I decided to try a different donut shop this time because I see how this donut shop is attempting to be innovative. The customer service is spot on. I was greeted warmly by several people when I arrived and thanked by everyone in the shop. The donuts were pretty tasty, and I recommend the unicorn or maple bacon donut. They do offer the ability to pay with ATM. The specialty donuts can run you about $3 each.

The donuts look great, the staff is very kind and polite, and the room gives that nostalgic feeling every cozy donut shop has. It's absolutely wonderful.

Great doughnuts. The problem, they constantly "forget" to fulfill your order. My wife door dashs' fails doughnuts and they always leave out one or two doughnuts. It's happened now 7 times. It happens so much with consistency that it has to be done on purpose. I'd say go into the store but even when I go there and place my order I'll check the box at the counter or in my car and they still "forget" to fulfill my order by shorting me one or two doughnuts. Love this place! My husband and sons favorite donut shop in town! Very friendly owners and workers. So talented too. They work very hard and long hours to prepare everything for the next day. I've seen them very late at night. The donuts are priced fairly and taste amazing! They have a strawberry sandwich type donut that has frosting and whole strawberries and it's one of my son's and husband's faves. They also do some fun characters and custom donuts if you call a few days in advance! Good location as well

Best donuts in turlock, not the best I've had. I do appreciate the fancy art ones they make, the kid loves the unicorn one. They carry a lot of donuts, never run out really, because I'm sure you have gone to get donuts one morning by 10am and they're sold out, and you debate showing your face at home empty handed.

I saw this place on the news program GoodDay CW31 on Sunday (Aug 26, 2020) and saw all the amazingly decorated and unique donuts in their display. I went the very next day and brought home a Fruit Loops, Unicorn, Rainbow, and Strawberry and whipped cream stuffed donuts for my kids. They were super excited and the donuts tasted delicious. They're cheap and getting donuts here to bring home to my family to eat with hot tea on cold days. Best thing ever. Sometimes the donuts can get just a little stale if you go later in the day but otherwise great selection, nothing too fancy, and friendly staff. Very friendly service. Quick and courteous. Walked into a line but we were in and out in no time. Great fresh donuts with all of the classics and some creative new twists from fresh fruit to cereal toppings. Cool designs for the kids and traditional hot coffee for the grown ups. Highly recommended!

This place rocks ! I love the people there! Fast and efficient service even when they're busy. It is a small place to sit down and enjoy your coffee and donuts but they're improving. That is my only reason why I didn't give 5 stars but that doesn't stop customers from coming and hanging out at the store early in the morning. I love the selection and the freshness and I highly recommend checking them out.

I enjoy dropping in a couple pf times a week. The family is very friendly. The coffee is excellent and the donuts are delicious. It is often quiet when I'm there, and I can read a novel or newspaper, or chat with the owners. I feel like part of the family.

I tried out this place for the first time and honestly, they have some of the best donuts I've had in a long while. They were soft and fluffy, you can tell the were definitely fresh. The lady that assisted us was super sweet and even threw in some free donuts for us.. definitely will be going back

Fails Donut Factory by far is the best donut shop for miles! I ordered jelly, chocolate, eclairs and many more! These are fresh and delicious ?? They make just about anything you would want! Beautiful displays, even letters and words made of donuts! I'm very impressed with this business and the owners are so friendly. I definitely suggest you try Fails!!

Great place to grab donuts ....and they have a few different specialty ones the kids really enjoy. They've had Spiderman themed and several others like it. Today they had an oreo one, mini m&ms and 2 others.

I've heard many good things about Fails but I wasn't too impressed. Donuts are good, of course, but these days you have to be different. I gave them four stars because I found the donuts a little too glazed and sugary. The place looks like it's still stuck in the '90's - time to update the inside and maybe drop the "Fails" and just keep the catchy name "The Donut Factory".

Omg these donuts are amazing. They are fresh,warm and delicious. When ever I go the owners who are a very sweet and lovely Asian couple give me donut holes for free they always add a handful to my bag. It's the only place in turlock that has the best donuts. Plus the service is always with smile.

Most likely not coming back here start off with a bad first impression due to as we walked in he couldnt get off his phine, there selection wasn't as big as their photos show, and on top of that my girlfriend and I sat down to enjoy our donuts and he ask us to pretty much leave, so we got home and realized he didn't even give us all of our donuts that we had bought. Very bad experience wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I just went to Fails donut factory for the first time today. They had a Huge variety of donuts including apple fritters and filled donuts. Their donuts are so good even their ham and cheese croissant! We only found this after we would leave KFC and decided to give it a try. Even the customers here were friendly asking if we wanted more coffee before they served themselves off the hot pot!

The donuts were fresh. I was hoping by getting there early we would have a lot bigger selection, but she said the fancy donuts are from 7-8 am. That a bummer, but the donuts are still great!

writing the review after the new girl at the shop or at least my first time seeing her there ruined the donut and my morning. she acted like i was the one with accent after i told her 3 times (glazed donut). after opening the paper bag, donuts were smashed against each other so i had to eat it with spoon. I helped build Stan Fail's first Donut shop in The Mitchell Plaza in Ceres, CA in 1980. Great people that brought us fresh donuts from the Turlock store whenever he came to the jobsite. Worked for Huff Construction back then and I must say, that's where I got the foundation of the Excellent Carpenter I became and..........I ARE A GREAT CARPINTER lol??!!!

Donuts were ok, better than other options in Turlock but not the best I've had either. The place is grungy though. Didn't get a good vibe from the atmosphere. To to it off the window had a bullet hole.
