was impeccably decorated and the taste was delicious. This time around not so much. I have lived in Homer Glen for 30 years and Fleckenstein's Bakery has always been a family favorite. I came to them for my daughter's bridal shower "sweets table". I purchased 14 dozen mini pastries. The selection was great and the order was packaged and ready on time the morning of the shower. The cost was reasonable for the quality of the baked goods. Paczki's were not good, smaller than all paczki's I've ever eaten - Dunkin Donuts are bigger. Fillings were good, but the main problem is that they were dry - never had a dry paczki, that should not happen. Apparently they were sitting around a day or two. And was charged $1.95 each - really? First and last time customer.

I've been there probably 40 times. Sometimes by 8:30 or 9:00 they are out of coffee cakes or custard filled chocolate donuts. Their prices are higher than Orland Park bakery and the product is not as good. I think OP bakery has more employees than Fleckenstein's has customers and for good reason. This bakery needs new management for sure or just shut it down

Their desserts are amazing, and the girls are all very sweet! My son loves it there. I moved to this state a little while ago, and where I'm from I had a donut shop my kids and I went to every week, I can see fleckensteins being that new place for our family.

Our wedding cake came from Fleckenstein's, and not only was it the wedding cake of my dreams, but after the wedding we had so many people comment on how the cake was the best wedding cake they had ever had. We got the white frosting and white cake and could not have been happier with our experience!
