Had cinnamon rolls and apple fritters, both were yummy and very sweet.
Delicious! First time there and I got the SB egg bagel, a fruit filled pastry and chocolate donut. They were also amazing! The ladies working there are so kind and make the sandwich on the spot. Plenty to choose from. ??
Genuinely, delicious donuts. Been going here for years now, and I can safely say they're amazing. Not the hugest selection, but a cute little store with insanely good donuts. What else could you wish for?

Average donut place. Nothing fancy but overall good.
The price is good and doughnuts are delicious!
Small doughnut shop, large supply in morning. Twists and cinnamon rolls are large and good. Have buttermilk bars. Glazing tends to be a bit heavy. Jelly filled and cream pat are good. Never had bfast dishes, but probably good as none are left in afternoon. If you order in advance or wait, they also prepare Thai curry dishes and a pretty good Tom Ka Gai soup.

Absolutely love Eller?s. Their boba tea is great and so are their donuts. Locally owned and quick. I bought two dozen in-store for a birthday party with no issues for ordering on the day of and everyone enjoyed them. (They always throw in a few donut holes too.)

From my experience best thai tea in Santa Barbara. They give you a big cup for not much money and I always enjoy their bagels here. Truthfully they take a while when ordering food as it seems they don't prepare things beforehand but I don't mind waiting as I try to support local business and local families. The doughnuts themselves are quite good as well.
Had an iced Chai latte. Got a couple of donuts to share with mom, they snuck in 2 donut holes. All was really good, soft & gooey fillings. Will be back.
very good donuts but super rude when it comes to customer service, especially the woman. she does not have any patience and they will talk about you in a different language. they are also very out dated and run down. don?t get me wrong still a great donut, just everything else about the business is terrible lol

Just went here for the first time last week since it's right down the street from my office. I'm no doughnut connoisseur, but these are the best doughnuts in Santa Barbara. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The man behind the counter even gave me free doughnut holes, which was very kind. Definitely my new regular spot!
I can always determine how good a donut shop is by ordering a glazed donut. The donut was a good size! However, the recipe was not as good as some other places I have gone to before. It's still good here so I do recommend Eller.
Great service and good tasting donuts! Did only rate them a 4 simply because they didnt have the old fashioned twist round donuts, those are my favorite yet I still cant remember the name of them lol

Tried stopping In the AM to get some donuts for my children . Don?t bother costumer service is terrible . Very rude employees. They need to train them on how to treat people, and show respect .
I was excited to drive there cos my little girl wants some doughnut but disappointed when we got there. The staff on duty was not friendly and on top of that coughing and sneezing and handling food. We walked out. Very bad experience. Right after my bad experience,I called to speak with the manager and the lady who answered the phone rudely hung up on me.. my first time visit and not happy
Stopped in trying to get some breakfast and donuts. If your expecting any breakfast sandwiches, don?t bother. The donuts did look really good. Maybe next time.
Me and my mom went here and got 2 donuts , one boba , and 2 small curry?s . it took 50 minutes to get two SMALL currys . and after we got the currys the lady forgot about my boba . I was very disappointed because the boba wasn?t very good .
Doughnuts are delicious, and they have a great selection. My personal favorites are the Maple bars and the glazed raspberry filled. Still can't compare to Krispy Kreme but since there isn't one anywhere near, these doughnuts are the next best thing.
These are the best donuts in Santa Barbara by far! Yes, they can be unfriendly at times, but it?s the best place for donuts and you?ll learn to love the charm.
The man at the register told us that "coconut milk is.for cooking, not drinking" and that we could not have it in our tea, and when asked for noodles w/ vegetable, says "we do not cook vegetarian food" leaving my companion with no options save a bagel and canned drinks. They are not afraid to enforce their own habits and opinions upon your own eating preference

Disgusting and unsanitary! I ordered an ice blended drink and the lady licked the spoon she was using for the ice cream then put it in my drink cup! I was completely disgusted and walked out. They then chased me out yelling because I wouldnt take it or pay for it. I don't even want to know how unsanitary the rest of the place could be.
Super rude over-the-phone experience! I actually laughed after I got hung up on because it was so ridiculous! Never gone there before, but heard doughnuts were good. I called just to find out the hours. This was the conversation: "Hi, what are your hours?" "YES! We have everything!" "No, what are your hours? When do you open?" "WE HAVE EVERYTHING!" Click!!!!!! What?!?!? I laugh here. I call back. "Excuse me, you hung up on me before you answered my question. When do you open?" "5:00! OK?" "Ok! Thank you!" C
To start with, they rushed us with the order, throwing things in the bag we didn't even ask for. There was only one other customer in the shop! The mood was very unfriendly. Also, workers were coughing into their hands and eating while handling food. It was too gross to handle and we left what we ordered.
