I went in the afternoon it was pretty busy that day but the Customer service was great. Yesenia the lady at the register was great loved her. She?s super sweet and vibrant and Really gave me a run for my money. Everything was amazing and she also spoke English which is great because my Spanish is not good hahahaa
I stopped by FL Bakery and Restaurant and had the pastrami sandwich; absolutely delicious! The bread was fresh, the pastrami was flavorful, and everything was well put together. I paired it with a juice, which made for a satisfying lunch. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. There was plenty of seating available, though I visited during non-peak hours. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu!
If your looking for Aunthenic Puerto Rican food in Kissimmee...well look no further then to FL Bakery and Restaurant!. Amazing quality and quantity of your favorite Puerto Rican dishes along with Deserts to go or if your looking for Breakfast like I did..it will hot the spot!. I got the Ham and cheese with eggs Breakfast sandwich which was do filling and worth every cent! The prices are perfect for every meal, appetizer or desert!. I then tried there Empanadas with beef which were also Great and filling!!
Absolutely delicious! It's bright and clean. A bit of a language barrier if you speak English and very noisy like a cafeteria. We had to wait awhile for our sandwiches to be made, but they were absolutely incredible. The steak sandwich came with all the fixings. The meat was crazy tender and the bread was thin and baked super fresh. Many customers were just buying huge rolls of bread bagged up to-go. The desserts blew me away. I've never had such a light crispy flaky custard cream horn thing, it's that good
Good food but definitely not fast . And it wasn't all that busy. Will return check for update.
?? Florida Bakery ? A Taste of Puerto Rico! ?? Absolutely loved my experience at Florida Bakery! The Puerto Rican food is authentic and full of flavor?every bite takes you straight to the island. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal. Highly recommend for anyone craving amazing Puerto Rican cuisine! ???? #FloridaBakery #PuertoRicanFood #AuthenticFlavors
We had the pastries, and they were fantastic. Everything was great and very reasonably priced. We'll certainly go back next time we're in Kissimmee.
I used to love FL Bakery and then the hype began. Prices have definitely gouged up and service is not what it used to be. You feel like you're walking into a factory with robots. Today I decided to order a food delivery only to get beans sitting in water and raw pork chunks. What a shame!
My niece took me here for lunch. I'm from Washington State and have never experienced Puerta Rican food before. Oh my gosh....just about the best pulled pork sandwich I have ever had!!! I'm sad to go back home because we don't have anything like it. Prices were great too.
I ordered the egg sandwhich and took it home to find a while egg shell cooked into the sandwhich, wtf and instead of giving me my money back she made me 2 more i will never come back for this crap. Gross. And i live here.
They're very nice here and the bakery items are delicious! Even though I don't speak any Spanish, they always go out of the way to find someone to explain the specials to us! Saves a lot of money! One day soon I'll try their hot food, too. ??
It's good but I think the flavors are pretty strong as far as the spice goes. When I get desserts, I prefer sweetness and the chocolate cake definitely had that but the tiramisu had so much cocoa powder, I was coughing and the vanilla cake was pretty dry. Pricing is really good here though!
I have never left a bad review but dam this was the worst experience, there not very organized it?s a free for all, unless you are a local or been there a few time you no how to get your order. I?m standing in what seemed to be a line at the register to be told to order pastries at the other counter I go to the other counter to wait to someone attend me still nothing she keeps taking orders from other customers coming in behind me instead of telling me to stand over the other side by her. The bathrooms is
Went there for a quick takeout my plate was delicious but for My Husband?s plate, it was not great. The pulled pork was spoiled. You can smell it. I think if he would?ve ate it, he would?ve gotten sick. but the guava pastries were absolutely delicious.
This place is awesome. The food is delicious and they have a great variety. The only issue is that since it's always busy, there's a lot of noise. But I still love going there.
I came here before and had a cuban sandwich a few months ago. I came back again today and had yellow rice, pernil and maduros. My sister and I also shared escabeche. This little gold mine is amazing because when you are done eating, you walk a few feet and they also have a bakery with every type of Rican dessert you can think of. I had a sugar donut and we also shared a budin. If you are ever in this area and need a quick bite to eat, I recommend this place for sure. Enjoy.
