I went in the afternoon it was pretty busy that day but the Customer service was great. Yesenia the lady at the register was great loved her. She?s super sweet and vibrant and Really gave me a run for my money. Everything was amazing and she also spoke English which is great because my Spanish is not good hahahaa

I stopped by FL Bakery and Restaurant and had the pastrami sandwich; absolutely delicious! The bread was fresh, the pastrami was flavorful, and everything was well put together. I paired it with a juice, which made for a satisfying lunch. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. There was plenty of seating available, though I visited during non-peak hours. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu!

Absolutely delicious! It's bright and clean. A bit of a language barrier if you speak English and very noisy like a cafeteria. We had to wait awhile for our sandwiches to be made, but they were absolutely incredible. The steak sandwich came with all the fixings. The meat was crazy tender and the bread was thin and baked super fresh. Many customers were just buying huge rolls of bread bagged up to-go. The desserts blew me away. I used to love FL Bakery and then the hype began. Prices have definitely gouged up and service is not what it used to be. You feel like you're walking into a factory with robots. Today I decided to order a food delivery only to get beans sitting in water and raw pork chunks. What a shame!

My niece took me here for lunch. I'm from Washington State and have never experienced Puerta Rican food before. Oh my gosh....just about the best pulled pork sandwich I have ever had!!! I'm sad to go back home because we don't have anything like it. Prices were great too.

It's good but I think the flavors are pretty strong as far as the spice goes. When I get desserts, I prefer sweetness and the chocolate cake definitely had that but the tiramisu had so much cocoa powder, I was coughing and the vanilla cake was pretty dry. Pricing is really good here though!

Went there for a quick takeout my plate was delicious but for My Husband?s plate, it was not great. The pulled pork was spoiled. You can smell it. I think if he would?ve ate it, he would?ve gotten sick. but the guava pastries were absolutely delicious.

I came here before and had a cuban sandwich a few months ago. I came back again today and had yellow rice, pernil and maduros. My sister and I also shared escabeche. This little gold mine is amazing because when you are done eating, you walk a few feet and they also have a bakery with every type of Rican dessert you can think of. Came here on TWO separate occasions and both times we had a delicious experience! The service is friendly and the line is usually a bit of a wait. However, the food makes it worth every single time! Delicious, flavorful, authentic and pleasing to the eye. The hot food, deserts and sandwiches are so aesthetically pleasing that it makes eating here so much more enjoyable!

The food was delicious at FL Bakery. There is a lot of prepared foods to choose from. These are mostly Puerto Rican foods. They also make very good sandwiches. They must have 40-50 freshly made deserts to offer. All of the ones that I have tried have been really good. If you have guests coming to your house this would be the best place to pick up some pastries or other deserts to impress your guests. I highly recommend FL Bakery.

I went to Florida Bakery in Kissimmee on Friday 6 of June 2025 to buy a cake because its one of our favorite from there and for my surprise the cake that I bought was tasting old , the flour that they use was hard and the flavor of the cake was like a cake that is been sitting on the fridge for a while . The bakery offers a very authentic taste, quite similar to Puerto Rico?especially in their sandwiches and pastries. However, the service was lacking. I didn?t feel the warmth or friendliness that usually defines Puerto Rican hospitality. It?s a shame, because the food is great, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

Food is good, place is clean, if anything the place is crowded with chairs and tables which make it hard to navigate if you want to sit down. No complaints otherwise. Place was loud & crowded. I ordered a Cuban sandwich it was bad. No cheese, mustard, pickles(which is a staple of a Cuban) the little piece of ham they put was burned and the pork was salty and over seasoned. I have been going to this place for over a year. We are never disappointed. Love all of their meals, but my favorite has become the Almendra Cake. So delicious and moist. Food didn't taste the same. Beans had no flavor. One small scoop of beans over a huge pile of rice. Beans were cold because the server scooped off the top instead of stirring the heat from the bottom of the pot. I make more flavorful beans at home. The cheese pastry tasted disgusting, I threw it out. Was kept waiting at the register to pay so we could leave. Floor and tables were dirty. We would come here from Oviedo. We won't be back.

Very disappointed with an experience at this bakery. Very unprofessional staff. When a racist incident toward someone I know was addressed by the manager, the employee involved laughed it off, which was unprofessional and dismissive. Discrimination is serious and should be treated that way.
