Dunkin

We got two dozen donuts from Dunkin? this morning and I was pleasantly surprised with the wide variety of flavors they had available! My kids love their donuts, and especially love the double chocolate and strawberry glazed. The only slightly frustrating thing was that they seemed overwhelmed with how much business they were receiving, and didn?t seem to have the workers to cover it. They were very nice though!

Picked up a couple dozen donuts this morning. Fresh, delicious, and no wait inside. Greeted, helped, and served immediately. Best Dunkin? location I?ve been to! Update: Went back for iced coffee today. Still the best. Still no wait. Still super fast. Still super friendly. GO GET SOME NOW! Third time, still a charm! Probably the friendliest service I?ve ever had at 6:30am.

We had a variety of choices. I was so indecisive with what I wanted to order and the cashier was very patient with us even though we changed our order twice and we could not make up our minds about the coffee flavor that we wanted to order. Once we tried all of the flavors we ordered (see photo) I got really good feedback from my elementary kids and they loved them all. Our caramel coffee was also delicious!! We will be coming back.

The employees here were so helpful and friendly. They made some changes to our assortment of donuts to make them more visually appealing to our family of young kids. They went above and beyond. Service was quick! Definitely will go back.

Of course, we love the donuts from Dunkin? ... The District location is so fast and easy. The staff has always been nice, and even when we went in on National Donut day, it was fast. And if you haven?t tried the chocolate creme filled - get right on it!! ??

I went later in the day so there was not a ton of donuts left to choose from but the employee that helped me ended up giving me such a great variety despite that. She was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed these with friends at a watch party that evening with some friends.

Ordered three dozen donuts for a party the same day. They were happy to help and had my order ready at the pick up time. Their holiday specialty donuts are super cute and very yummy.

Dunkin donuts has the best customer service. They are prompt and try their best to get everything that you want. Every time I have gone the food has been delicious and the atmosphere inviting. There donuts are great but so are there breakfast items. If you want to get more than six of one kind of donut you can order ahead online.

This is my number one stop for hazelnut iced coffees! They are so good and even better than ones that are much for expensive. The donuts are awesome too! I had a great experience at Dunkin? Donuts. I thought I wouldn?t be able to get all my favorite donuts (boson cream is the best in my opinion), but they had plenty of donuts really to go. The lady up front was super nice and friendly and it wasn?t too busy.

Pretzel croissant egg bacon white cheddar sandwich is disgusting! Every bite was FULL OF SALT. WHO LIKES SALT THAT MUCH?! IT WAS DISGUSTING, PLUS the phone number on here is disconnected so I can't call and get this rectified. Will be stopping by tomorrow this will get fixed or I will NEVER show up here again. Even on the receipt it doesn't have there store phone number! What a joke!

Dunkin is the best. But I can't give this one five stars because the creme filled donuts had no cream in them.

Service was quick, coffee was amazing :) I am low carb so I got the iced coffee, cream and sugar free vanilla and hazelnut. SO GOOD!

The donuts are delicious! Our cashier was super helpful as well. We bought two dozen donuts and despite it being near the end of the day, we were able to get a good variety. We sat down to enjoy some before we left and I was a little disappointed in how messy our table was; it hadn't been wiped off yet and had frosting and glaze on it and the benches. Had an over-the-top experience in my last visit. The gentleman who helped my family and me get a few donuts was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. When my first daughter asked for a donut, he noticed it was a little old. Instead of hiding it, he went in the back and got a fresh one. Delicious! Had a breakfast sandwich which they let me know would take about 15 minutes to fix. So, while I waited I indulged in a Boston cream donut and a small regular coffee. Their seasonal/holiday donuts always look so cute (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's day...etc.) My toddler loves the donut holes. They're perfect for him size-wise and inexpensive. I love this place! It's a lot better than some other locations in Utah and the drive through they have is super convenient. The staff here is so great! They're the kind of people I would like to be friends with! They have great recommendations, great, friendly service. Plus they compliment me on my hair(; can't complain about that! I usually come in the early morning (6-8am) and this place is always quiet. Smaller selection of bagels and donuts than I'm used to, but what they do have is very good. I had a couple seasonal flavors mixed together in my coffee: fudge brownie and vanilla cupcake, black with sugar. It was phenomenal.

The drinks were good and fresh. The service was helpful. I cannot give it a better review because on a Saturday afternoon they only had about five kinds of donuts left and they were out if the flavoring for the coffee we go there for. At least what they did have was good.

