Wow what a cool place with tons of shops and great food. The pretzel logs caught my eye, they stuff soft pretzels with meat and cheese. Really good!!!I also had to try the old bay pickles, because why not!? Thank you for the great food!

Fun market, closes at 4pm on Saturday and I got here about 45 minutes to close. I was able to accomplish a lot, I got some of my favorite candy and pretzels, shopped lots of produce and cheeses and dips, coffees, ground tea, a bunch of flour, saw seafood and deli meat, lots of affordable bites throughout I will return if I pass through the area! Very clean market!! Oh and when you're done make sure you stop for a drink at the brewery or the moonshine bar!

Great produce, meats, sweets, and more. Definitely check it out. Give yourself an hour or more to shop.

I just relocated from Texas and I recently visited Sizzling island Caribbean restaurant at the fairgrounds farmers market , and it was a delightful experience. The food looked nice and inviting. The ladies were attentive, polite, especially my attendant she was a gem. She suggested the most refreshing mango juice, and it was an absolute game-changer. The juice was perfectly balanced?sweet, tangy, and bursting with fresh flavor. It paired wonderfully with my meal, which was equally impressive. The dishes I o

Loved this place. The parking was free and open. There were plenty of vendors to choose from, local meat, cheese and produce, as well as home goods all reasonably priced. The donuts were absolutely delicious. Give it a try 10/10.

Any food you need, they have it. Got a bone-in ribeye, great cut, and very tender. Reverse seared on my pellet smoker.

The best farmers market around!!! My friends and I have been going here to eat and hangout for over 7+ years and we are still not sick of it! ?? We usually get pho from Vietnamese Delights and pretzels from the Amish pretzel stand. We also love Jambalaya Jays and the Caribbean stand as well. Pick any stand and you can?t go wrong!

Fantastic place for fruit and vegetables, meats and specialty foods. They also have numerous places to purchase different types of culture based food. Italian, Jamaican, PA Dutch, French Creole/Louisiana style, so many to choose from!! Seafood and Oola Bowls, fresh donuts, Fantastic soft pretzels, etc. Wine is available! Dutch Maid Bakery is phenomenal and a MUST TRY!

Everyone loves the Farmer's market. I just wish it was open more than Thurs-Sat. There is a great Cajun stand inside that has the best Jambalaya I've tasted outside of Louisiana.

Not crowded. Respectfully staff. Clean and good illumination. Prices are ok. The have always about the food that you need. The vegetable is really fresh.

Local fun! Get the freshest foods, some right from the garden. Tasty meats, fresh coffee, specialty foods (Italian, Polish) and a whole lot more. Suggest you give yourself plenty of time...you can shop and eat or eat and shop! Need Scrapple? They have that too! I recommend the fish store called Go Fish. They have incredible seafood to eat there or take home.

A bit crowded, but the variety of produce and products is great and of good quality! And some of their spots to eat are actually amazing! I like going there every once in a while to find new things to try out, specially their cheese selections!

I love this place, I bought some vegetables there, and the quality of the fruits and vegetables are so good, I bought spinach and carrots and it lasted more than 2 weeks in the fridge, they did not get rotten as the ones I buy normally at the supermarket.

Best place to get fresh cuts of meats, fish & poultry. Great produce stands. Great good and pastry stands. Your mouth will water from looking at the huge selections.

Just moved back to the area I can't believe how expensive all the stand got . The food stores are cheaper. Dutch M Bakery is still the same prices and still the best bakery in the area by far.

Has everything you need, and more. Check out their beers on Untappd. Find my reviews of what I had under Pub_Steve.

Bought a cherry pie today from a bakery in the middle of the market. Opened it at home - total mess. Mushy, overly sweet, and the cherries tasted off. Nothing felt fresh. $10 straight into the trash.

This is an old time Pennsylvania Farmers Market. You will find all the ingredients necessary to cook Pennsylvania Dutch cuisine. You'll also be able to meet members of the local community.

