They are thieves. I paid the man for a avocado breakfast sandwich, 3 coffees and two donuts and tipped him at the drive through. The woman brings all the items but the donuts and disappears inside. She comes back a few minutes later and asked why we haven't left yet. We explained that we were waiting for the donuts and she gets them but then says we didn't pay even though I had paid with a debit. Due to communication breakdown we couldn't get her to understand that we had paid, so my son just paid again to

Cute place. Good seating area for chatting or studying. Got 2 hot drinks (caramel latte & white mocha) and they were delicious and strong, 3 shots ?? Also got some donuts and a smoothie and it was all very tasty. To add, a very reasonable price these days. Staff was super nice & helpful. Would recommend and would go back for sure.

The best apple fritters. Brown sugar milk tea was good too. Smoothies are real nice on a hot summer day.

Ok donut for what i got. Cut up until jelly no more. Not to bad the ratios. Take a couple packets of suger for the extras to roll in. The boba stick reveal was a blast without any injuries. ? Bagel not fresh. Yuck!??

We are staying in Paulden while working for a few days and have had breakfast here two days in a row. They are incredibly friendly, had no issues with my wife?s service dog (even gave her a donut hole), and the food is good and priced good. We love supporting local small businesses, especially like Encore donuts that really work hard to deliver quality food and service.

New owners(I think) great donuts. Good people. Definitely an improvement. The prices are not cheap but the donuts are worth it.

Unfortunate that this is the only donut place in town. The service is substandard. Never friendly. Donuts are decent, but I ordered a bagel with butter and it wasn?t edible. The bagel was soggy and disgusting. Absolutely will not return.

AMAZING food and Boba tea! I got the encore sandwich and it was delicious! Loaded up with all kinds of toppings! The thai tea was also very smooth and yummy! 10/10 reccomend!

Worlds worst sandwich. Disgusting! 2 pieces of dry bread with a few thin pieces of processed "turkey" and one thin slice of Swiss cheese for 6 bucks!!! Inedible! Don't go there.

Placed an in-person order for 2 dozen assorted donuts. Went to pick them up the next day. The variety of donuts wasn't ready. Only had a couple of different things to choose from. I was not impressed. I really wanted to support a small local business. A donut business should have lots of donuts to choose from at 7am!

A blond girl was taking care of a customer at the drive through when I came in. She never acknowledged me or said I?ll be right with you. I stood there being ignored for five minutes as this girl took her time. She could have called someone from the back to come up and take my order. It was 10 am on a Saturday.

Donuts use to cost so little. You must be prepared to visit your ATM machine before your next visit. You may as well pull out $40.00 dollars, because a dozen is over $20.00 dollars and you will not see a Bakers Dozen either! It's exactly like going to any fast food chain, no more dollar items, only double or triple the amount per item, because these small chains need to pay their employees $20/hour and take 10 breaks in the first hour of the day.

Best donuts and bagels I've had in Northern AZ since I moved here. Donuts were fresh and tasted great and the everything bagel was one of the best I've had in a long time but it took over 10 minutes to toast the bagel and put the smallest amount of cream cheese on it and they only had one other customer at the time. Staff could be a bit more welcoming to customers but they could have just had a bad day.

Very unorganized staff. Not well trained. Was being helped by a girl when she started making coffee for someone else?? leaving our box of donuts on the counter. Took 5 minutes to get another person to ring us up. Also everytime we order any frosted donuts they stack them instead of putting them on edge making a mess of the frosting. Especially the Boston cream. Was better when they 1st opened. Need better trained staff.

This place is amazing. Finally we have a good donut shop ???? They have delicious fresh donuts, boba drinks and fantastic bagels and sandwiches. Staff is always friendly and quick and prices are very reasonable. My kids love coming here and we recommend it to everyone.

THE BEST blueberry glazed cake donuts, if you can get your hands on one. Was just told that Thuraday, Friday and Saturday will increase my odds. We'll see! Delicious, quiet spot for breakfast. They have a HUGE menu and everything is delicious. Worth the drive to Chino Valley.

I grew up with the best donut shop of all time (Donut Palace in Uvalde, TX). I?ve lived a few places and have tried to find a donut shop that is comparable with not much luck. This place has the best donuts in the quad city area! They are leagues above Bosa, Daylight and Outlaw. Although, donut holes and kolaches are similar to the rest of the field, this place takes top prize for the standard donut competition. Worth the drive to Chino Valley if you?re looking for the best donuts in the area.

Wonderful food! Way beyond simply doughnuts and bagels (which are better than most that I have tasted!), Is very well prepared breakfast and lunches of many varieties. All items are prepared with care, service is outstanding, and the restaurant is clean and a real pleasure in which to dine!

Went to try out encore donuts this morning. I was very pleased by everything they had to offer, from the friendly staff, the amount of food n drinks they have to offer and the great atmosphere. The donuts are very fresh and yummy. This is a great addition to the town of chino valley.

Encore has provided our company with breakfast sandwiches for our whole team for our early morning meetings. The sandwiches are always ready for pick up promptly at 6am & they are great! Their lunch sandwiches are also delicious, I recommend the Encore with turkey...YUM!

I'm not sure how the reviews for this place are so high. The person behind the counter was very rude from the beginning. It started with me ordering something that was ON THEIR MENU in store, and her looking at me like I was stupid for ordering it. I repeat myself at point at the menu where it is and she rudely says "you can't have that what else do you want" so I tell her my order and my boyfriend tells her his. I ended up getting a milk tea with black Boba and he got a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Th

People are rude. They will make your food after they get others that were behind you in line first. If you ask for extra caramel they will literally give you a little bit. Also the frappe sucks no flavor.I make a better one at home. Left my son kanache in the warmer. Never coming here again.

Do not order food here. They are equipped to serve only what you see already made in front of you. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for 2 panini sandwiches, only to receive paninis we did not order. I went in for a dozen doughnuts and was very surprised on how fresh they were. They also took care of me and made the doughnuts that I wanted. Definitely a great surprise and would recommend.

Wow! I am all for new businesses in Chino. Stopped in to purchase a couple bagels. $1.49 for the bagel. $2.99 for bagel with a spread of cream cheese. That means a teaspoon of cream cheese is same price as the bagel @ $1.50. It's only $1.00 more for a spread of butter. Granted I hadn't read the menu and was surprised by the amount owed after ordered. I haven't tried the bagel yet but I doubt I'll be buying any more if that's the way they run their business. 2 bagels $2.98 with cream cheese $5.98. I think no

The donuts and croissants we got were super fresh tasting. Sweet gal that rang us up. So happy we have a drive through like this in CV. Will definitely be back.

They are getting better. The "grease feel" in your mouth is getting less and less each time I go in. Hopefully it's just not me getting used it to. :) Obviously they need more employees, but they are doing well with customer service. Glad they are local.

Would be a 5 star rating...... if the owner were more friendly and didn't interrupt me while ordering, and.... A BTL is just that....Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato (this ISN'T rocket science) I checked the BLT at the window and she ended up omitting the TOMATO and substited with onion? So I gave it back to her, in which, she took off MOST of the oion and slapped on a few tomatoes. REALLLLLYYY?!?!?! AND THEN......STUPID ME...I didn't check all 4 sandwiches. We got home and she messed up the WHOLE entire order!!

We live in Dewey and drive out there to eat. Friendly people and clean establishment. Food is really good. Great variety of baked goods also.

Their glaze twist is really good but the donuts are really hit or miss depending on who made them and the owner is quite rude.

Everything Chino has needed for awhile. Highly recommend you try them! I hope their continued success here and will be here probably more than once a week.
