This place is a whole vibe. Coffee is amazing and the pastries and breakfast items are perfection. A unique beautiful coffee shop that I would visit every day if I lived here.

Really enjoyed this cafe. Fun environment. Coffee and pastry mix was a knock out of the park. Definitely get a pastry with your coffee. The wall with all the framed photos was awesome!

If you are looking for the BEST coffee shop in Pagosa Springs, look no further. Faire Society is an absolute gem!!!! From the cozy, old world aesthetic to the authentic French pastries (made in house by an actual French man!), and best of all legit ?third wave? coffee culture, this place is doing it right and raising the bar for this little mountain town. We will definitely be back!

This coffee shop is beautiful with luxurious seating and whimsical artwork. And the cutest little reading nook for kids and a place to play games The quiche out of this world and their donuts were heavenly. Oh and my chocolate chai was equally amazing. Wish I lived closer so I could hang out there all the time!!

Great vibe inside - elegant and cozy. Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious coffee and pastries! They even sent us home with a couple extra cream puffs since it was close to closing time when we left :) Great place to work or just hang out for a bit.

We discovered this beautiful shop in our road trip and the pistachio donut was a delicious surprise , great coffee as well.

Oh man?what an amazing spot to go to in Pagosa Springs!! Go for an amazing latte! Go for a delicious donut that is crispy on the outside but soft on the inside with the perfect amount of glaze! Go for a freshly baked baguette sandwich! Go just to sit and play one of the unique games that the owners can expertly show you how to play! Or?just go to fall in love witb the owners and operators of this amazing little bistro! Just go visit?and enjoy!

You'll find many excellent coffee options in Pagosa Springs, but I'd argue the best is right here. Their baked goods are not just fantastic; they possess an international flair that perfectly complements the cafe's inviting atmosphere. The staff's friendliness and palpable pride in their craft truly set this place apart.

Food was delicious, we had two sandwiches and a sweet treat! Coffee was also really good and the atmosphere was great!

So excited to see a French patisserie in Pagosa! The staff were very kind and got my drink out quickly. The espresso was delicious, and the macarons were some of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is peaceful and the decoration is gorgeous. I will definitely be coming back.

I think this place definitely has potential. Some suggestions as you move forward with your bistro - please have a menu and maybe a few more sandwich options. I loved the baguette flavor, but it was very hard to chew or even cut. Another option would be to cut it in half and serve it with a side of something, anything really. As a local I probably wouldn?t revisit unless there was a bit of an expanded menu, but the concept is great and I hope moving forward you succeed!

I have been here twice and gotten the Ham and Cheese grilled cheese. I really enjoyed it both times and look forward to trying other items as the menu expands. Great job guys!

Cute little place with good donuts, but the menu is very limited so far. Surprisingly they don't seem to have croissants or at least they didn't the day I went. Maybe they are just new (opened 2 weeks ago) but sweet (chocolate, fruit) and savory croissants (sandwiches) would really help.

Their strawberry & cream matcha latte is out of this world ?? All donuts are baked to perfection with brioche ?? Their profiterole especially melts in your mouth and puts a smile on your face. The people are kind; the ambience is quaint, with framed paintings of flowers and herbs, and the whole experience is super chill but high-level artisanal bakery items. Loved it!!

Best cream donut I?ve ever eaten. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy a board game. Little reading nook for kids is so cute!

Coffee was good, but I waited an hour for a chicken salad sandwich (which wasnt even that good) when there was only 3 other tables, two of which already had there food. I won't be ordering food here again, but I might go back for coffee.

I tried the Bavarian cr?me filled donut. Probably the best donut I have ever had. It was very light and not overly sweet.

Best hot coco in town and pistachio donut is to die for. Looking forward to going there on all my cheat days.

Beautiful shop! We stopped in on our way through town. I got a pistachio hot mocha. You can taste the good ingredients. Not too sweet. We also got donuts and oh my! White chocolate pistachio donuts are delicious! Lovely atmosphere and service was really friendly!

Absolutely loved everything from Faire Society ? Caf? & Patisserie! The donuts were incredible, with just the right amount of chocolate (not too sweet!) and a perfect dough texture. Croissants were buttery and flaky, and my daughter couldn?t get enough of the macarons. Beautiful flavors and presentation.

Pistachio donut was worth the 6 hour drive from Denver Well done guys, best of luck with new opening!
