Visiting from out of town and this place was our go-to 3 days in a row ! Delicious coffees and fresh baked bagels and more! Cant wait to come back whenever my travels take me to the area again!
Ugh, our hunt for great coffee continues. My caramel coffee was subpar. The espresso was weak and the caramel wasn't mixed in properly so I couldn't taste it until the very end. The Mexican Mocha was not drinkable. A proper Mexican Mocha should be a latte with chocolate sauce mixed in and cinnamon. If you want to stray from that, fine but you should really add a description then because this was steamed chocolate milk, no chocolate sauce or cinnamon and a ton of cayenne sprinkled on top, making it so unplea
Had such a good experience here! It was busy, but the line moved quick. It?s bigger than I expected. My husband and I got a latte, breakfast sandwiches (cheese, egg, and bacon) and a rosemary sea salt bagel with butter. Just delicious. Staff is kind and took our coffee orders a little further back in line. Very efficient. Thankful I live in Willoughby so I can come back.
Fiona's Coffee Shop in downtown Willoughby, Ohio is a true gem! Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, especially the egg and cheddar cheese on a rosemary bagel. Each bite is a perfect blend of flavors that left me craving more. And their coffee? Absolutely rich and flavorful, the perfect complement to the sandwich. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great breakfast and an amazing cup of coffee!
I've been here all day for work, and I'm really happy! The building itself is great and spacious, the food is good (love the BLT), but the real selling point is the staff. People have been coming in and out all day, and the staff has been so consistently welcoming and kind - almost family-like (referring to regulars by name, making sure everyone likes their food/drinks, etc.). Just super attentive and also productive - if there's downtime, they're always running around to do another task instead of resting.
This place is lit . I liked the hot chocolate, okay ! But the atmosphere was very vibrant and full of life ! U can come here and work as well !
This place is a gem. In a world of Starbucks, Fiona?s stands out, as one of the last authentic coffee shops. Family owned, family run, with amazing coffee and an always buzzing atmosphere. It?s a great place to work, or just grab a coffee to go. Don?t go to DTW without visiting Fiona?s
Nice place, surprinsingly ok cappuccino (this comes from an european) :). Also, the rosemary and salt bagel with salmon and cream cheese is good. The best part is the lovely staff!!
The coffee and the service here is amazing! Not to mention the bagels ?? I forgot I wanted to review Fiona?s the last time I was there (3 days ago haha) and remembered about half way through my breakfast. Today I tried a muffin which did not disappoint. Everything I?ve tried here has been delicious. I ordered Amie?s raspberry white mocha, again, because it?s just that good. 12/10 recommend
Very nice local coffee and bakery shop. They have a good selection of lunch sandwiches under $10. Their mini-donuts at $1 each are always a good treat.
Cozy atmosphere, great drink menu, and limited food options during certain hours. Love the ambiance here at Fiona's and will definitely be back! My peppermint tea was delicious. Easy street parking but also a free lot across the street!
What a delightful, charming gem of a place! Beautiful reuse of a former hardware store. Features Cleveland/NE Ohio partners (??Rising Star coffee, ??Mitchell?s ice cream, ?? Great Harvest Bread Co bagels, ??Inca Tea) as well as their own mini doughnuts in all sorts of tempting flavors. Perfectly priced and portioned to go with a cup of coffee. Relaxing atmosphere, great for a catch up with a friend or a wind down after a long day. An upstairs space is available for larger gatherings. Absolute perfect cappe
We had just set up our campsite in Todd Field after riding >50 miles from Jefferson and made a plan about getting a shower. We climbed the stairs to ground level near City Hall, where the shower truck was located, the lines were so long that they extended almost back down to the field. Our plan was to wear our bike gear and relax downtown and return for a shower much later. That worked beautifully and started with a delicious cup of Cuban Latte and a sweet at Fiona's Coffee Bar & Bakery. The service was imp
I went here the other day to escape the cold with a friend. They were out of bagels so I ordered the avocado toast. I?ve ordered Avocado toast in a lot of different states / countries and I?ve never been this disappointed. There was literally nothing on the dry toast besides the avocado. No salt. No pepper. Nothing. To say they lack creativity is an understatement. You have the freedom to serve this toast any way you like and you choose nothing. The atmosphere in this coffee shop is pleasant and the coffee
I love supporting local businesses in my city. They make it so easy @ Fionas. The historic charm, great local brews, interesting seasonal drinks like the lavender latte and fresh baked donuts and pastries make it hard not to love them. Check out this spot, you won?t be disappointed.
