These are our favorite donuts! They make them right on the spot for you. It?s so cool watching them get fried and then dipped, glazed, and sprinkled right in front of you. Flavors are always light and delicious. They were very helpful in guiding us what to get. We got a free scoop of decadently rich chocolate ice cream. They have some really cute rubber duckies as well and some Duck Donut?s gear.
The lady who speak spanish so rude. We wanted to eat in there but she said that she needs to mop and her boss doesn't allow her to let customers eat while she is mopping. Never come back again, I really needed a chair cause I'm sick and I can't be stand for long time.

I got a chocolate croissant, a regular glazed and a sugar raised twist. They were all delicious and the woman even offered to warm up my croissant which I said yes to and made it ooey gooey. Donuts were fresh and I would recommend to anyone near by ?? ?? ??

The man working tonight was awesome. He was sUPEr friendly and made it simple for me to understand, as it was my first time there. He even worked with me and gave me a fair price on a dozen mixed donut holes. Best mom and pop shop ever!! I?ve been going to this shop since I was 3 years old. Their doughnuts are always so fresh and soft. Not no mention their bagels and croissants are to die for! They are literally falling apart from how fresh they are. All of the staff is so sweet. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is so bomb!
Newly remodeled, fresh new look, more efficient layout. The donuts here have more than a touch of creativity. They have a good selection of donuts. Workers here have a hospitable and genuine nature about them; they don't mistreat their customers. Wish more places were just a nice as Ducks. Overall, a great place because of the people!

All those fancy designer donuts are NOT offered at the Bristol (santa Ana) location. 3 stars for whoever's screwup this is. The Bristol location donuts are good, can't judge the HB ones though.

Lady was extremely rude! I gave the number of my drink she got it wrong and was upset at me that she didn't know what number my drink was. She was slamming the cabinet doors as she made my drink. Will never go back to this place because of her.
They are a great doughnut shop! They used to be 24 hours but a few months now they are only open 6am to 1130 pm .
I enjoy the donuts here. Nothing fancy just normal donuts with good pricing. The only thing I've tried has been the donuts which I like. Covid friendly as well.
