Unpleasant experience ans got food poisoning the following morning , I?ve been sick as a dog. The young ladies def need some coaching on customer service , not to take away they were kind but unfortunately delayed our order due to them forgetting our donuts . It was all of two customers w ourselves included and the guest who arrived after left prior which caused concern and when asked about order the women admitted to forgetting but made a odd comment stating ?they didn?t know we ordered donuts? the comment

This spot is absolutely adorable I highly recommend stopping by! I tried the Thai tea on the recommendation of Anthony, one of the staff members, and it was incredible. He was so kind and friendly, and the tea ended up being one of the best things I?ve ever had. 10/10 can?t wait to come back!

A late review here on Google since I wrote up this review on Yelp. I realized the shop is more active on Google so I wanted to share my wonderful experience here as well! I'm so happy to have found an authentic boba and mochi spot in Westchester! I often find myself missing authentic Asian food and culture when I am in Westchester since they are a bit difficult to find. However, this spot really was such a gem! Walking in, the space was clean and welcoming and the owner is genuinely very kind and welcoming.

Absolutely lovely experience! My sister and I were curious, we went in and tried it for the first time. Customer service was excellent, super friendly environment. We were recommended to try the red bean mochi donut, which was incredible, definitely recommend. We also got the oreo mochi donut, and two various iced lattes. Such a delight, exceeded my expectations and we are definitely coming back!

I love this spot, I always come with my friends here, and I recommend stopping by. My personal favorite is the cookie and cream milkshake and strawberry milkshake. Anthony, one of the staff members, is so kind and friendly and always makes the experience wonderful.

Tastes like milk rather than bubble tea. Kid at the counter was nice but tried to give you guys a try three times and each time the boba was hard and stale not chewy and freshly made. The actual bubble tea tasted like straight up milk. Did not taste like actual tea unfortunately. I thought I found a place close by home. Just will have to go to gongcha still.

As a Los Angeles transplant, there?s certain flavors that remind you of home. Terrible boba and terrible mochi donuts. I was very excited to try this store due to the high reviews. However, the mochi donuts tasted like balls of wet, oily, undercooked dough. I also got the taro milk boba, which was equally terrible. The boba was not chewy but rather hard and stale, and the taro milk tasted like chemicals. AVOID.

The owner Shawn is very welcoming as soon as you come through the door. He offered my friend different bobas(brown sugar boba and honey Boba and a coconut jelly lychee) to try and a Mochi donut. Everything we tasted was truly delicious. I enjoyed the cheese Nekoyaki as well. This place is a must to try. I will definitely be returning.

Just found this new bubble tea gem in Westchester! Small and cozy store with a few seats. Service was excellent and efficient. The taro milk tea was made with real taro paste, not artificial flavoring. Bubbles were chewy and they offer 2 different kinds: brown sugar and white sugar. Highly recommend if you are looking for more bubble tea options in Westchester. They also have mochi donuts if you are interested.

I just wanted a regular boba tea with tapioca as you can see. I specifically called this place twice to see if they offered caffeine free boba tea which they guy said they do. When I got the milk tea the powder was stuck to the cup and the whole drink tasted like powder. No tapioca like I requested and the menu options are very confusing and doesnt have tapioca option. When I found out there?s a spot in Westchester that has mochi donuts and was happy to try it. I got a strawberry matcha boba and oreo donut. The mochi donut was great! A bitttt greasy but so fluffy and fresh! The latte however was one of the worst boba drinks I?ve had :/ there was a thick, sugary weird strawberry puree thing at the bottom. i went in at 8:30 and there was a young man there who told me the espresso machine was off and that they couldn?t make slushies. had it been closer to close i?d completely understand but an hour before close and you have a bunch of your equipment cleaned, turned off and out of service? ridiculous. i left and drove another 15 minutes to kung fu tea in new rochelle.

This may seem like hyperbole, but Dragon Tea has the best boba in Westchester. I've ordered quite a few drinks from their menu, and I'm never disappointed with whatever I choose. Their selection of mochi donut flavors is varied and tasty. They make everything fresh and it shows. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and their choice in music is chic. Always a great place to stop by if you're in the mood for a little treat.

There is only 1 person working on a saturday. He is clearly overwhelmed and then messed up my order then argued with me that I ordered it wrong multiple times. He did remake it but obviously there is not enough staff in the store. I was not satisfied with how I was treated by the worker. We waited over 25 months minutes for 3 drinks. The worker had extreme attitude. Ridiculous.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Dragon Tea. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First of all, the wrong order was delivered, I ordered a slushy but delivery man brought a dozen of donuts and 2 drinks, which I refused. Called the place and they said they would deliver my order which never came. Bummer! No more Dragon Tea for me!

I came here hoping to try a Japanese Pon de Ring, but unfortunately, the donuts taste oily, so I can't recommend them??The brown sugar boba tea has a nice tea flavor, but the boba itself isn't chewy; it's hard in the center, which ruins the texture?? If you're looking for a good Pon de Ring, I recommend KAI Sweets inside Mitsuwa in New Jersey. For boba tea, try Umach instead.

Horrible service. Still had 30 min till closing. The 2 girls working were not helpful at all. It was like pulling teeth. Girl at cashier would not make any eye contact and instead of letting us know they were out of tapioca and other things she just waited until we asked. Please hire people with more enthusiasm.