Placed an order for 2 dozen donuts the week before my party. The staff was very unprofessional when they took my order. Wrote my order down on a small piece of scrap/receipt paper. Food and drinks are always good. We really like the hashbrowns. Service is usually good. This visit was a pretty bad service experience. Cashier didn't offer a greeting and was pretty cold. Only words spoken were the total and asked for a name. Then they just put our drinks and food up without calling our name. 3.5 stars for food, .5 star for service.

I've gone to this location in the pass month and the service is fairly good. I had on two occasions had ordered cream filled donuts, there was little to no filling in them. They did take care of the issue. I will give a better rating after the next time I go there.

Everytime I've gone through the drive through I've gotten great, friendly service. This morning I went inside for the first time, was not greeted, and the person taking my order acted annoyed that he had to take my order. I was then told to have a good day, and it seemed as if they expected me to take my order to go. I dont know if it was because I had a child with me or if they're just that unfriendly. The overall behavior of the staff this morning was cold and dismissive.

Although I am a big fan (BIG FAN) of donuts, I don't come in very often. I'm not sure if it's because I'm subconsciously trying to eat better or what. When I've visited, the service has been fine and the food or drink has been as expected-nothing out of this world good or bad. I do like the breakfast potatoes (hash browns?) but it's been awhile since I had them....are they still a thing? Next time I go in, I'll find out.

Dunkin Donuts has many options aside from the obvious donuts that are delicious. From their sandwiches to their omelets they taste great! It is a small hangout that has its daily customers that help add to the modern and hip atmosphere. Prices are good and worth it.

These were the absolute worst donuts I've ever had in my life! My son had been begging to go to this place forever, so we finally broke and took the family there expecting something good. Dry, crusty, disgusting donuts. Wal-Mart donuts are better. Avoid it at all costs.

My wife special orders all her meals with out egg, the 2x I've been here they leave the egg off my meal as well. The donuts are terrible, but I think that's all dunkin locations, not just this one. Went to today to get my regular breakfast! I choose DD as my spot for breakfast 3 time a week. Today they would not accept a $100.00 bill as payment. This location is perfectly situated right at the entrance of The District. I came through the drive thru half an hour to closing and the staff were wonderfully patient with explaining what type of donuts they still had left for the night. I drove away with a few new favorites:) Glad to have this friendly establishment just around the corner from my house!

I recently came here & ordered an iced coffee. After having about 2 sips of my drink, i realized i felt something strange, almost metallic feeling in my mouth. After investigating, i realized it was a medical stitch. I was absolutely disgusted, & will never be coming back to to this location ever again. I hope the employees learn to cover their wounds, wear gloves & that this will be enforced when working around food, so they realize how important this is for future customers.

I had never been to Dunkin before- but people say they are delicious- so I have them a try. Honestly, they?re comparable to grocery store donuts. And honestly, I?d prefer some grocery store donuts over these. They look delish- but they didn?t taste the best.

We love this place. It is in a great area and also does not always seem so packed which makes it fast and easy to get the donuts we need. They have a great drive thru system that just seems to work. I don?t understand how a doughnut shop runs out? Unbelievable and this is not the first time, but that was a different location in Utah. 9:15am and not enough for two dozen?? Great service before when I have been there in the past. Amazes me that they don?t make enough lol.

Awful experience. I usually love dunkin but the past 3 times have all been the worst. Takes too long to make my coffee and I'm pretty sure the cream in my coffee was expired because my drink was sour. Not impressed.

Every time we visit Dunkin' Donuts we get charged a different price for the same thing(2large vanilla chai's) it's either $9.00 or $4.95 depending who we talk to. I go there for their vanilla chai which I absolutely love! For some reason, they fill the ice clear to the very top so you get very little drink. Every time I go here I ask for very little ice and they still fill it to the top. I have tried saying light ice, not very much ice, less ice. . . I still get ice clear to the top. NOV/DEC 2013 Sad day for Dunkin franchises. Average time for drive thru is 4 minutes PER car in line. I sat in the drive thru for 18 minutes and there were 4 cars. Two out of the four items I ordered they didn?t have. Ordered a small coffee and a turkey sausage and egg white, minus the cheese. I got a piece of turkey sausage on a roll. No egg. Not to mention the coffee was awful.

How many times must I go until I get exactly what I ordered? I really don't understand what the problem is, and I run into this same problem when I speak to others.