Amazing spot. They have great bakery items, and they also have hot food in a cafeteria style.
I normally don?t leave reviews, but my experience here was beyond disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed and dismissed by the staff. The woman helping me kept interrupting and correcting my Spanish, even though I?m a native Spanish speaker and wasn?t saying anything wrong. It felt condescending and unnecessary, and honestly, it came off as colorist. Because of how uncomfortable she made me feel, I didn?t even finish ordering what I actually wanted. I felt pressured, unwelcome, and like I
Came here on TWO separate occasions and both times we had a delicious experience! The service is friendly and the line is usually a bit of a wait. However, the food makes it worth every single time! Delicious, flavorful, authentic and pleasing to the eye. The hot food, deserts and sandwiches are so aesthetically pleasing that it makes eating here so much more enjoyable!
The food was delicious at FL Bakery. There is a lot of prepared foods to choose from. These are mostly Puerto Rican foods. They also make very good sandwiches. They must have 40-50 freshly made deserts to offer. All of the ones that I have tried have been really good. If you have guests coming to your house this would be the best place to pick up some pastries or other deserts to impress your guests. I highly recommend FL Bakery.
Really great. Now I can take pan sobao to the family in Virginia. Everything I tried was delicious from their guayaba pastries to their coffee. I'd go every day if I lived in the area.
This was my first time here, and I loved everything about it. The hospitality, the staff, the cleanness, and you can tell the food was made with love. I recommend all of the food at this place, honestly. I have to go back for the bakery!!
Pan sobao is sweet and as good as any I have had in Puerto Rico. What an assortment of dishes, I couldn't make up my mind. Everything was delicious. The service is good, although the cafeteria-style system is a bit chaotic if you're not used to it. Our food was ready, but since it was busy and loud, we didn't hear my name called to get our order. Other than that the eatery is well worth it. You won't regret it. BTW they serve Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was surprised that they had dinner options during
I went to Florida Bakery in Kissimmee on Friday 6 of June 2025 to buy a cake because its one of our favorite from there and for my surprise the cake that I bought was tasting old , the flour that they use was hard and the flavor of the cake was like a cake that is been sitting on the fridge for a while . Very Sad we couldn?t enjoy it ? Then couple days after we have a family picnic day in Tampa Florida on the weekend and my sister in law bought another cake and it was the same situation ?.. very disappoin
The bakery offers a very authentic taste, quite similar to Puerto Rico?especially in their sandwiches and pastries. However, the service was lacking. I didn?t feel the warmth or friendliness that usually defines Puerto Rican hospitality. It?s a shame, because the food is great, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.
Food is good, place is clean, if anything the place is crowded with chairs and tables which make it hard to navigate if you want to sit down. No complaints otherwise. Had the Tripleta sandwich and wife had the Montecristo sandwich, both were tasty and were pretty big. We also had the 6 pastries for $6 and all of them were fresh and good. Definitely coming back and recommending to family and friends.
Ate here for a second time through Uber eats delivery for lunch. Tried the Mallorca de Jam?n and the Tripleta a little later on. The Mallorca was very good. Had a slight sweet, butteriness to the bread, reminiscent of French toast. Paired with with saltiness of the ham, would be a great sandwich option, especially for breakfast. The tripleta was nice also, but a little too heavy on the mayo for me. I think if it were lite mayo, it would be a great sandwich option as well. ***See first review below*** Very
I always come here for Cuban sandwiches when possible. Great prices with even better tasting food. I also happened to come on a day where 6 pastries went for $8 definitely recommended ??
My media noche (half night) sandwich was delicious, and the ham and cheese with lettuce was good, too. But they didn't have the sweet bread for my sandwich and didn't offer me the special from the bakery.
Wow! A wonderful surprise. Have you ever wondered what a Puerto Rican pastery would look like or taste like? Wonder no more. Here is a wonderful bakery and more. Prepared dishes and dishes to order. Don't forget the cafe con leche! Oh, and the fresh baked bread. Omg! The staff is so helpful.
