Donuts are ok. Icing and filling is good, donut is too dense and not much flavor on its own. Solid and enjoyable though. Also got fresh brewed coffee and a latte, both were not good, coffee tasted old despite watching them brew and latte was one of the worst I've ever had. Skip coffee, decent donut.
Friendly staff, a step next to the donuts the kids could use to see them (because they were higher) and coloring pages was really where it won the kids over so we could actually sit down and enjoy a coffee while they ate and colored
These have got to be one of, if not the best donuts ever! My wife has always ordered these to go, so I have never set foot inside the store itself, but I have got to say these donuts are freshly made and baked with a lot of care and love! I didn?t like their donuts. Their way too dense and heavy. The donut itself wasn?t very flavorful as well. . The shop is cute. It?s family run which is nice. I read their background on the website. Cute story but they did mention how they are new to donut making without a traditional solid foundation in professional baking. It shows in the products they are putting out. I think they just need to continue learning and try to perfect their donuts.

Meh. They are nice to look at but they just taste like donuts. As for the toppings, I don't like too much icing. This kind of fancy seems like it would appeal to children. I've seen this trend lots of places and can't see it lasting...just like cupcakes.
Better hours, better owners, better choices. Everything has just gotten much better now that God's Country Provisions took over, where "donut time" left off. The remodel has been a beautiful addition to that building. They even have a step for little eyes to see the donuts when ordering... Specialty donuts and special orders are the way to go. They even came out with a gluten free cake donut recently...
Freshest, softest and most tastiest donuts you'll EVER eat in Buellton, Ca!! Make sure you go early because they do sell out FAST and only opened Wednesday-Sunday from 7-12noon!!! Closed Monday & Tuesday. Make sure you stop by whether you're driving by or on your way to Solvang.
I love the donuts at God's Country Provisions. They have a lot of different flavors to choose from. My favorite is there bacon maple donut! When you are passing through town this is a great place to stop.

They have some really tasty donuts at this place. They have limited hours, and runs of of stuff early it feels, but its very good.