My sister brought me a chicken salad wrap chips and banana cake today...wow was that awesome....Great food...??
I had the seasonal tiramisu latte with a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a rosemary bagel. The sandwich we heaven. The latte wasn't as strong as I'd have liked but the sandwich made up for it. Cute Cafe. Followed COVID regulations. Staff was really kind and friendly. Baked goods are home made and they pair with local companies for their offerings. Would recommend.
Went here with my Dad for the first time today. They were pretty busy but the line moved quickly. I ordered a coffee and an energy bar. Both were very delicious. Was very happy that when I ordered and told them I have a dairy allergy that they took it very seriously and washed out the pitcher before they made my drink. Place was quite cozy. It was nice to look out the window and sip my hot drink on a cold day. Will definitely be back :)
I love coming here! They have the best bagels in town! Amazing breakfast sandwiches and lattes!
Fiona's is a whole experience from the first step into building the first sip. This has to be my favorite coffee shop.
Simply the best homemade breakfast begal sandwich I have ever had! Been all over the country eating begals and sandwiches from diners and restaurants and was blown away by this place! Very friendly staff too. If I could give them a better rating I would :) might have to make trips out here just for these begals in the future!
Outstanding! Great gluten-free bread and a wonderful egg + avacado + spinach sandwich and Inca teas (I especially enjoyed the peach white tea). A nice atmosphere and plenty of 3.6A USB / outlet charging stations. And VPN friendly! Enjoy!
The better of the Willoughby coffee shops, very friendly staff, decent espresso, plenty of seating.
Great spot to grab coffee and pastries! They had a great selection. We ordered lavender latte and an orange cranberry muffin. Both were great and the staff was friendly.
Have to get here Early for their Fantastic mini donuts ! Or you can order ahead of time. Happy to have grabbed 1 & a delish Mocha. I'll be back SOON !!
Serving the best mini donuts in all of #CLE Open everyday! The service is awesome! The food is great! Salads, sandwiches, soups, ice cream, Mochas, and so much more! Family owned! The view is the best in the city for people watching! And the best is #AuntJudyBakedGoods yummmmmm!
Good bagel with a blistered crust and chewy crumb, a bit on the wetter side, slightly crispy from light toasting. The everything bagel was a tad oversalted but I?m happy with it.
Good experience, great prices! Def recommend trying the donuts as well.
By far our favorite breakfast spot! The mini donuts are delicious and the bagels are perfection. The staff are quick and always smiling, even when the line is out the door during downtown events. We love it here.
Cozy, quaint atmosphere. Great food! Get the Turkey BLTM on their everything bagel its outstanding.
A nice atmosphere with cute window seats. I haven?t tried their food but I know the owner also owns the ice cream place across the street, I believe it?s mickeys? They?re also great over there!
Great place for the famous Mitchell's ice cream and Rising Star coffee. They also make their own donuts and sandwiches. Quaint old fashioned layout, friendly staff and fashionable prices.
Seen this place on social media and decided to go before work. Asiago bagel was delicious with my cappuccino.
Went here after fishing the Chagrin river for steelhead. I did not catch fish, but I did get a tasty bagel with cream cheese. It reminded me of NYC bagels. Highly recommend ??
The people working were quick and kind and I enjoyed it very much.
Nice coffee shop. I usually get a Matcha latte which is always good and fairly priced. It is a challenging coffee shop to sit and read a book in with the loud pop music playing, and the occasional ad from not paying for their streaming service. Aside from the music, I?d like if the lighting was a little warmer. But overall it?s an enjoyable place to be and makes nice use of a historic structure in downtown Willoughby.
