Many highly touted donut shops have been disappointing me lately. Their instagrammable donuts are works of art, but turn out to be excessively doughy, dry, and devoid of enough filling. But I?m happy to say that FIVE DAUGHTERS breaks this trend! Their donuts are delicious! Hands down my favorite doughnuts in Atlanta! Some flavors do rotate and I?ve never had a bad one. Blueberry lemon as well as the classic 100 layer vanilla glaze are two of my favorites, but you can?t go wrong with any. I bought some of the mini donuts which were adorable to look at. I had the Oreo flavored donut and the filling was really good. They were a little on the dry side but it might have been the time of day I bought them? If you like a more light, flakier donut, than this donut shop is a must try.

Cronuts from Five Daughters Bakery are one of the most delicious pastries ever - combining the best parts of a donut and a croissant. The girl at the counter was super cheerful and helpful and the location is in a trendy area where you can walk and shop and eat. It is just a small shop so there is no indoor seating but there a few shaded outdoor tables in the breezeway where the shop is located.

So it?s great. The texture of the pastry is delightful and it tastes reaaaally good. But the toppings are too fatty, and there?s too much. I would love to just have endless plain cinnamon sugar donuts from here with a tall glass of whole milk.

Went here with my friends from Georgia Tech, they have one of the best doughnuts you can find around the area. My favourite one is the blueberry lavender flavour, it has an amazing blueberry jam filling inside it and it?s just perfect combination of sweetness and slight acidity.

I?ve tried 6 pieces and all of them blew me away, because of the flavor balance. I mean, none of them were too sweet, or too bland. I placed an order for one paleo and one quinnamon through Uber eats. Instead of taking 30 seconds to call me and let me know that they would only be sending half of my order, they sent a partial order to my door with a handwritten note on the receipt stating that I had been ?refunded?. Of course I had not been refunded and I had to go through Uber eats to get a refund for the missing item. MIND YOU Uber eats gives merchants the ability to mark items as out of stock on the app. Unbelievably ghetto.

Hands-down, one of the best donut shops in Atlanta. I tried the ponce location a few days ago and now this location consistency is there. This was a cinnamon roll orange glaze piece of heaven.

Today's visit was a lot less magical than the last. Great service and great product really go hand in hand for me. The doughnuts were good, although purchased reluctantly. I went here for the vegan donuts, and I was thoroughly impressed. They were the best I've ever had. Donuts tasted decent, but over $6 for a donut is overpriced. Also the lady who gave me the parking validation placed the sticker right over my original ticket barcode so it could not be verified when I was at the parking exit ticket machine! When passing through the location at the Factory in Franklin, TN, I was excited to learn about locations in Atlanta. This hidden gem is tucked away around Westside Provisions where the juice shop used to be.

The donuts are flaky like Cronuts (croissant-donuts) and the flavors I got where all phenomenal: vanilla cream, blueberry lavender, cinnamon crunch, and maple. Not sure why Five Daughters doesn?t have *at least* 4.5 stars. I?m convinced it?s the best donut shop in Atlanta. A lot of people comment on not liking the heavy frosting/sweetness but personally frosting will make or break a donut for me, and theirs makes the donut 10x better. To me the frosting:donut ratio is immaculate, but if it?s too much for you maybe just try scraping some off!

First time here, tried raspberry, blueberry lemon, and salted carmel donuts, as well as a quinnamon. The quinnamon was good but the donuts were fabulous, all 3 of them, even considering I wouldn't have chosen all those flavors for myself. Stopped by here for the first time yesterday after following on Instagram for a while and seeing them on the news for National Donut Day. The place is nice enough with easy parking on a week day. One of my cronuts was good. It was light and flaky and buttery. The other seemed like it had been overproofed or maybe the oil temperature was too low. It was heavy and oily all the way through. There was no crispness to the pastry and the pastry cream seemed a bit off texture wise. A bit disappointing for the price if you are going to charge over 4 dollars for a doughnut each one should be perfect.

This place does not make fresh donuts they a shipped in from Nashville each day they a cold. I got up early on Sunday waited for them to open and was disappointed the taste was not greasy taste stuck to the top of my mouth. I got home a put them I the microwave and they taste better.

I am so addicted. Whenever I am on that side of the town, it is a must get. I love their monthly changing recipes because every time I go, I get to try something new. They are flakey and tasty. It is my donut recommendation for people looking for donuts.
