I absolutely adore this place !!! You?re paying for quality, you receive your food quickly , they always find a means to cater to the customer. Always have music playing for the majority of the customer groups that are in there or play cartoons for the kids. ALWAYS something new there. Foods always made fresh and is REALLY filling. Even if you?re not too sure what to get or what you might be craving; the employees always have FANTASTIC recommendations. Not to mention their cakes they make; their cakes are
I always get breakfast and use the app so my food is a bit cold but I suppose that's on me ???? I got an iced caramel craze and someone dumped cinnamon sugar on top but it was good.
We often go for ice cream after dinner on the weekends. The last two times I've been to this location, the employees are trying to close before 10.
The donuts were tasty, and the coffee really hit the spot. I ordered an ice coffee, and the flavor was really well balanced and tasted great! If you've never tried their ice coffee, you're missing out. The staff was friendly and even helped me pick out my donuts. All of their food on display looks so tasty. The hardest part will be picking what you think looks the most tasty. I am glad to have this dunkin donuts in the area. My last experience at Dunkin donuts was out of town and I wasn't impressed at all with the service or selection. I so happy I decided to try this one. I am once more a big fan their selection fits me and the coffee and customer service was great.
Clean and great service. It?s part of a larger store but this place is worth the stop. Be careful the cashier, Vipan is a great salesman who will upsell you like crazy. I came in for 2 donuts and left with 6 plus sandwiches.
Im here every morning pickup up a uber eat orders and i see workers here touching the food without any gloves and they don't wash there hands
This location specifically is the best in my opinion. They are very friendly and can remember your and make it the right way. They have some of the best ladies at the window who speak to you as if they?ve known you forever.
They customized cake to match the theme and made the design we picked up. All of our guests enjoyed the cake ??. Thank you for the good service. Must recommend for ice cream cakes.

This is an excellent Dunkin' Donuts location. They are in a busy area of Lake Charles with a school, two major department stores, medical offices, banks, a hospital, and more located nearby, so getting into the parking lot can be a chore (unless you know the local shortcut). The service is always friendly and the coffee is very good. My kids enjoy the donuts and my wife and I love the roll ups. We've only had ice cream at this location once and it was delicious. Friendly staff and great coffee. This was my first visit to this location and I will definitely be back! I had no idea Baskin Robin's was also in the same location either. They aren't allowing anyone to go inside but the drive thru is open.

I went in yesterday & let me tell y?all?..they had 4 workers ! 4. I was the only one in there?.NOT ONE PERSON ASKED ME WHAT I NEEDED. Not 1. They seen me. Kept looking at me. I stood there for 10 minutes. NOBODY ASKED ME WHAT I NEEDED NOR A GREETING AT ALL. I left out & asked my husband to go in to get service because OBVIOUSLY I wasn?t going to get service. TERRIBLE. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. And I?m almost positive one of the workers was a manager. He wasn?t helpful either.
Both gentlemen behind the counter were kind and patient. I brought three of my children to get a treat and it was smooth as pie. Normally this is not the case when I go anywhere with my bunch. But my childrens' indecisiveness didn't seem to phase them a bit which put me at ease. The ice cream was delicious and I can't wait to go back and get two scoops instead of one!!!!!!!

I had complained about the terribly suggestive and bad music that plays in Dunkin Donut location. Whether this owner heard or not, I don't know, but they were playing really good music this time! Cudo's to you! Much more pleasant experience

I walked in and was the only customer. Nobody waited on me. Finally a guy from the ice cream part came over. I tried to order a coffee and hot tea. The guy says I can't sell hot drinks because we don't have any lids. Are you kidding me?
Food is good service not so much most
Clean atmosphere but no one greeted me at all. They just started blankly as i walked in. Cashier was drinking behind the counter which is likely a health code violation. The order was quick enough. I just didn't find the atmosphere welcoming.
NO OLD Fashion Donuts! Scandalous! :) ??... All good... Growing up in Massachusetts, Saturday morning Dunkin' Donuts was a treat. This was circa the late 1960s, like, the ICE AGE had just passed. Enjoyed a great cup of coffee.
There are many options to choose from with donuts, breakfast sandwiches, beverages, and ice cream! The store is always clean and full of products as well as the employees are knowledgable and able to help with any questions you may have. Pleasure to visit and get a treat.

Lobby was closed so drive thru. No cinnamon donuts so fine just give me plain. "You mean glazed?" Fine just give me glazed and a large black coffee. Worker mumbles something at the window and gives me my order. Drive out and discover my large black coffee has EIGHT CREAMS AND EIGHT SUGARS in it. How do you screw up that bad? No more drive thru for me.
Ordered Coffee extra strong. It was made fresh I had to wait on it but it was weak. Poor Quality coffee.. Not a fan of McDonald's but the coffee is better
Scoops of ice cream are small unless the manager makes them. I understand ice cream is frozen but it takes practice. Ordered a root beer float and it didn't have near enough ice cream...i was disappointed. There was a guy in training but he isn't the one that made my float...the female training him did. Not a good way to train new employees. Comment cards are needed. Another time at drive thru, ordered a powdered sugar donut with chocolate filling and got a bavarian cream one. I usually don?t like giving bad reviews, but this is just ridiculous. This place never gets your order right (has happened too many times), and if you leave and come back after realizing, it will be too late to for them to give you actually ordered. Please make sure you make sure you got what you ordered before peeling off.

Everytime I go here I ask for the same thing. Do you have Monster energy cold brew available at this time. Every week they say yes but when I get to the window I am offered something else, or worse surprised with the non Monster energy cold brew and not told they were out. I feel like I have let this go to long without leaving a review hoping it was just a few mistakes.

I having been craving a butter pecan crunch frozen coffee ever since I had several in Michigan..I was in lake Charles and I just had to find Dunkin donuts...the guy inside couldn't help but smile at my enthusiasm..and when got my coffee...it was consistent with the ones I had in Michigan...way to go Dunkin donuts...
Management is doing a superb job here. We always get the cake rolls from Baskin Robins. They taste so fresh. Super friendly service too!
Service is generally pretty fast and pleasant, but the munchkins are often very dry and my bagel today was hard as a rock. I was concerned I'd break a tooth!
Horrible service!!! Walked in the store to see four employees present and none acknowledged my presence. After asking how long will it take to be served, one of the employees said ?we?ll be with you in a minute? and resumed their private conversation. I left the store!
Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Beware they water down your coffee big time. When I said something about it they acted like I was stupid. My husband and I watched him but water in the latte. BEWARE IF YOU GO TO THIS DUNKIN. I WILL NEVER BE GOING AGAIN