First of all this coffee shop actually has Bulletproof Coffee! The pastries are crazy good and the people are super friendly. This is a gem in this little city!
I really enjoyed my coffee and bacon egg and cheese bagel.
No where to sit, told to sit outside. I go outside and have hornets flying around me. Cant do egg whites, must be using fake eggs then Lack of coffee options. I asked whats the closest they have to a frappe and they said they don?t have ?blended? coffees. Asked about the apple turkey cheddar sandwich. I asked what it is and the employee looked at me like Im dumb. And said its apple turkey cheddar. I said yeah I know Im asking what is it apple slices? These young people lack customer service skills. Whats
One of the best breakfast sandwiches in the whole downtown Willoughby. Their also serve ice cream, cool coffees, and special teas. Place can get a little crowded, but otherwise perfect place to hang at especially on a rainy day.
Great little coffee shop, fantastic atmosphere, great people and they had a little band playing fantastic and appropriate music.
Fiona's is vibrant and has always welcomed me with a clean environment and friendly staff. The lattes and baked goods are really yummy and it is a great place to work remotely for an afternoon.
I stopped here coming from out of town because I like patronizing local coffee shops and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the coffee was good. I ended picking up a variety pack of mini donuts for my coworkers and they wee good. I would recommend trying this place.
Great spot to meet up with friends or do work. Got a lotta different spaces to sit. Coffee is decent for a cafe, espresso is good, and the sandwich I had was fantastic. Fresh cooked egg, very soft bagel.
There are always kids screaming running around which makes it a loud environment to try and study. They never have enough bagels in the morning which is very disappointing. I waited in line for 20 minutes and the person in front of me got the last Everything bagel. I ended up getting a plain bagel and it was not even toasted! It was chewy and soft and not crispy like you?d expect a bagel to taste. I used to love coming here but it?s not getting any better despite my attempts to come back.
Food and drinks were great! Best London Fog I have ever had. They did get my sandwich order wrong but fixed it with no fuss. Also surprised how early they sell out of bagels (completely out of all by noon).
?Best Ohio Bagel? My mom and I went this morning for a couple of lattes (which were also great) but we can?t stop talking about how good the home made bagels were. It?s so hard to find a good bagel in the Cleveland are, and these are now at the top of our list!
Best Cousy we service ever even when they are busy busy But nothings better then a nice wrap from here
I asked the counter person if they had any organic or shade-grown coffee. She directed me to some bags of the coffee they use ( I've forgotten the brand) but the bags indicated neither. I asked if they had organic cream. They did not. She offered nut milks, and possibly oat milk, but none of those were organic. This coffee shop offers a very good variety of coffee options. They should at least carry one organic or shade-grown option, and some organic cream. I'd have been willing to pay a little more.
They used to have a bigger variety of desserts, but I haven't been to this place for years, so I guess things change. It's just that I was in the area and thought, "Hey, they have those nice cheesecakes," but I went to the store, and yeah, it was such a bummer that they don't have them anymore.
Loved the vibes, and the creativity with their seasonal drinks!
Wonderful spot in historic downtown Willoughby! We really enjoyed it! Reminds us of Luke?s from Gilmore Girls- perfect cozy cafe!
Staff is super friendly and bagels and coffee are equally as good
When it comes to ordering specialty drinks from a place like this for the prices asked, consistency is key. Was here yesterday and ordered an iced mocha beverage which tasted great was made the way it should, Back here this morning ordering the same exact thing and they taste completely different. I thought maybe saying something they would maybe be able to correct it but instead insisted the drink was made correctly. My taste Bud sure disagree
Went to Fiona's for a surprise 60th birthday party. We used the area upstairs from the coffee bar and bakery. It was catered. It's a charming place both downstairs and up.