Whenever we?re in the area, we always stop by to buy their delicious Sobao bread. Their food from the counter is amazing. You have to try the Ropa Vieja, the rice with longaniza, and the yuca en escabeche they?re on another level. Honestly, they cook really well, with generous portions and reasonable prices. And just recently I went and noticed they changed the tables and chairs that run along the windows of the restaurant and it looks great! It really does look much more organized and comfortable for when
The food is ok but the place is too loud. The Staff as to scream and I dont even understand how people could talk so loud with food in their mouth. Back in the Island is nothing like that..
Food is on point. The staff is great. Once in a while I will have a rude server, but that is not the norm. I highly recommend this place.
Awful customer service. I called asking for what ingredients they have in their bread and they didn?t want to tell me bc they do not tell the clients that information. By law they have to have the ingredients on the label in case someone has allergies. Since they do not have the ingredients on the label, I called asking for the ingredients and were very rude and denied my request! Be very careful with these people that they don?t even care about their customers and the handling of food. I will make sure the
This was recommended so I advantage of a day trip to Orlando and loved it. There?s not this type of establishment on my side of Jacksonville and it did not disappoint! The mofongo with the churrasco was enough for lunch, dinner when I got home and finished it on dinner today. Bought some delicious pastries to bring back for a nice dessert!
This is one of the best bakery we have ever been. Both food and desserts where amazing . The place was very clean and well organized. The employees treat us with a smile at all time. Great family environment. We totally recommended. ??????
Always a delight eating breakfast/lunch here. I love ordering they're amazing warm sandwiches and freshly squeezed orange juice. They also have a wide selection of delicious baked goods you can choose from! Always awesome meeting the friendly staff when I walk in also!
Just had the worst experience here. I Will not be back. I took myself and two beautiful little girls here for what I thought would be a quick brunch. Little did I know that service here is based purely on how you look and is you speak Spanish. Me and kids waited in line like everyone else only to never receive our food. We patiently waited 30 mins thinking well they are just busy. We wen to ask about our food the lady told us to wait, then our timer went off we still never received our food. I finally went
Food is VERY salty. I tried the biftec had ro take it back. Then went for the fried fish and it was also really salty. Give them a try and tell me what you think. Desserts are pretty good.
Friendly staff, good food and prices. I will definitely come again. 1
Great food and variety. I highly recommend
What an exciting place to find pastries or food. Service is efficient. Employees very helpful. Quality of food will make you keep coming back. A good overall experience
The BEST bakery ever. The sandwiches reminded me of Puerto Rico. The flavors and customer service were phenomenal. The prices are great and better than many of their competitors. HIGHLY recommend.
This bakery is a paradise for pastry lovers and coffee connoisseurs alike. The pastries are simply divine, boasting exquisite flavors and perfect textures. Paired with their exceptional coffee, it's a match made in heaven. The cozy ambiance and friendly service only add to the delightful experience. Highly recommend!
One of the best panaderia in the area if you are looking for a great breakfast and variety this is one of those places great customer service and awesome sandwiches, pancakes, coffee, desserts and more Hispanic style breakfast is a must do if you are on vacation in the area off Kissimmee my favorite bread is pan sobao and they now how to make ot really good. Try it and let me now later
Place was loud & crowded. I ordered a Cuban sandwich it was bad. No cheese, mustard, pickles(which is a staple of a Cuban) the little piece of ham they put was burned and the pork was salty and over seasoned. You can get a better Cuban sandwich from Publix or Wawa !! It was my 1st time there and I will not go back.
Good food, Good prices. Only negative i can say is sometimes you have homeless standing infront of establishment harassing people.
Excellent, bakery their variety of pastries is exciting and delicious, they also serve a good selection of Hispanic meals, nothing out of this world but tasty? the service is good and courteous, the whole restaurant environment is clean and well kept although it?s freezing cold? they crank up the AC so you don?t stay there for too long and don?t be surprised that now and then they raise the music volume when one of their favorite songs are playing?
Extremely loud and not only that, they call out through a microphone and it?s very loudly place, that just make a lot of people keep taking louder. My order took over 40 min and was just 2 omelet with a toasted bread that?s it it took longer that I could imagine? my first time but definitely will not come back to this hot mess.
