Great experience here. Donuts not only look awesome but did not disappoint in taste either. They were delicious. Creative flavors, but they also have classics. The woman that helped us was so sweet and helpful. Will be back!!

This is a good donut place for sure. I really don't think the staff is very friendly and sometime they just seem indifferent. First the good stuff. I love their simple donuts, especially the lemon and cinnamon sugar ones. The croissant donut is also amazing. I am not really into all the fancies, there is just too much going on. One thing I think they can improve is the appearance of the donuts. They just look like a lot of sh*ts been dropped on them for effect. Not bakers craftsmanship, just layers of stuff

Everything looked so good but I have a gluten allergy and these were AMAZING. They had some on the same sheet as others for those that don't completely need to be separate but then they also have them complete separate from all the rest and did i mention they were AMAZING. Traveling from out of state, stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon after visiting my mom at the hospital. Was hoping to get some donuts to brighten up my family's day. The young girl helping us was not friendly at all. Never greeted us or said thank you or have a nice day. There weren't any prices listed either that I saw for the donuts. After years of watching a youtuber eat these, I finally was able to try. We got a dozen but were seemed to be charged more than the website price of a dozen fancies. Some of the donuts were massive while others super small. The boston cr?me, and coconut creme were filled generously and tasted exactly as they should. Second time coming to this location and each time the staff has been very friendly and helpful explaining the selection. The banana filled peanut butter topped donut was my favorite of this bunch with the cronut in a close #2. Can't wait to come back next time and try out the cookie butter cheesecake donut.

Most of the fancy donuts are simply done by decorating a grocery store style glazed donuts with grocery store icing and toppings. 3 of the donuts that I have there are fancy donuts a glaze donuts decorated. The cookie monster, cannoli, butterfinger. The peanut butter and jelly was a filled donut. The cake donuts are as expected ?? No i would not suggest the fancy line.

Everyone here is so friendly! They have a bunch of "fancy" donuts that I've had before. Those are a little rich for me, but they are delicious. I asked if they had any plain glazed left, and they had just pulled out a rack of cake glazed and offered for me to try a piece. So tasty! I ate it too quickly to take a picture. I?ve had a bad experience with this donut shop two times in a row back to back in two weeks. The first time I placed an $50+ all vegan order (which we are very grateful they even offer) and made sure to make that extremely clear in the instructions so there would be no chance of a mixup. I think this place is awesome, the staff is friendly, the donuts are fire, they?re always coming up with cool new donuts. If I had any negative feedback it would be the coffee drinks here are kinda bad. The espresso they use taste like water and just I think with the right espresso that has so more robust flavor and more variety of flavors for the coffees would make this place perfect.

Picked up a batch of donuts for my office this morning. They were great. The store is nice and bright. It is interesting to be able to see directly into the kitchen and watch the decorating process as it happens. The young lady at the counter was friendly and very helpful. Just moved here and was really missing the donut place down the street from me so i decided to give this place a shot. I got half a dozen for an exorbitant amount of money. I arrived around 12 pm. With it being closer to closing time, I expected there to be no "simple" donut options left. Luckily, I was able to snag a few glazed and one glazed with sprinkles, all for a friend's birthday. The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite. The cashier was patient as I asked question after question and thankfully, no one was behind me waiting. I will definitely try this place for myself next time.

I've had such poor customer service that past 4 times at this location. I give up. Waited for 20 minutes to order, had a man cut in front of me to get a refill. It was early about 8 am, none of the special donuts. I just ordered 1 donut. The girl tells me they have no change. At 8am, they just opened. I said if you like i'll just take another donut or a mini. She the started to count pennies for my change. Every time it's something. I wont be back.

The BEST donuts I've ever had in my life! You hear people say that grocery store donuts are better they're lying. These are cooked fresh made by hand, you can literally see into the kitchen from the window in the afternoon how they make the dough and fry the donuts. It's actually really fun to watch. Nothing is frozen at all. Dunkin' got nothing on these guys when it comes to donuts and Starbucks WISH their coffee was as good as 5-0. Don't listen to the haters, come try for yourself.

Went for the first time today after hearing a coworker rave about this place. I'm the type of person who does not go crazy for sweet / desserts yet this place made me a believer, if only for a day. The staff on site was very helpful and gives great recommendations while also being accommodating and efficient (rare to find these days). Walked out without purchasing anything. The LED menus were scrolling so fast you couldn't figure out what you wanted. The man in front of us was complaining about his wife purchasing a dozen donuts for $35. They consider a jelly donut as a fancy (higher priced) donut. They have amazing donuts. Two of the ones I tried had cinnamon toast crunch cereal and cream cheese frosting on top and the other had crushed butterfinger candy bar. They are big donuts and heavy. Very unique toppings and they have traditional glazed as well. Definitely give these a try.

I am a person who likes sweets, but I am afraid that these donuts were too sweet. I bought 3, one cake donut which my sister said was good. No frosting. The second was for me. I called the shop and the woman told me the donuts that she had available. I shared that I was driving over and would be there in 20 minutes. They are scheduled to close at 2 PM. I drove 20 minutes to pick up donuts for the family and they are closed. The time was 1:48 PM. Waste of my time.