Lots of things to buy and/or eat. I especially enjoyed the soft pretzels I bought there.

I want everyone to know how good all the food is here...it?s soooooo good!!! How good? I drove all the way from NC and couldn?t keep my mouth from dropping at every stand I went to. This is the best farmers market I?ve ever been to across the country so far. The prices are cheap and the food is palatable. So many different things to buy, and fresh is a definite.

Love this place. So many different vendors so much different kinds of food, baked goods, etc..

Been going here sense I was little produce always good at all the venders good meats and cheeses not a huge fan of some commercial brands being in the space used to feel like small mom and pop shops but overall good place 4.5/5

Fairgrounds farmer's market is filled with numerous options for prepared and fresh products. The meat at Smokehouse is a bit expensive but fresh produce looked great with decent prices. The prepared food varied wildly. I wish I could recall the name, but there was a stand that had lots of BBQ and run by Mennonites, it was positioned towards restrooms in the front of the market, I had their food and I wouldn't recommend it and the one person seemed to have an attitude personally towards me. (Probably becaus

Always go to support local business and variety food to buy there all same times. Nice place to walk inside and smell good food! Calvaresi Coffee - buy chai there. So smoothly to drink! Thank for keeping business for us!

Always loved this place growing up. Great place to go for a bite to eat but love going for the vendors especially Dutch Maid bakery fresh donuts.

Love this place. The people are nice and there is a great variety of foods/ types of stands.

Always great shopping there. Freshest meats,, seafood, veggies in this area. And those bakeries!!!

Amazing vendors. One of the best markets around. So many options for all different types of foods!

The barbecue stand at the market is consistently good. Good food. Fair prices, friendly service. Frank says try a roasted chicken, ribs, or the wings. Tasty sides are the white potatoes, which are cooked with meat drippings, with salt and pepper, very good. For diabetics, choose the sweet potatoes, they rarely run out of them. The sandwiches have plenty almost too much meat on them. Definitely built to fill you up, so your stomach will not get empty, while you are shoveling hay out in the fields. I like ge

Always worth a visit. Whether you are a local or just passing through!

Everyone is so nice here! It's great to see how good quality wholesome food brings people together. Fresh meats, produce, bakeries and more.

Great vendors, great products. Nice people to shop with, wide variety of items to purchase either to eat there or take home.

Great place to go if you wanna try a little of everything. Gyros from the Hot Spot are the best. Perogies from the polish stand are yummy and I love getting a coffe and treat and Molly's corner!

I love this place I get home fresh produce and meats and cheeses and the main reason I come here is for the pretzel log sandwiches

Great for locals, can get all the fresh meat and vegetables you need for a good home cooked meal. Great food and desserts can be found in here as well as little odds and ends. We have come here multiple times and will continue to in the future. Nice way to spend time with the family. Definitely feels like a place for any family to come. Really exciting place to be at during the holidays, can really feel the hustle and bustle.

I couldn't find Tradiciones Restaurant on google because it's been at the Farmers Market for a short time. This review is for Tradiciones. I'm giving it five stars because it has the best authentic tacos that I have ever tasted in Reading. The ingredients are always fresh and the staff is really awesome. I go there every week to get my steak tacos. They also serve breakfast and traditional American food like burgers and fries. Go check them out. The Farmers Market is an awesome place also.

Delicious Bahi Mi at Vietnamese Delights. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Many merchants are cash only so come prepared!

Fun nice place. Also, NOT CHEAP THOUGH. But again, it's really nice, but some things were way out of touch for average people in my opion

Great place to shop! You can't leave without bringing something home!!! Such a great place to grab a bite to eat! I had two slices of pizza from Johnny's Pizza, hot...right out of the oven....so good! Brought home fresh donuts and grabbed an amish pretzel to go for the ride home!....Great place to visit.

Absolutely love this place!! Perfect place for fresh produce, dairy, bread, pretzels etc.. clean eating and healthy living ??