In this bakery, I had never had a problem until today. However, my experience was marred by the disrespectful behavior of the supervisors or managers. Despite enjoying the meal, I couldn't overlook the way I was treated. I was accused of lying and was spoken to in a demeaning manner. Additionally, personal remarks were made about my pregnant wife, which I found completely unacceptable. The disrespectful treatment overshadowed my dining experience. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior in an otherwise
This is a 5/5. I love pastries. This place beats all the local ("popular, similar") places when it comes to their bakery. I have yet to try the food here, but it's always full of traffic, so my indication is it's really good as well! My favorite "mantecado" cookies. You're welcome.
This is definitely a great bakery. I tried eight different treats and enjoyed them all. It's clean and set up very well. I will, without a doubt, purchase more goodies in the future.
The place & setting is very nice. The food itself is very good & flavorful. Only thing I would say was that their bakery section is lacking some flavor. I had the sugar donut and the quesito but it didn?t really taste like much. The quesito just tasted like a big scoop of cream cheese in my mouth. The food they make is very good though. I had a tripleta & it is something i?ll come back for.
Nice to find a Puerto Rican bakery with good choices. We ordered some Guava and Cheese Danish. They were so delicious and soft. We also got some donuts.
Buffet, order from menu and pastries are too delicious. Great atmosphere and very friendly employees.
The fooood!!! We got several items from the bakery, a Cuban, and Pastelon. WOW wow wow! Now you will wait exponentially for the Cuban or at least we did, 45 mins for a sandwich. Bakery was fast, so was the ready to order cooked food.
This establishment is a GEM! The food and pastries are delicious, and it's a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I would be visiting this place more often when I visit FL, and if I were you, I would recommend you do as well.
First time visiting and was definitely impressed. Cappuccino was delicious, my daughter had the waffles & bacon. She ate it all, we also got pan sobao & de agua. Very good. Nice & helpful staff. Will definitely come back next time we are in town. ??
Not what I expected went there for the pastries and they must have changed the recipe because it wasn't good, the flavor just wasn't there, the guava jelly of the pastelillos was awful and the filling of the quesitos was bitter very disappointed I went there because i had tried them before and it was like i had in my childhood i wished i had gone to the other bakerys i saw I don't like to do bad reviews but the truth is the truth.
What a great Bakery! One of my favorite in the entire central Florida! Pastry and Bread they make here is the closest you will get from a Puerto Rico Local Bakery! Food in steam table is super fresh and quality is amazing! I had visit this and Kissimmee location and both are amazing! Do yourself a favor and stop by! I do reviews in every place I have been good or bad? trust me no need to lie about this one at all! You must stop here and even try the orange juice fresh this people serve! And you?re are Welco
Good was great and reasonably priced. It was very chaotic and hard to discern how to order. Some staff did not speak English. Dining room was very busy, hard to find a seat
Very good prices, not all of them speak English but they're all kind.
Found a roach in my macaroni salad. They compensated me with bakery items, but they did not take the rest of the tray away & they kept serving what I had ordered to other people. Disgusting!! I didn't even eat the rest of my food I was so grossed out.
Good place, I?m a frequent customer! However, it?s no longer truly Puerto Rican. Most of the employees are not Puerto Rican, and the taste and quality of the food have changed.
Love love love! Don't be fooled by the sign, as there is so much more than a bakery. First, the coffee is fantastic whether paired with a delicious pastry, breakfast plate or a midday pick-me-up. Then the hot food is incredible, try an amazing sandwich, or traditional Puerto Rican snack and if your feeling a bit more hungry go and build your plate with your choice of various rice, beans, meats and salads. This restaurant is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood. Come hungry and leave happy and satisfied!
The family ordered catering here for the first time and we were very pleased with the handling of the food and the flavor was great ????
I have been going to this place for over a year. We are never disappointed. Love all of their meals, but my favorite has become the Almendra Cake. So delicious and moist. However, I don?t know if it?s available every day. All of their pastries are to die for. The pan de agua reminds me of my parents. We used to eat with mortadella. Heading there next week. I don?t know what I?ll bring.