This is a great place. The food is good. The tea and coffee are excellent. The donuts are a must have. You can't beat the Mitchell's Ice cream. We haven't been to Arabica since Fiona's opened. We have talked with some of the workers and owners and they are all very nice. This is a great place for kids as well as a nice place to spend time with your significant other. The only complaints I've heard is the wait time can be a little long for food and donuts. But that's generally been when they are busy. So tha
The best local coffee shop on the east side. Amazing homemade treats including mini donuts & Michelle?s Ice-cream. Friendly staff that treats you like family from your first visit. Great seasonal coffee specials & don?t forget to try homemade bagels + chicken salad sandwich.
Love this place! Staff are so kind.
I absolutely love fiona's! The donuts and bagels are so good! They have seasonal special menus and had the best lavender lemonade during the spring, i think it was! My fall go to there now is the pumpkin spiced white hot chocolate! My sister's is the fresh baked cinamon bun latte, iced! The staff there are also so nice and social! I've never had a bad experience with anyone or anything there
Incredible people, incredible service, incredible pistachio latte, incredible everything bagel. Special shout out to the amazing ladies who work weekday mornings!
I love going to Fiona's for coffee and a baked good. The staff is friendly and happily answers my many questions about flavors and ingredients. It has a cozy atmosphere as well. There are two reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars. First, I wish there were more outlets. It is a great place to get work done, but if there are no outlets available, I cannot stay long. Second, the seating is not the most comfortable. Since it is a popular place, most of the good seats are taken and I end up sitting on stools with
Went here for breakfast this morning. Absolutely delicious rosemary bagel with berry cream cheese! I also had the cayenne lemonade which was also very tasty and had a nice kick to it. This place is also very popular with their doughnuts. Highly recommended!!
Great local spot a Hot new Favorite for sure. Everyone is friendly and the doughnuts are cute and delicious. Bagels are fresh everyday and the breakfast sandwich on them fills you up. If your in Willoughby make sure to go here.
Stopped in for an espresso and a bagel. Super friendly staff, nice interior, and great food and coffee. The rosemary sea salt bagel was delicious!
The white peony tea was really nice - brewed to perfection with no hint of bitterness at all. The drip coffee was decent - not the best coffee ever but not bad at all. The food selection was nice.
Good food. Good coffee (Iced coffee could?ve used a tad more syrup. Then again I?m nitpicking?) but the staff is GREAT. I cannot eat poppyseeds and I ordered an Asiago bagel because it?s seedless. When toasted, some poppyseeds from an everything bagel got on mine. Megan took the time to remake everything on my bagel and did it in a way that the poppyseeds from other bagels didn?t come in contact with mine. I appreciate that type of customer service and would recommend Fiona?s to anyone. Thank you Megan!
Big selection of flavored coffee, and regular brew. Excellent bagels, and tiny . 75 donuts. Quite busy on a Sunday morning. Hot breakfast also prepared while you wait. I'll go back
A great location and arguably one of the must-visits for those visiting Willoughby. It's almost always busy here and deservedly so. They source their coffee and bagels locally, while making their award-winning mini donuts. I'm not a big fan of the fancy drinks - but the coffee is strong!
I really love their coffee and their cute little delicious donuts. I don't like feeling rushed and being told how to spend my money. I get it Saturdays are busy and they were running low on donuts, but if I have a preference take the time and listen 1st instead of just telling me that it'll be an assortment. No it'll be what I tell you that I'm willing to pay for . That's how the exchange works .
I liked the Arbica Coffeehouse that was in this location for years (now a few doors down), but I LOVE this place now. Atmospherically, it's almost identical (and lovely), but their offerings are so much better. They brew Rising Star coffee, which is my favorite roaster in Cleveland, and also carry Mitchell's ice cream, Cleveland Bagel Co., and have their own homemade donuts. It's a tribute to all things Cleveland, a rarity for Lake County. I love that they are keeping it local.
We love Fiona?s! One of our favorite breakfast stops in Willoughby, especially for grabbing something quick?bagel sandwiches, coffee, mini donuts (the only donuts my toddler doesn?t just lick the frosting off), and my absolute favorite cinnamon chip scones!?and walking to the park. They also have high chairs and a stroller accessible entrance.
