The food quality is amazing. I had egg n cheese sandwich. Their caramel macchiato was on point. My husband had iced dunkalatte, and he was also satisfied with his order. Their service was also great. They are very welcoming, and their atmosphere is very cozy. Will definitely be coming back for more.

The staff members are kind. The food, donuts and coffee is fresh tasting. And the store is clean. This is my new ho to donut shop.

Sure, they're open late, & the staff are friendly, but if they forget to put creme in your donuts, & you don't realize until you get home, then who cares ?????

Went here 8/7 ordered 2 midnight coffee's. One was midnight without sugar or cream the other was midnight with 2 caramel swirls. The coffee was horrible it was grog. I went to the location on Miller Parkway 8/4 ordered the same thing and my mom and I both loved the coffee. My coffee wasn't even the same color as it was from previous location after adding the caramel sweetener. I wouldn't recommend if you want good coffee.

In town for an Air Force training seminar and this might be the best Dunkin I?ve ever been too. Friendly, quick, and conveniently located. They say America runs on Dunkin, well this week, so does the Air Force!

If you live in the area, you?re better off going to miller parkway location. You can make it there and back to your home in the time that you wait for your coffee at the downtown location.

This location is the better of the 2 in downtown mke. Yes, this location is a bit farther from my place but it?s worth it cuz the service at the other one is terrible. This place always has my mobile order ready when I come in and they?re timely with their orders. Good service. I recommend this location.

Apparently even if you spend money you can't get a cup of ice water. This used to be the best location. The remodel changed the nostalgic feeling and the employees are not that pleasant in the morning. Thanks guys

I stopped at this newly remodeled Dunkin and ordered a cold brew and two orders of bagel bites. I got my coffee within a couple of minutes but stood for 20 minutes waiting for my bagel bites. Since it didn't look like anyone was working on my order, I reminded the staff that I was still waiting for the bagel bites, and sure enough, they had never put in my order. In another couple of minutes I was handed a bag with only one order of bagel bites in it, and had to remind the staff that I had two orders coming

Great location, friendly staff, and dog friendly!! There's a little indoor room with tables where you can eat with your dog. There's separation from the rest of the restaurant, but the room is glass so it doesn't necessarily feel like it. This is great since there's less distractions for you dog, and your dog won't potentially disturb fellow Dunkin'-goers. Great new place!

The reviews be lies , yes it?s clean but the worker just took 30 mins taking my order of two coffees a bagel with cream cheese and bacon with 2 hash browns . Received 1 hash brown no bacon and veggie cream cheese . The fact that it took 30 mins and the order still wrongs is crazy

Stopped in around 5:30 am thinking it would not be crowded, not so there were about 10 people in line but hey had sufficient staff and the line moved surprisingly quickly and I wa ordering in no time. Once I ordered I received my coffee pretty quickly - with two people tackling orders and service it worked out great. The place was as clean as could be expected, nothing to brag about but acceptable. Coffee was good, service was friendly, courteous, professional and quick.

Food was really good but the service left some room for improvement. After standing in line I walk up to the register to order and the cashier walks away. While walking away she looked at another employee who definitely wasn't trained in the register yet and said "why don't you try taking his order". She walked out the door and that's the last I saw her. After a minute or so 4 or 5 other employees came together to help what I can only assume is a new employee to take my order so,Thank You to them.

LOVE the customer service there every one is polite and always greets u when you come up to the counter! The place is clean and keeps some kind of news on the TV every morning! This is by far, not only the best Dunkin I've ever been too....but close to the best restaurant even! The manager is super kind to everyone alike. He takes "making people smile" very serious. Not the best donuts, but great coffee. Service was attentive and accurate. I just wish the owners didn't skimp on their namesake of good donuts. I grabbed 2 dozen for work and only half were eaten. Coworkers and myself complained about the lack of icing on the plain glazed donuts. The French crullers were soggy at best and lacked icing. It seems as though they are on some sort of icing conservation with all the donuts. But like I said coffee especially the dark roast was on point.

The customer service at this location has gone way down hill. My last couple of visits, my order has been completely wrong. When I said something about it, the employees treated me like I was just trying to get over on them and get free stuff or something. Mind you, I had my receipt to reflect my order each time. Easy, quick, cheap. Employees are nice folks. Donut was delicious. Breakfast sandwich was tasty. Coffee was on point. -2 for factory farmed eggs, fake cheese, and enriched flour in the muffins, low wages for employees. I'd pay more for higher quality breakfast sandwiches that don't involve torturing animals and to pay the staff a little more. Last time I was at this place the cashier was incredibly rude. Just bought some donuts and a beverage. The cashier took her time handing me my change. I am standing there waiting for my change and she keeps talking to another person, not focused on doing her job. Poor customer service.

