Positive mentions highlight ham/cheese croissants, cherry-filled donuts, and community support. However, several criticize stale/moldy donuts, poor customer service (particularly rushed or dismissive behavior), and higher prices under new ownership. Customer Reviews

24/7. Friendly staff. Terrific prices. $17.+ dozen of mixed donuts. Variety of fresh donuts. Sandwiches. Coffee. Breakfast. Boba and huge donuts!!! Recommended

We love their donuts! We have tried donuts all over the high desert and we love their donuts the most. They taste the best. Good service and prices too!

I highly recommend this donut spot. Their cherry filled is so delicious. The apple filled with apple crumb is so bomb. Come to think of it, I have not had a bad donut from this spot. Keep up the good work.

I entered the shop for my first @ 5amish on a Friday extremely freezing cold morning. I had long coat and beanie on, so most common people in Public in that area I never seen before enjoyed pointing and making funny of me by calling me "homeless " [my mom (me too) live right over there for the past 33 years!]. I could sue for slander BTW. Anyway I needed to organize bank info on cell phone so i could make purchase. A lady entered store and when she was about to pay for her own order. I was looking to s

Saw a ham egg and cheese bagel on the menu for $5.95 but was charged $7 and got this..... Very disappointing. Smh ?????

Came in late on a Saturday and was still met with a great selection of donuts and a smile from the staff. Fun spot with a good vibe.

Definitely not Ravens but next best option from where I live. Doesn't have that owner in the store feel. Employees are fine but they are young and there to make a paycheck. Donuts are left uncovered in the back. Shelves are always stocked. Open 24hrs which is a plus.

I like their donuts, I've had them a few times. This morning I went at 4:30am and asked for blended iced coffee, the employee said he doesn't make blended coffee (Even though it's posted on their chalk board). I ask for two iced caramel coffees, and they're seriously way too sweet to drink. The coffee on the right in the attached image shows how much flavoring is unmixed sitting at the bottom. Waste of money! They also ran out of drink carriers.

Every time I come here the gentleman working in the morning is cheery and always nice.

Dreamy donuts, once known as Niels donuts, continue with the exceptional variety and quality. New owners are just as committed to the deliciousness of their donuts. My favorite is the apple fritter, especially the large ones. Also the jalape?o, ham, and cheese croissant is awesome. Their coffee is much better than Starbucks across the way. Definitely more value and flavor than that other place, Starbucks ?? Highly recommend this family-owned business.

Not too good. High prices! Since new owners took over, the donuts just dont taste the same. They have got smaller and cost more. 3.00 for a coffee? In addition, the owner is not nice to the homeless. We go to Ravins now! Thank you goodness. He has been in business much longer and the donuts are of higher quality!!!

This is such a great donut shop and have really good ham and cheese croissants. They're open 24 hours and even in the middle of the night if you go in there usually pretty well stocked. And they have really nice staff working.

Great place to get a few dozen donuts, not to mention they have sandwiches, and frozen coffees/smoothies. They make a fresh batch at 5am so if your looking for a nice big hot fresh donut this place definitely will satisfy. Everytime I go here whether it's in the night time or morning they always have the bomb donuts. I love it! Not to mention they're staff has always been very helpful and ensures you get what u requested. I've never been let down by them. Its always clean and smelling good, I personally lov

Yo, this place is Sigma! I get the Ham and Cheese Croissant for my crew.

Donuts and bagel was good, although I just got a small tub of cream cheese instead of it being on the bagel already. Customer service was good but not great. I would still recommend this shop to anyone, but I hope the owner would work to improve their workers ability to talk to people and general people skills.

Not terrible, the donuts were actually really good, everyone at work loved the surprise treat, the only issue was the wait time, I went early in the morning before 7am and there was one customer in front of me (I think the problem was they had ordered a hot sandwich perhaps) Other than only having one employee hustling to serve the customers this is a good spot to stop for donuts. Cream filled for the win!

It's a five star donut shop if you catch them before noon because the donuts seem to sell fast at times. I only gave it a 4 star because if you get there late you'll miss out on the specialty donuts (they're that good).I highly recommend them.

The Hispanic guy on late night shift is very friendly. The redheaded girl that used to work here (others have complained about) was a little moody, but is gone now. Sometimes I can't sleep and get donuts at 3:00 am. The cases are always stocked with with all my favorite treats, provided it's early morning. These donuts are way better than Winchell's or Dunkins, but Fosters still had the best donuts in So Cal.

This place is not worth looking into. The donuts taste like they been sitting there for awhile. The customer service is harsh. Two men working there acted is if we were bothering them and rushed us out. They didn't seem to care about a sale or their customer relations.