Gross gross GROSS Absolutely horrible coffee and an insult to the surrounding area. NE Ohio has loads of incredible coffee, and this was easily the absolute worst coffee I?ve had anywhere in the country. The drip was somehow both weak and over extracted. So I decided to grab a cappuccino instead. I was greeted with some sloppy version of a latte that had a weird essence of fish. Food was stale.
What a tremendous atmosphere! This place is beyond COOL! Enjoy everything from your coffee favorites to cute little donuts! The upstairs is rustic and unique, great for get togethers, parties or events! If you have not checked this Willoughby favorite out, DO SO!
I absolutely love this place! I was only in a few times before they knew me by name. I once dropped my coffee on the way out. They were quick to clean it up and replace it free of charge.
We enjoyed our visit here. They have a lot of options including locally made ice cream and various coffee drinks. My caramel mac Chi a to was delicious. They have plenty of seating and were reasonably priced.
The coffee, mini doughnuts, and banana cake are fantastic! The owner and all of the employees are all so friendly and helpful! Definitely one of my favorite places to chill in downtown Willoughby!
This coffee house is always jumping, especially on the weekends. I grew up near downtown Willoughby, so it's great to frequent a familiar place that was once a hardware store when I was a kid. The charm for me ends there. I have not been all that impressed by the service there, and I think their mini doughnuts are WAY overpriced, but to be able to sit outside and enjoy some coffee and chatter in my quaint hometown is enjoyable and keeps the downtown area lively.
This place is in the old Arabica, and it is a fine replacement! (Arabica is still just two doors down). We got ice cream there one Saturday night and it was great. They have a few vegan flavors as well, which are made with coconut milk, so be warned: they are delicious! It was busy that night, so our food delivery time was a bit slow, but the server was still very nice and everyone loved working there and being part of something new.
To me, going to Fiona's is like Norm walking into Cheers --- like a second home! Always good food, coffee, bakery and the employees are terrific!
The kitchen closes at 2 pm. We were there at 6 pm. I was told I could get food next door and bring it back. Had hot chocolate and a muffin.
I'm not sure if we went at an off time but the $7.00 root beer float was half way full and the pop was flat, no spoon and the people working there were like zombies and id have to say they came off as rude. I won't be stopping there again. There is nothing about a root beer float that should be $7 but if you're charging that much it better be full and taste amazing starting with an unopened can or bottle of root beer that isn't flat. Very disappointed.
The best coffee place in Cleveland area at all... the owners are extremely accommodating and very attentive to the needs of the patrons and staff members alike, the coffee is bought from a local supplier and has a freshness that cannot be matched, and the staff is not only well trained and very knowledgeable about various coffees and teas but they are also extremely Pleasant with warm smiles and the entire location has a friendly atmosphere that welcomes you in. I highly recommend this place and make a poin
Best bakery and coffee shop in down town Willoughby. Everything is simply delicious, not to mention the staff is super awesome too. Never a long wait and everything is fresh and perfect. They also do Mitchell's ice cream!
I am breastfeeding a baby with a severe dairy intolerance, therefor I can?t have anything with dairy. I rarely eat out because of this but figured I would give Fiona?s a try because I?ve heard good things. I got a Turkey wrap and asked if their Mayo contained diary. The girl at the registered said yes so I told her I had an intolerance and cannot have Mayo on it and to please make sure there was no dairy. She said she would and I even told her again how important it was there was no dairy. I looked at the w
Small and quaint little place but packs a punch! Great sandwiches (I recommend the BLT with alvocado) and blue moon icecream is an amazing combo. My girlfriend always stops in here to get her seasonal coffee fix lol but absolutely loves it here as well
This is such a cute an unique cafe! I love the atmosphere and the products are all Cleveland based! Rising star coffee, Mitchells ice cream, and Cleveland bagel company all make an appearance. Strawberry lemonade was good too!
This place used to be good but now it is littered with rude employees and sub par food/coffee. Wouldn?t recommend.
Baristas were friendly. It was almost 5p when I walked in and there were still about a dozen people working, chatting etc. My latte was perfect
