These are really great donuts & treats!!! But I?m just wondering if the baker has been asleep lately or maybe new. Twice now the donuts have been over cooked with a burnt taste. We?ve been so many times & they are typically wonderful.

If you are in the mood for amazing donuts, this is the place to go. Service is great. Every Five-O location looks different, so go to each one. But the donuts themselves are still the same AMAZING and Delicious ??

Very large selection of gourmet donuts. We tried a chocolate cake, a maple iced vanilla filled long john, a powdered jelly, and the glazed croissant. The glazed croissant was our favorite. I will definitely be back to try a few others.

Pleasant local donut shop with a police theme. The apple fritters were well done, not too sweet and lots of large chunks of apple in them. Their vanilla glazed croissant was very nice, with the texture of the flaky croissant pressed and glazed. Decent coffee. Lots of other sweet sugary things to choose from.

Decided to stop at this donut shop we heard about. Picked up a Boston Cream and a Cinnamon Roll. The wife said the Cinnamon Roll was just a Cinnamon Roll. The Boston Cream was OMG! Look at all the filling. Could barely bite it because it was so big. Don't expect great service. The two workers never said hi, can I help you or thank you. The only thing they said to us was the amount we owed when checking out.

I visited the location with a family member and there were fly's around the donuts and on one of them. I ordered a coffee and the guy making it sneezed without covering up and let's just say I didn't drink my coffee. I won't be back there for repeat service. -Update, Yes there was a male working on the morning of 4/19. Check the tapes...

I had a coupon for $20 of donuts for $10. So I got six well decorated donuts. If I did a blind taste test I wouldn?t have known I was eating donuts. The dough was so dense that it didn?t allow the cooking fat to penetrate. So it was just like eating plain bread. I prefer 13 glazed donuts from Walmart.

The fact that I can get gluten free donuts at a donut shop is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Customer service was absolutely top notch! This is our new favorite location!!

This place is great. Super happy that I don?t have to drive to Sarasota anymore to just buy Five- O donuts. My maple bacon was simply good. Their employees are friendly and very happy doing their job. Johny was very helpful and knows what he is doing.

I was on my way to work and saw this place I decided to give it a try??Big Mistake! I ordered a simple chocolate glazed donut; it was $3; it was absolute CRAP stale and tasted funny!!!!! Better off at Dunkin!!!

Service and atmosphere were good. However, donut shops are supposed to have good donuts, and this one did not. The actual consistency and flavor of the donut was below that of a Walmart donut and the biggest issue is that the toppings on the donut such as whip cream and marshmallow tasted like blue cheese/metal. May have caused my mother?s stomach issues the day after??.

Pre-manufactured donuts shipped in every morning. Usually dry and not very good. When they opened last year they had overwhelmingly bad reviews before buying 5 star reviews to flood the google page overnight. If you want better donuts you would literally be better off buying from Circle K.

Nice selection of donuts that are absolutely delicious! These are not just ordinary donuts, but small works of art! The coffee is awesome too! There are a few tables inside so that you can enjoy your treat there or take some home.

I had a black iced coffee and a large chocolate doughnut. I enjoyed the size and taste of it all. A lot of chains have small and stale doughnuts anyway so coming here instead was a plus. The two boys working that morning were good workers too customer service wise. I will return again when I'm in the area.

Went in around 10am & got some big A$$ donuts for under 20 dollars!!! The young man who helped us was friendly and it was really nice inside! I really enjoyed the donut display. Everything tasted fresh and delicious! Thanks guys :)

My daughter went early this morning. Teenager alone in shop was really clueless. She didn?t know where the creamer for coffee was. She gave her some almond milk in a cup. My daughter bought gluten free donuts and felt sick after eating them. She called the shop to ask what kind of flour was used but teen was clueless. It?s ok to hire young people but they shouldn?t be left alone in the shop.

5-0 DONUTS is an original and delicious take of donuts. I've never seen donuts like what iv seen in this place. Now I'm a little more simple with my donuts. A simple boston creme is what I look for, but if you love big donuts with big flavors. This is the place to go.

For the cost of these donuts, you would think they would taste amazing. Well, not so. I have had better tasting donuts from(cringe) Dunkin. Definitely will not be coming back here Owner just responded to my review and totally missed my point. Dunkin is NOT my benchmark. This store is a great addition to the area. I appreciate how easy it is to order on the Kiosk/iPad instead of having to stand in a line. Love the Butterfinger, Oreo, and Long John donuts. Donuts are fresh, delicious and large. Various flavors make it really hard to choose so just get them all!

I have eaten at the Five-O donut shop in Sarasota, and that place had amazing donuts. However, the Five-O donut shop in Ellington had the absolute worst donuts I have ever eaten. I spent $ 22 dollars there for chewy, dense and hard. I will not ever revisit that location in Ellington again. If I do choose to eat at Five-O donuts again, I will take the long ride back to Sarasota, where I at least know the donuts are good and fresh.

The best thing about this place is the location. Everything else.. not so good. We have been here on three separate occasions (the first was around 4 pm, the second was at 12 pm, and the third was at 8 am) and each time, every single donut we ordered was dry, hard, and stale. We ordered different donuts each time too: numerous cake donuts, numerous yeast donuts, a blue frosted Cookie Monster donut, maple glazed, a giant coconut one... The selection at the time we went was okay. I tried a cronut for the first time. It was alright but it seemed like the layers all sorta just mushed together? Maybe cronuts are like that. Best donuts I have ever had even better than voodoo donuts in universal studios. Riley has amazing customer service skills and coming from a store manager in retail. It?s not easy to come across. I would say try the Ferrero Rocher doughnut. It is 10 out of 10.

I came in to buy donuts today. I was in line and needed to ask a question. None of the employees seemed to want to talk to customers today, instead they seemed huddled and talking amongst themselves. I and other customers left without placing any orders. I?ve been there many times. This was the first time I had this experience.

First off, hats off to the young man working there today, was there around 10:15, only person working, a young kid who was doing the job of at least 3 ppl, he looked visibly distressed and overwhelmed but was still getting the job done. Took about an hour to get our donuts.... the kiosk is a joke, not all donuts listed, but u have to use it.... doesn't make sense, and I ended up leaving without everything I wanted, a willing paying customer ??, frustrating, and give that kid a raise worth 3 ppl or hire mor

First time ever trying this place, right as I walked in I was greeted. Riley answered all my questions and gave recommendations. I left with a dozen donuts for my coworkers that were enjoyed immensely. I will definitely be returning!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location and they fact that the layout makes it so their staff doesn?t have to talk to the customer. Nothing like our experiences at the other Five-O location unfortunately. Bummed because we were beyond excited to not have to travel so far for our kiddos GF donuts.

If you like actual doughnuts this is a great place to stop. Some of these other reviews sound petty. Great staff and arrestingly good donuts.

Stupid way to order. Only two kiosk with families who can?t decide or folks not familiar with the computer holding up everyone. The guy at counter just stood there when he could?ve waited on 1-2 others. Watched customers leave rather than wait so long. Come on owners, get more kiosks or do both but your process is terrible.

I came in and got a dozen the donuts were so good and Francesca was a great help and helped me understand the kiosks I definitely recommend coming the staff is kind and the donuts are delicious!!!!
