They didn't have much by the end of the day but maybe that's normal for donut places. I don't really go to them. Minimum order of $5 or they charge $0.50 on cards. Clearly advertised at cash register. Macadamia cookies are excellent. Top Notch. Haven't had cookies this good in a while. No leftover weird pieces of the nuts and the flavor is so good. Honestly going down hill. Love the cookies from Ed?s but after today don?t know that I will be back. Ordered a SpongeBob cake and got this. Was then told it was my fault because I didn?t give enough detail. I mean last I checked sponge bob cake for a boy should be enough detail.
I went here this morning around 9 am. The heavyset man who opened the window wasn't friendly at all. I ordered 1 dozen plain donut holes and he handed me overbaked ones. Not worth the $2.57 :(

May 15, 2024. I was coming through Conway from a funeral. It was my son?s 50th birthday. I lived in Conway twenty years ago. I sill have relatives in the area. I stoped and bought a big chocolate chip cookie, a pan of brownies, several more of the iced cookies. Sad to see that it has declined since we lived here. Apple fritters were our favorites. They were dry & not very tasty. The sugar cookies didn't have much flavor either. The Long John's looked great, so I got one. It had plenty of white filling, but again, no taste. Staff friendly & helpful. Inside could use a little love. It's looking ratty.
Horrible customer service!! This was my first time ordering here. My friends birthday was today so I decided to give this place a try. It?s sad when you walk in an establishment and they look at you like you?re a bother. I asked the workers how they were doing and they gave me a blank stare. I usually go to Julie?s, but wanted to give this bakery a go since I?ve heard from several people they were great. I wasn?t impressed. I bought cupcakes and a cake for my son?s birthday party. They were very cute, but the quality wasn?t there. The cake and cupcakes were very dry. I ordered the white buttercream, and chocolate icing. They both tasted the exact same, like straight powdered sugar. Not cool. Very disappointed.
I love how big and fluffy their donuts are! They make amazing cookies too. I am going to try their birthday cake for my son's birthday in October. I take my coworkers donuts and they always have fun compliments like, "Erin brought the good donuts!, They are huge!, It's like a mini cake!, These are the donuts I waste my calories on!" The compliments are endless! I get 24 donuts for under 20$, thats a pretty good price. Quality is always excellent as well!
I tried some cookies from this place yesterday cuz I'm always on the lookout for good cookies. I got 4 cookies (chocolate chip, white chip macadamia, oatmeal raisin and cowboy). The choc chip and oatmeal raisin were pretty good but the other 2, not so much. The cowboy cookie was soft but dry-tasting and the white chip was under-cooked. Their prices are good at 89 cents each but I think I'll stick with Maggie's.
My mom is always in here. The cookies are great and I've never been disappointed.
Cashier was friendly and polite, however their was 2 workers in the back prepping cookies and one worker had on gloves and the other worker did not. As I was picking out my items I couldn't help but to notice and observe the young lady touch her cell phone and other things on the prep table then touching the cookies which made me a little sick to my stomach because of the covid and other viruses that can come about with improper food handling. I had Ed?s Bakery make my wedding cake. I paid extra for an Italian Cream cake, the icing was NOT Italian cream icing, it was just plain old icing. The cake tasted good, but was not what I ordered and of course I didn?t know this until the wedding reception. I was very disappointed!
Best bakery in Conway. They were so helpful in creating a custom dessert for my event. I use them every time I'm in town! Couldn't ask for a better experience.
Held our card hostage for 10 minutes while waiting on our relatively easy order in the drive thru. Gave us our food and we had to actually ask for it back. The sausage biscuits were EXTREMELY crumbly, like I have to vacuum my truck out now crumbly. The egg was WAY over peppered. The donut and smiley face cookie were both way too sweet tasting and the icing job was poor. Don't eat here unless you want to vacuum your truck out afterwards with an upset stomach.
I use to be a frequent customer all the time and moved across town so stopped coming. Came back and the lady working told me I had to ?reserve? donuts. Was also VERY rude. Will not be coming back
We ordered a chocolate first birthday cake for my daughter's birthday smash photos and party. We got a vanilla cake, the cake looked great from the front but the back of the cake the frosting was falling leaving parts of the cake visible and a puddle of frosting on the base. This was less than two hours after pickup. It was a good tasting cake but not what we ordered and the decorating wasn't good. Sadly we were disappointed.

I bought a cake for my boyfriend here because I was visiting and didn't wanna use his friend's kitchen since it was supposed to be a surprise. We picked Ed's because it was convenient and we thought it'd be better than a Walmart cake. Wrong. It was overpriced for the quality we got. No one even wanted to eat it. I called this morning, and the lovely voice that answered all of my questions just made my day! I will be traveling through during the week of Thanksgiving, and I will be able to take amazing Ed's pies with me! They really listen to their customers! I cannot wait to share the pies that I ordered with my entire family! Thank you so much!

Ed's is the best!!! The owners, Sharon and Angela, are awesome people. Everything is delicious. My favorite is the chocolate eclair with Bavarian filling.
We ordered our wedding cake from here. They would not deliver to our reception, we had to pick it up. When we picked it up the cake was lopsided and the decorations look like they were done by a 5 year old. The banana cake was white cake mix with chunks of banana but you couldn't taste it at all.

Ordered bday cake last week - 1/2 sheet cake, Italian Creme with cream cheese frosting. Totally dried out and tasteless. SO disappointed and wasted $43. Never again.