My daughter went here with her soccer team after practice one evening, and the employee working was extremely rude. She attempted to order a cappuccino and asked what flavors they offered. The cashier, an older woman with a heavy accent, then looked at her rolled her eyes and told her "what's the matter cant you read or what!" My daughter looked around at her teammates feeling humiliated. The cashier then stated "um hello, why are looking around the menu is here". My daughter quickly ordered and left. She t

YUMMY! YUMMY! YUMMY! Can't say it enough! More than just donuts. They offer coffees, smoothies, burgers, ice cream, teas, breakfast sandwiches and so much more for you to choose from. Simple Buffet during lunch hours. Not too expensive. Awesome Helpful Employees on EVERY Shift!!! Open 24 hours. JUST RIGHT FOR THOSE MIDNIGHT MUNCHIES!!! AND YES, BY FAR THE BEST DONUTS IN THE WHOLE VALLEY!!!! YUMMY! YUMMY! YUMMY!

I feel that Neil's Donuts selection tastes stale, I come here late at night from time to time and while I appreciate that they're open twenty four hours-- the convenience comes at a hefty price. The donuts also taste very dense in regards to bread, and that the icing is usually put on lightly. I'd rather make the trip to a Krispy Kreme if I ever have the craving for a donut at 1:00AM.

Love love love this place. The staff is awesome and always friendly and provides excellent customer service. The atmosphere is wonderful. The coffee is delicious and the variety of doughnuts is great. I will travel past 2 other doughnut shops to go to this one.

Donuts are good but who ever works their doesn't know how to use his voice. Speak up, not all of us have amazing hearing and I don't feel like having you repeat yourself and then feel like you got rude with me. SPEAK UP DUDE!!! Other then him really yummy stuff their!

It's very clean. The worker was very nice to me. I wanted pizza and she told me they don't sell it anymore. I always wanted to try it. I was disappointed, but I still will give this place a five star since it is the closest donut shop to my house and they are really nice.

They used to be the best donuts I don?t know if they have a new baker but not the same quality ??

Me: ?May I get a blended thai tea?? Clerk: ?I don?t want to make it for you because I?m going home.? Decent donuts but a bad clerk. Maybe it was because of her lack of fluent english or she was just refusing to make a blended beverage for us because she wanted to leave. She DID acknowledge that the shop wasn?t closing, she just said she was going home so she didn?t want to make us our drink.

To Joyti Dutt the girl behind the counters is there to serve you not to listen to your problems. Free samples are you asking for free food you should know what you like and order it. Don't ask for something that you don't know what it taste like and then ask for a refund. Does kind of people are like FREELOADERS!!!

Went this morning to get my daughter something sweet for her birthday today, the employee was so nice and patient. Great place!

Customer service was nice and friendly. But the donuts and all other food and drinks went up a dollar. Donuts $1.50. Way too much! !!! Don't know how they (the donuts ) taste yet, another review after myself and my friends at work eat them

28 September 3018 Good donuts. Abigail is the best employee there, a nice young Latina single mom doing a great job taking care of customers the best she can with a big smile and attitude.

The customer service was pathetic here. The girl behind the counter needs to know how to speak to customers. No tasting sample is being given for the beverages and if you don't like the flavour, there is no return which they will tell after you have paid for it, have tasted the drink and disliked it. Honestly the green tea mocha tastes gross....it was disgusting. Spoiled my day.

Went in and bought some donuts got home started eating them then seen some mold, checked the rest of my donuts all the bars had mold, took them back in and the lady laughed at the mention of mold and said that's how they are made. Didn't realize donuts were made with little green, blue and gray dots on the bottoms of them.

Unexperienced cashier tackled a 59 year old woman as she left, and snatched her donuts. All because he couldnt manage a simple transaction. Previous owners didnt do that

3rd time here and the hispanic lady gave us the wrong donuts after i specifically told her my order 5xs!! She's rude and doesn't listen. Donuts were hard and old! Aweful

This donut shop used to be a 4 star, it's barely a 3 star now. The people who work there now are rude. The donuts are not fresh or the ingredients aren't fresh, because even the taste has deteriorated.

I'll give 3 stars because it's open 24 hours and the cinnamon rolls are good, but they never have boba available! It's advertised in the window but I've been on 3 different occasions at 3 different times of the day and I'm always told that they're out of boba. I asked then when is a good time to get boba and I was told that it depends on the person who makes it and the days that they're working. It's disappointing.

Nice clean establishment and always fresh tasty donuts. The prices are fair and the service is always good.

Took my grand daughter 4 years. Woman was super nice . Grand daughter got the cherry donut. Very fresh!! We will be back !!

Dreamy donuts donated tons of donuts to Granite Hills Football team for their Unity Night. They loved the donuts and it?s awesome to have them helping out their own community.

Bar none best donut place in the high desert. Nice staff fresh donuts and they are wicked tasty. A real guilty pleasure

It was hot.... They sell smoothies. So me and my wife went in and got a treat. I got their java chip smoothie, which is not just comparible but I dare you to try and tell the difference betweem them and starbizzy. And for a fraction of the cost. MMmmMm Yummy!

Awesome customer service! Phenomenal and nicest manager. Donuts here are delicious!

Good service, good donuts, reasonably priced. Open 24 hours for your late night cravings or early morning needs, Neil's Donuts is always a good go to.

came for donuts today around 10am.. dnt know the employees name (girls) at that time but she had a little bit of an attitude and wasnt friendly at all... her customer service really sucks... donuts were ok... muffins a little bit small for what you pay...