Ordered 2doxen donuts for an office party which were not as fresh as I expected n not as varietal as I expressed upon ordering, and caramel coffee drink, which I receive no whip cream as described on menu, wasn't informed they were out of whip cream until after I paid for order and drink was made. I tried calling in ahead but no one answered the phone. First visit was kind of disappointing, I ordered Boston cream on the side which was thrown in bag which caused icing to be stuck to the bottom of the bag.?

I've visited this Dunkin many times and have always found it to have hella fresh everything (donuts, muffins, coffee, etc.) and accommodating, fast service. I was just there today and saw that they received a 96% in cleanliness from the Health Department and I'm not surprised because it always looks that clean. 10/10, would recommend

I went to Dunkin' Donuts on Friday, October 4th around 9am. (I'm specifying date and time to notify the manager of staff that was there on that particular date.) Very impressed by the DD at 622 W. Wisconsin in downtown Milwaukee. The service is excellent and the food is always fresh. They take care of you whether it be a small cup of coffee (btw, try the new dark roast) or a large catering order. I have visited this location many times and will continue to--it's always a pleasure! Highly recommend!

I like this Dunkin Donuts! The coffee is always good. The sandwiches and donuts are wholesome and delicious but they are made to be on purpose. The store upholds a good image while operating in a somewhat scuzzy area of downtown. Remember "nighty nite but don`t let the bedbugs bite"!

I've visited this location maybe 5-6 times, and each time was disappointed. Dunkin' is my favorite coffee in my area, but this location just can't get it right. My past few coffees have been burnt, and before that they got my order incorrect. The employees also didn't seem to have a sense of urgency, or care that they were busy. Not sure what the issue is, but this location definitely needs to revisit their management.

I usually grab a coffee. If I'm nearby. The coffee is watered down, I guess they do it for the college kids but I guess it taste decent then most places. I do not like their donuts. They taste stale and frosting has not much flavor. I went in one night and was on my cell surfing the net. The guy kicked me out claiming my twenty minutes was up. Its not cold outside im not homeless trying to stay in. I just wanted to get out the house.

I enjoyed the doughnuts, building is a nice size and the people who worked there are nice. Decent wifi though when i went there not all of the electric sockets worked so i had to look around for one that did work so i could charge my phone while i ate.

More on the doordash side of thkngs. Anytime i jave ordered from this location, the food is ways overly cooked. And no matter what the order is always incomplete and missing items. I hope the in store service is a lot better than how the prepare online orders. Due to these reason I will not visit this location. Better luck to others I hope.

The first time I came here they didn't have many choices of donuts even though they're named Dunkin DONUTS. The second time I came here was around 1am and even though it clearly says on their sign "Open 24 hours" the door was locked and there were two guys sitting at a table eating and I'm pretty sure they were the employees because there was nobody behind the counter.

The customer service was absolutely wonderful inspite of the COVID-19 PANDEMIC that we are experiencing in our lives today. I don't go for chain coffee, I prefer my small village style cafes. But my partner swears by this Dunkin specifically and I must agree that they haven't let me down. They are quick, even though they are right off campus and nearly always busy. And they're close enough to downtown (Library Hill area) that you should just bounce past the Dunkin in the Chase building and grab your drinks from here. (BTW, that Chase Dunkin downtown is 100% 5 day old lukewarm trash salad. And you can tell em I said that.)

Well my friend and I decided to stop by through the drive thru and asked for 2 iced carmel coffees. We got 2 iced, over cremed coffees. The order needed to be repeated multiple times, and we were 2 minutes to early to get the discount. Never in my life have I been so dissapointed.

Perhaps I got lucky or perhaps things have changed since other reviews. Friendly, speedy service and good food, only complaint was an overfilled garbage can and general untidiness (a few unwiped tables and dirty straw trays)

There were a lot of customers very crowded. The line took forever there was enough staff to get the people in and out but they only had one person on the register and get the donuts. If there are staff the same person should not be doing both especially during covid.

This dunkin never stays open until 2pm like its listed & the service here is terrible. Everytime i do go there is only one worker or never open. It'd never open for more than 2 hours.

I was sitting there drinking coffee waiting for my boyfriend to pick me up after taking the Badger Bus to Milwaukee, and one of the young, male employees came over and started chatting which was fine, but then he started making suggestive comments that really creeped me out. I will never go back.

I had went one morning for my usual small coffee the morning manager heavy set guy made a comment to me that made me uncomfortable and not to return .. when he stated ? o you don?t trust us to put the cream and sugar in your coffee ? it very much offended me ..