Really great farmers market very clean and friendly people and vendors prices are really good product and everything is fresh

THE FOOD HERE IS POSIN phthalates, formaldehyde methylene chloride, acetone acetonitrile, methacrylates, toluene, xylene, ethyl ether, and lead (Pb) (De

A true FARMERS Market. Not a junk market. Great farmers, excellent butchers, produce farmers, Go Fish an incredible seafood stand, Greek & Italian specialty, a lord knows the best bakeries. Try the Amish stuffed pretzels you will always come back. Wonderful place. Prices are better than any grocery store.

I try to get out here at least once a month. The variety lets you satisfy almost any food craving you might have with a very consistently-high level of quality. The doughnuts in the middle of the market are a personal favorite and have been for years.

Excellent selection of produce and meats, Clover Hill winery, and Hillbilly Hooch. Always crowded and busy.

been going here for a few decades, it is not changed all that much other than the names! Great variety of stands, even hot food is available. Produce, seafood, meat poultry, baked goods and an Italian stand!

Love this farmer's market! Thay have a lot of organic products and the food is good a lot of places to choose

The best place on the planet!!!!!

we always go on market Friday variety of vendors and stands. I highly recommend : Hoober produce they have a beautiful selection of produce and vegetables. and I also recommend Weissers Delicatessen for your meats and cheeses . The market also has Clover Winery and a good food court: highly recommend : Monte Lauro they have good sandwiches , and Italian dishes here

It?s a great market with a lot of good produce and meats, as well as a good restaurant.

Hard to rate the farmers market as whole, it was a variety of vendors. I love getting produce, eggs, and meat here. They have a chicken stand that makes the best seasoned wings around you buy them by the pound. They have a mexican place that serves a variety of Mexican dishes. A couple of candy spots. They have vendors that sell Greek, Italian, Polish and Dutch food. I'm sure I'm missing a bunch you're going to have check it out for yourself.

Always a good experience. From meats to produce, eggs and cheese, even strange things like hooch (I kid you not its moonshine), whoopie pie or my favorite - pretzel dogs. Also there is a small pho place that has grow in popularity, chatty monks tavern, some healthy alternatives. Almost too many things to write.

Fairgrounds Farmer?s Market is a great source of prime produce, custom cut meats and cheeses, excellent baked pastries, doughnuts, and artisan breads! Monte Lauro will provide you with amazing imported Italian meats and cheeses along with many specialty Italian foods and some of the most authentic crusty breads and rolls! It has been my family?s source for our annual gatherings! The best antipasto components that have been the served at all of our ?Holiday Eve? events for years. Dutch Maid bakery caters t

I go every week. Can't beat the quality and freshness of everything. Love the fried chicken stand and the Italian food stand. I always end my trip with a soft pretzel stick.

Foltz pretzels is the best stall. The pretzels are so fluffy and buttery and the people at the counter are so nice.

Coming from NC, I love coming here for fresh stuff we don't have at home. The people are friendly and food is good!!

Nice, but small. No more expensive than any other farmers market. It's my opinion they are all much more expensive than a grocery store. VERY nice people behind every counter! It was my first time there, and I must say I was taken aback by how friendly everyone was! Will go back again.

This place rocks. It's like the Chelsea market in the City, but focused on the old world quality.

Fresh vegetables, fruit and wonderful cook food. Prices are slightly better than the super market

If you enjoy farmers' markets, you will enjoy this one. There is plenty of variety to choose from.

I was there on saturday before the Super Bowl, omg ,it was a mad house. Got my stuff and got out. Lol

New experience for me. Not originally from here but this place is really nice.

What can I say. Always a great place to buy fresh food. Never a complaint as long as you like crowds. Great places Always is crowded. Go early when they 1st open to skip people

Love this place. Tried the hot dog log from the pretzel place, which was great. I also had the best strawberry milkshake from there. Not too impressed with the bakery but lots of fresh options!

Large farmers market with just about anything you'd want to buy. Some prices are ridiculously over priced but other things are reasonable. You definitely have to compare prices. So many variety of items from moonshine, wine, doughnuts, meats, cheeses, veggies, fruit, candy, soft pretzels and prepared foods/food stands.

