Will not be going to ENNIS DONUTS ANYMORE!!!! happened a few weeks ago my son got a drink and donut holes and never got his change back so I took it as an honest mistake and kept going Now again today he pays with a $20 bill for a drink and donut holes and his change was 75cents. I politely walked back in to let her know he didn?t get his change and her response was O he didn?t ask for it, I?m bout to give it to him right now,as she is stuttering and shocked that she was caught the other lady comes to save
We were in line to order donuts and the girl behind me starts ordering before I was done and takes the donuts my children wanted before we were ever done ordering. Very unprofessional and sad. Horrible place to come too!

This place was nice and clean. Inside there was.a table full of people that were talking and laughing and seemed to be having a good time. Nobody was up front when I walked in but it wasn't long before someone came to help me. I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant, two small kolaches, and a chocolate milk. This is my donut shop of choice. The owner knows me and has my order ready for me every morning when I come in. She is very friendly and I enjoy talking to her every morning. Stopping here is a big part of my daily morning routine. Their donuts are always fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this donut shop to everyone

Spent 18.00 on a dozen doughnuts including an eclair with almost no cream. I don't do alot of sweet so when I do I want the complete experience and this was disappointing ?? ??.
The donuts are the best in Ennis right now which is why it has 4 stars. In an other city I might rate it differently. The bad thing about the shop is their location. Since they moved they are more difficult to find and the large parking lot has shrunk to a handful of spaces. Be careful if you park in the wrong spot you will be ticketed and there is no longer a drive through.
Big shout out to the owner and his workers. We had an emergency and needed to feed 36 people asap. I walked in and they made it happen. I encovieneced them and he still gave me free donut holes, like WOW! The donuts and kolaches were amazing . I will be back for sure , Thank you guys so much!

Donuts cold. Charged $1.00 for cup of hot water for my caffeine free tea bag as their coffee looked very stale. Restroom out of tissue paper.
Yeah I changed my order but the store owner kicked me out. I know it frustrates the employees when a customer changes their order especially at the last minute, but you dont kick them out for that.
