Earl's is a simple, hole in the wall shop that has the best donuts! Dough is well made and man, these donuts slap especially when they're fresh. Quality is unmatched, haven't had a bad experience yet.

Earl?s is the absolute BEST!! I moved to the valley a little over 3 years ago and found this cute donut shop. I?ve turned into a somewhat regular and I adore Dalin. Her customer service is wonderful and she is so sweet. She even recognizes me when I come in. One of the biggest reasons I love Earl?s is because their iced coffee. It?s Vietnamese Iced coffee and I?m obsessed! Also, their donuts are so incredibly fluffy and their sandwiches are yummy & flavorful. Best donuts in the valley!!!!

This place is a must if you like traditional style donuts (glazed, old fashioned, etc.) and even some funky/different flavors (blueberry, ube, few others). Ordered a half dozen and it included a free donut. To my surprise, maple bar was an option as one of the free donuts! Most places only include the basic donuts for the free option. The staff were very friendly and quickly went through the line.

Just picked up some basic donuts, a round cake donut with rainbow sprinkles, a chocolate glaze, & some glazed donut holes. Ate half of each could not stomach it & each one had the same aftertaste. They looked good and on the surface & first bite b4 swallowing tasted as it should but unfortunately there is a dirty greasy flavor in each donut. Which leads me to believe their grease trap where they fry the donuts is either not cleaned properly combined with likely the cheapest frying oil. Leaves a horrible gre

Loved my turkey sandwich on a bagel. I was able to add avocado and mustard making it very tasty. The cucumber and bell peppers were a nice addition too. I also ordered watermelon. They had yellow watermelon which I was unfamiliar with. It wasn't as sweet as described. Can't wait to try more food from this shop!

These donuts are so great and fresh!!! At almost 5pm the cereal was crispy on top of my donut. My husband says you have to take your time and try it out, it?s so worth making the stop! The customer service was pretty awesome also. We already ate 2 before we took this pic

My wife got delivery. The iced coffee was sour like it was old or something. The ube donut was not ube. The red velvet donut was not good.

The best donuts I?ve ever had in the valley or anywhere for that matter. So light and airy. And the softness somehow lasts overnight even without extra airtight packaging. Earl?s has ruined me, tbh. I?ve since had donuts from a couple other places which don?t even come close to the freshness of Earl?s and the lackluster experience from other donut shops make me wonder what made me like donuts in the first place. It's been awhile since I came in so hopefully they fired this guy since having a chance to write this but I Came in at 4am to get doughnuts for a team meeting at work and was cursed out for coming in early and the guy making doughnuts refused to come to the front for 10 minutes before I walked back there to get him. I've visited Earls Donuts in Chatsworth multiple times, around 5 am every single morning around 1 year and sometimes in the afternoon. One of those visits, unfortunately, I've consistently encountered rude service from the afternoon staff, particularly the lady and Steven. On my most recent visit, they expressed an indifferent attitude, even suggesting that I shouldn't return if I wasn't satisfied with their service. This was the third time I've experienced such treatment, and it's incredibly disappointing.

What a great treat for the last day of vacay!! These donuts were fluffy, fresh, and delicious! I have to give Earl's credit. Also I have to give a well deserved mention to the little Spanish speaking lady who greets you with her warm smile and friendly way. She's as sweet as the donuts. We look forward to coming back to Earl's the next time we're in LA. Highly recommend.

Oh my wow, what can I say besides yummy warm donuts. I drive about 15-20 minutes to buy donuts here. I eat two on the way home. They smell so good! Lol If you're in the area you must stop and get you some donuts.

Went to get a breakfast sandwich . The same lady that took my order and charged me starting making my sandwich with the same old gloves she had been stocking boxes and probably been touching money and all morning . I politely asked her if she can please changed her gloves . the look and attitude I got was very unprofessional it seemed like how dare I ask her to be sanitary and practice safe food handling!!

Earls is the best, the staff are very pleasant. Donuts are superb. The place is always clean and they have 3 lottery ticket machines and a game machine. If that doesn't suit you take a seat and play hotspot. Open 24 hrs. Give it a try love love love Earls

My favorite donuts in California - hands down and they?re so cheap! I couldn?t believe the prices. Their Apple fritter is humongous and it?s so crispy yet moist. And I?m not a big Cronut fan but wow their cronuts are so flaky yet chewy. I could eat a dozen donuts here by myself.

The quality has gone down. The choices have gone down. This will be the third time I've gone for ham and cheese croissants and they were out at 11am. They seem more interested in selling lottery tickets than donuts. I won't be back.

Just like the other negative reviews, its 110% true!! Earls Donuts needs to be investigated and permanently shut down as they are crooks and have dirty ethics when preparing food! These donuts are the best in town. Always fresh although I come here alot & seen 1 fly inside the donut area I didnt mind just cause I know they're great. The service is fast and kind. Drinks I've tried so far don't disappoint at all. Don't mind coming here for a starbucks alternative. Sometimes I even prefer coming here!!! Highly recommend!!!!

My go to spot for a morning coffee and muffin for my drive to work. They're always friendly and helpful. Their cream cheese muffin is delicious. I have tried and liked their strawberry croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and almond croissant. Their donuts are tasty, fun and different - some are too sweet for my taste, but they're definitely fun combinations.

Be aware that the workers at this place do not follow basic hygiene guidelines! I went there this morning. When I got there no one was on the counter but I could hear how something was being scrubbed and cleaned (which I assume was the floors) on the back of the store, which is not visible to the customers because there is a wall that divides the front and the back. Earl?s donuts is horrible. The lady working there is a sweetheart but the old man is a complete mean jerk. If you walk in you will often see him sweeping and mopping the floors while all the display cases are open collecting dust and dirt on the donuts. He doesn?t wear gloves and just reaches in and grabs the donuts and then in a demanding voice tells you how much you owe him. The quality of the donuts is the lowest grade possible. Check your change! I ordered a dozen donuts, but got a totally different variety apart from 4. Also, I was short changed and the lady knew very well what she had done. I was given the correct change but it left a bad taste in my mouth. It was my first and last visit there.

Guy wasn't nice. Acted like if I knew everything about donuts and I was playing the ignorant. I just asked him how much were the donuts and he was very nasty . Asked me in such bad mood what kind? Best cresnuts (cronut) EVER! Been to the original birthplace of the cronut in NYC and definitely love Earl?s more. Nicely layered and airy. Can?t have just one and not return for more. Has all the regular donuts and baker?s dozen. Pink box establishment so you know it?s legit. Coffee is brewed pot style. Nothing fancy but still less than a $1 a cup. Cash only as true donut shops should be. Same owners from as long as I can remember; 25+ years.

Ive been going to earls donuts since preschool. Even after moving out of california i always make a stop at earls donuts. The chocolate long johns and the chocolate chip twists was my thing and my brother always got a maple long john. Soo soo good

This is a pretty good donut shop. The guys behind the counter were really nice and helpful. They have a pretty good assortment of donuts and they also have a selection of "cronuts". They are a cash only establishment however and they have an ATM on site just in case.

I've been having glazed doughnuts here since childhood. They still deliver the goods. It's not particularly cleanly and the selection was limited, as I was there in the afternoon, but I only wanted a glazed one anyway.