Great place to visit, the food is so good and very friendly and helpful staff, totally recommend the pretzel place, is out of this world

This is a very well set up farmer's market. This place definitely feels like a market, instead of a trashy flea market. When you walk in you can really feel the good vibes of this location. Friendly shop keepers, friendly people, just a good all around location.

Very nice farmers market with a little bit of everything

I go there weekly for fresh produce, poultry, seafood and meats. Variety of stands from Mexican, Chinese, Amish and Italian with even fresh coffee, pastries and can even sit down for a bite to eat. Stand owners are very social and friendly.

Love the variety of stands and types of foods! Many places to eat and shop from. The pretzel stand is the BEST! Fresh produce and meat stands, candy, pizza, and more.

Enjoyed, many vendors to visit with a good variety. Will return!

One of my favorite places to shop. So many great stands.

Perfect place for all your produce and cuisine needs. They have a variety of butchers, bakers, and I believe candle stick makers. Each stand at the Fairgrounds Farmer's Market produces high quality items and a fair and reasonable price. If you are also looking for more than just your average farmers market, they have other varieties you might enjoy, such as sushi, Vietnamese, Jambalaya, Jamaican, and even a winery and brewery. So if you're looking for a change of place other than your local grocery store,

Just discovered this place around the corner from my planet fitness LOL An hour in the gym and then pig out here HAHAHAHAA Cooked food plus fruit and veggies and everything you could want yummmmmmm

I visit the farmers market often with my mother in law. The food is good, the people are nice, and the environment is pretty chill. The farmers market is open Thursday through Saturday.

Very busy place. Lots of different food choices.

What an awesome place! The freshest fruits and vegetables I?ve ever seen in one place. Can?t wait to go back. I?m gonna be better prepared with a cooler this time so I can bring home. Some of those fabulous meats that I saw. Also, if you like seafood, awesome seafood stands. Couple cute places to eat while you?re there too.

They have a wonderful selection of fruits and veggies, reasonably priced and always fresh! There's also ready made foods with dine in options at some of the places. They have a nice mix of businesses, including knick knacks, beer tastings, flower shop, just to name a few. They're always busy, but only open Thurs, Fri and Sat

There are a bunch of different stands inside and there's several stands done by different owners of similar items so you have selection. They're only open a couple days a week. And limited hours during those days. The one stand that has dried fruits and nuts is extremely well. Priced and good quality and the owner is an amazing person that will sit there and talk to you and take as much time as you need to explain whatever he needs to explain to you in no way does it seem like it's a burden to him. He enjoy

Best Farmers Market Ever. Huge So many Chocies to Choose from. Produce Markets Are Amazing. Highly recommend The Pretzel Place.

Honestly, sometimes too crowded but that might tell you something in itself! Always friendly workers , good food and truly the best pretzel cheesesteak logs! Just get em! You?ll thank me later!

My 1st time! It's really HUGE!!!! If you can't find it here..... I love all the vegetables and meat markets. It's hard to get past the sweets and nuts also! I didn't have much time to check it out thoroughly. But, I definitely will be back. P.S. Reminds me of Zerns. Only better!!

Lots of great food and great produce, plus more! All your food needs under one roof.

Great food n fun. Great place to meet up with friends and have a nice lunch. Huge assortment of food and beverages, including beer. They work hard to keep it near and clean. Had a very nice lunch.

I absolutely love this place. So many different vendors in here and they are all so friendly and helpful. Prices can be a bit higher than what you would find at a grocery store but there are deals to be had in here.

From the Snack sticks, to the Banh Mi... great experience here since I was a child. My husband enjoyed his first experience here and will always return.

It was delightful! I haven't been there in years and I didn't realize what I was missing. The help was so pleasant and friendly. I thought that had disappeared from the world! The atmosphere was warm and it really cheered me up! Thanks for a pleasant visit!

Love this place and atmosphere, the bakery in the middle is great