Awesome Family Business!!! I stopped her on my way back home to Georgia because I wanted to take some bread and pastries home. You can tell it was a very popular business because the parking lot was completely full!! Needless to say I came out with two meals, 4 loafs of bread, 12 pastries and soo much more! ?? Their restaurant and bakery flow is perfection. Food is delicious prices are reasonable and customer service was great! Would love to see this restaurant one day become a food chain across Florida an
Decent Puerto Rican style food for the money. Great if you have small kids as it's cafeteria noisy. Hot food line and you can order sandwiches and such. Puerto Rican bakery was great!
Food didn't taste the same. Beans had no flavor. One small scoop of beans over a huge pile of rice. Beans were cold because the server scooped off the top instead of stirring the heat from the bottom of the pot. I make more flavorful beans at home. The cheese pastry tasted disgusting, I threw it out. Was kept waiting at the register to pay so we could leave. Floor and tables were dirty. We would come here from Oviedo. We won't be back.
Bakery is fantastic, donuts are better than Krispy Kreme and Dunkin. Hot food is great too, nice new place. Great sandwich which are popular. Good parking not far from Home Depot. Very busy so we come before or after lunch rush.
It was fantastic! The selection was overwhelming and the quality of product and service was phenomenal! Highly recommend the Mofongo and also, guava and cheese pastries! But honestly, anything I've gotten from here has been delicious! Keep up the great work! Will definitely be returning! ????
Someone from work brought tasty treats in and shared. Everything on that plate in the photo. Scrumptious. I haven?t been to the bakery myself but i heard good things. Based on the euphoric experience my taste buds went through, i?ll be visiting.
This is our second time at the FL Bakery. WE LOVE IT!!! The sandwiches are delicious, the food is amazing, and the pastries and desserts are to die for. We'll make sure to be in the area more often just so that we can stop by.
This place is amazing! Fresh tasty food, well seasoned, not salty. Lively ambience.
If you're looking for an authentic taste of Puerto Rico, FL Bakery is the place to go. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warm hospitality that makes you feel like family. The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help with recommendations or just to chat about the delicious food they serve. Every bite of their food transports me straight to the island. The flavors are rich, traditional, and made with love?just like abuela used to make. Whether it's their perfectly seasoned pernil
Place is perfectly clean, awesome customer service, great food, exceptional puertorrican taste! Love it!
Very disappointed with an experience at this bakery. Very unprofessional staff. When a racist incident toward someone I know was addressed by the manager, the employee involved laughed it off, which was unprofessional and dismissive. Discrimination is serious and should be treated that way.
Best Cuban in Kissimmee and great Breakfast sandwich too. Only 3 stars for atmosphere due to it can be extremely loud inside.
Delicious flavors and many options to enjoy with friends and family.
This place was AMAZING! Their food was spectacular! Their pastries as well! Their staff was very kind and generous. Truly appreciated this experience! 100% recomendado!
I tried their sandwich. Salami, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and American cheese. It was ok. I couldn?t finish the entire sandwich. There was something about the sandwich that wasn?t agreeing with me. The bake goods are very good. Their loaf of bread is very sweet though.
Sandwiches are delicious! Ordered the ham egg and cheese sandwich, so good. Maizena dna avena were delicious as well. Very busy but they have lots of employees so it goes by quick. Employees are not friendly but they are very busy. The buffet has a great selection. Great location, easy to find
Food is fantastic, customer service is good in the bakery was phenomenal. Would highly recommend visiting gem.
Very good food. We visited FL Bakery for lunch and had churrasco steak, white rice and red beans, yucca, chicken cordon blue, pork ribs and pull pork, everything was excellent and good service too.
Good food fast! Sandwiches are freshly made and pressed. The space is way too crowded with tables & chairs. The customer service could be improved. They are also too busy to keep clean all the time & people were being unnecessarily messy when I was there.
Horrible service they do not know order . For two coffees and toasted bread which they gave my order to someone else if I did not go up and question I would have had no response. Waited 45 mins for this little order! Horrible
So today I was out with my fianc?. We were doing some shopping and decided to stop somewhere for a bite to eat. We always drive by Florida Bakery and know it's always bust. So we stopped today and I am so glad we did. From the moment you enter s an experience a great one at that. The music the food was crazy delicious. ?? We will definitely be back. Considering it was our first time eating there. Of you haven't eaten at Florida Bakery well your missing out. Great place to eat!! Oh and for all the food we
