Me and my little girl tied a half a dozen donuts this afternoon. They were amazing! We went to Dunkin' donuts directly after and were seriously disappointed; at the doughy generic unimpressive comparison. Save your time, money and tastes buds and just go to Eddie's, you won't be disappointed. The old-fashioned donuts, & the carmel/chocolate/brittle were our favorites. We will definitely be back! They were light fluffy and full of yumminess!

First time trying, super impressed. Selection was great, especially for a smaller shop! Donuts taste great! The guy who helped us was wonderful and so nice, I didn?t catch his name. We will definitely be back!

I am not exaggerating: these are in the top three donuts I've ever eaten. Eddie himself is amazing--the man works hard and that place runs like clockwork. But then, take a look at that case. Many moons ago when I still lived in South City, Neosho St. to be precise, Saturday mornings I would go here and grab a dozen to take back home for my family. My sons really loved that tradition. Eddie always had a smile and a laugh when I would come in. Best donuts in my opinion. Glad to see he is still doing good and I definitely recommend his place for great donuts!

I took a friend of mine e for donuts one Saturday morning. I'm not aware of the availability of fresh, melt in your mouth bakery donuts. I had never gone to Eddie's. I've only lived here a few years. I was very pleased. We each picked our favorites, three apiece, and almost had them eaten by the time we got in the car. Excellent tasty way to start your day. Ordered and was shorted 3 donuts, not the end of the world but still. Donuts are ok, nothing really special but certainly not up to the high quality and deliciousness of pharaohs. Just thought I'd give them a try as I was running behind and I needed some delivered rather than adding an extra stop and pharaoh's wasn't an option for delivery.

There's a decent selection of donuts here, and they stick to the basics for the most part. They have a few unique toppings to offer. Overall, the donuts are really tiny/thin (Krispy Kreme-like) which takes away from the pretty good texture that the cake donuts have. The yeast donuts can be a bit dry, but the toppings are decent. This place is nothing special in a city full of great donut shops.

I walk in, there was one apple fritter left. Told the guy I definitely want that one. He told me it was his. Disappointed I started looking for other donuts. Then he said he was just joking. Started going to this place during the pandemic on an acquaintance's recommendation. It's been my go-to donut spot ever since. The people who work here are super friendly, and always incredibly nice to my kids when I bring them in. The donuts are great, and they usually have a pretty good variety. Nothing too fancy, but they do what they do well.

Came in on a cold, rainy Friday and needed four dozen donuts for a work function. They had a decent variety and the donuts were delicious! Also, very well priced. The gentleman that worked there was also polite and courteous. Also, they do accept debit/credit cards which is a plus!

Second donut stop of the morning. Which honestly should have been the only one. The owner Mr. Eddie was a pleasure to meet and his trusty old sidekick (half of 80) was super funny. Will definitely make this our only donut stop for now on!

Eddie takes a lot of pride in his process and the donuts are consistently amazing. I would stop in here 1-2 times a month and each time knew exactly what I was getting out of every flavor. The earlier you can get in there the better. It is one of the shops in the area I truly miss since I have moved from St. Louis and will hit up as soon as I am back in town.

Easily some of the best locally made donuts I?ve had in St. Louis. The cinnamon twist, caramel long john, toffee crumble, and the classic glazed were all delicious. But the definite stand out was the apple fritter. This will be my go-to donut spot from now on. I was able to meet Eddie, and the guy is genuinely a good guy. He was easy to talk to, and loves his craft.

We went on a donut tour and tasted donuts from six local joints. This one was the group favorite. The donut flavors are classic and delicious. They had a good crisp but kept their overall softness and structure. We'd highly recommend them! Well done, Eddie!

These are the best donuts in South City! You can pick up perfectly fluffy, delicious donuts and get a joke as an extra. The employees are wonderful. Eddie also caters large events like weddings. Eddie is super flexible and helpful when planning your large order. This place is a must visit!!!

Really good donuts, really nice people. They have the perfect balance: some for kids and some for adults. Some common donuts and something a little different. All of them are delicious but the apple fritters are what stand out for me. Lots of shops sell them but few of them taste good. Eddie's apple fritters are delicious. And the right size.

The earlier you get there, the better! Donuts seem to go quick. We was still able to get donuts but they was very picked through. The gentlemen working was very friendly. The donuts we had were phenomenal.

One of my favorite places for doughnuts, they do them well. Can tell they care about their quality and it takes me back to my childhood in the fifties. Definitely recommend getting there early for best selection and avoiding the crowds.

It was a very odd experience. The doors were locked and it seems they keep them that way. They didn't have cash to make change, and the credit card machine wasn't working right. And the donuts were no better than grocery store donuts.