Absolutely the best donuts in the High Desert hands down. Savannah is very nice, and curteous to all of her customers. Recommend them very highly!

I usually go to Neil's Donuts all the time with my kids.. but today really threw me off I walked in this morning 8/9/19 and the young girl with blonde hair that usually works there in the mornings she was mopping which was fine but she came over to start to help us and didnt wash her hands she picked up a few and put them back in the case and didnt use any gloves to pick up the Donuts and I really didnt feel like having my kids or I getting sick so we left

The staff are cool, fresh donuts made daily, if your in the area stop on by, you won't be disappointed. Juan, the guy that makes the donuts is cool and takes pride in his job.

Hands down the worst donut shop I have ever been to. Overpriced and the donuts were at least day old. I also got 2 the ham and cheese croissants and they were so baf my husband and I could not finish them. The puff pastries were hard.DONT GO HERE

the best donuts I've had in a long time place was nice and clean the girl was nice and in the afternoon they had a variety of donuts that were pleasant to pick from thumbs up on this

Good donuts with a friendly staff. Prices are lower than other donut shops so I recommend Dreamy Donuts across the board.

1 star-Helpful and friendly service. Unfortunately My donut tasted and looked a day old. My ham and cheese croissant was not any better.

Delicious donuts and friendly people. Will continue to go back again and again. I brought donuts to work from Neil's and now this is the only place they want them from.

Such a rude service lady doesn't make you feel welcome at all , I have not tried the donuts but customer service failed so far, I passed about the donuts ?? ???????? definitely unpleasant.

Do NOT eat here!! Moldy donuts and the workers insisted the donuts just have specks that look like mold. Absolutely disgusting ?? other donuts do not have green specks!

Doughnuts were old and hard and too expensive

The man who is working there it is so rude and because I told him that he put the wrong donuts that I wanted he started throwing the donuts in the box just because I said it was the wrong ones.. he got mad and he did not wanted to sell me anything RUDE.. I even ask for his name and he said ?my name is my name?

Great donuts also got a brownie and soda and it taste great. You gotta check em out and try something good. Also have ice cream and burgers and sandwiches

This place has the most awesome breakfast crescents and their apple fritters are the best I've had since the donut shop I went to as a kid.

Always love good donuts never too busy but very fast and open 24 hours a day.

They sold us donuts that were more than a day old...some where too hard to eat...asked if they had shakes, they made me smoothies...what a joke...total waste of hard earned money!!!

Nice mom and pop shop feel. The coffee is always hot and they have their creamers in the fridge which I appreciate.

Would easily give 5 stars because the owner is awesome however I can't because the girl working day shift was rude and mouthy and I would fire her immediately

Cute place, really good donuts. Love the many options given. Recommend the blueberry filled ??

Little hidden gem delicious donuts at a reasonable price ice coffee only 1.99 now that's a deal ??

Donuts are good but it?s so sad to see such miserable people working in the high desert to where they can?t even be nice to their customers ??

Love the ham, egg, and cheese crosaunt! Staff is phenomenal!

This old Hispanic lady was so rude and didn?t even give me what I asked for and didn?t want to give me a refund or swap it with the stuff I asked for but instead told me to pay for another one when she messed up my order. Terrible service from that lady.

Open 24 hrs ,close to my house plus french crulers and sometimes theyll throw an extra doughnut or 2 in when you get a half dozen what more could anyone

This place has a really great selection of pastries along with croissants, coffee and ice cream. Nice friendly staff.

Fresh yummy donuts, treats, sandwiches and cappuccino coffee flavors... Decent prices and nice friendly service

I like donut shops like this. The people here are nice I think you cream get a sandwich here too.nice "hole in the wall" bakery.

??Great Customer's patient and Kind. The doughnuts were delicious and fresh ??

They will sell you moldy doughnuts then laugh at you when you bring it to their attention. NEVER GO HERE!

Great customer service, great prices and great tasty donuts!!! My favorite donut shop in aplle valley.

Selling moldy doughnuts and then laughing like it's a joke is not okay..either fix this or hope this place is shut down. Not ever coming back.

Delicious Donuts the customer service is so joyfully great. And the donuts are huge Every1!

Younger blond girl is rude... Can you really call a donut "filled" if the filling wouldn't even coat a toothpick?

Always great doughnuts, no matter what time I go there

Best donuts in my LIFE. customer service is just as great! Thank you

Great donuts at a great price!

They're alright most of the time but on more than one occasion I've bit into a donut and it's not cooked.

Awesome donuts with friendly staff. Thank you!

It's a very clean facility, everyone's very nice, appointments are usually right on schedule.

Nice customer service but I don't like fly's around my food

Good donuts but no baskets to put in when sit inside.

BEWARE ?? old doughnuts bad service open 24 hrs and that's how old these doughnuts are ????

If it wasn't for a friend who worked here, I wouldn't buy those delicious donuts ?? ?? ??
