Loved the boba here. Brown sugar milk tea is my go to at boba places and theirs is SO good. Perfect for when you want a quick drink for when you're exploring the city.

I typically don't review bubble tea places because I just get taro slushies everywhere I go and have no real authority, but the customer service at Dragon Tea was excellent! I dropped by on a Wednesday evening since I had business in the area. The shop is tiny and only seats two people, with standing room for two more people. I originally got a taro slushie ($8.50). I got the mochi for some reason and it was deeply upsetting for the a ridiculous price just to amount to a tiny ball in a cup. I dont know what i expected! My fault for getting this at a tea shop. I kinda wish i got bubble tea instead now. Staff looked pretty ceebs at the time of day too but i cant blame him

I think it?s one of the best bubble tea stores I?ve been to in the US. The staff were very polite. They have normal tapioca, but also small taro balls, which can be hard to find at other tea shops in the US. I?ve liked it every time I?ve been.

Overall, I feel like it's good, but I've had better... This is in terms of their menu, drinks, and pricing. Side note, not sure if it's just today, but they only have 1 person working. They'll handle the cooking, drinks, and register. There was a bit of a wait and I even saw someone walk out because of it

It was just ok. Lemonade was good, strawberry was tangy and I wish they had yakult on the menu. My taro slush was eh. The small taro balls topping were a good addition tho. Options for toppings is vast. A lil bit of indoor bar seating, and outdoor seating with round tables. Friendly staff and cool decors.

Sadly, I don?t remember the name of one of the drinks that we ordered, but the green tea was pretty tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. You have multiple sugar level options that you can choose from. I went with lite which is 30% sugar. I took some pictures from the store but since we picked up our drinks and went straight to the 1 train, I could not take the picture of our drinks.

I tried the Taro Fresh Milk and was amazed! The service was great and the speed to make the bubble tea was insanely fast! This is one of the best bubble tea shops in NYC.

This is a great place to get your bubble tea fix! The bubbles were fresh and tasted really yummy. I like that you can customize the level of sugar and ice. The place is really clean. The staff are really friendly. I personally like the Jasmine Green Tea with bubbles at 70% Sugar and light on the ice. The 1 train - Rector Street stop is 50 feet away. Convenient to get to. I definitely highly recommend this place.

I have tried several of their teas which were all great. The sweet level is less than ?normal?, which is why you actually get to taste the tea flavors. We usually get the sweetness at 50%.

Awesome and unique tea shop. They have a very diverse menu, took me some time to figure out what I wanted. Settled on the lychee jasmine tea which was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wasn?t aware they had different options for sweetness and ice. The cashier was very helpful in helping me decide. Will definitely be back to have more refreshing drinks.

The boba was alright but the two male employees were so rude! I literally heard them talking trash about me and my mom behind us. They also were really loudly screaming and dancing when no one was ordering.

Been here a few times and their drinks were pretty average but it's close and convenient for me. I tried their too good to go deal today and spent $5.99 on the surprise bag and thought I would maybe get at least 2 drinks. But they got me one black milk tea with boba and that's it. That's worse than if I actually picked something that I wanted since it's actually full price (5.99 for one drink). Felt like I got scammed but oh well at least I know now.

I thought the boba was just okay but my friend LOVED it. So perhaps it?s just my taste, but it was a slightly different flavor than normal milk tea and less sweet. The store is tiny, only one person behind the counter and two little chairs. Service was good.

This is a picture of a cup of bubble tea after finishing it, after some of the ice melted. This is at least 70 percent ice. Rip off! The tea was good but we paid for tea, not ice. Won't come back.

Tried the Roasted Tiguaniyan Milk with boba... The boba texture was perfect... soft and chewy. The flavour of the tea was really strong and roasty. Only drawback... despite asking for less ice they did put a fair amount of ice in the drink which did make for watered down flavours towards the end.

Strawberry matcha milk tea was wonderful. The matcha flavour wasn?t as strong as I expected though, maybe it was because of the way the barista made it. Enjoyed it regardless though.

Great boba in Fidi! It?s a cute store front in a great location. The employee was super nice and patient while I decided. I order the taro and it was delicious! They don?t add any extra sweeteners to the Taro which I loved since it?s already such a sweet drink. My favorite though is that the drink was dairy free! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for boba in FiDi. Price was good and the quality of the drink was amazing.

Nice boba in Fidi, there are many options to choose from. I've tried the passion fruit green tea and the brown sugar milk. As usual, you can customize the level of sweetness and ice cream. You can order ahead on Ritual or other apps. Prices are a bit high for the quality, but there are not really better options in FiDi.

Excellent staff both baristas were easy going, fun and informative. The tea is good but beware the Number 4 passion fruit has seeds in it!

Drinks were super tasty and made them sweet just the way you want them. Workers were very nice and knowledgeable about the menu and helped me the best one for me. Super quick to make them too. Would definitely come back again

Great shop with a few tables outside for enjoying your bubble tea. I tried out the Roasted Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea. It sounds great and I recommend getting bubbles. The staff was very kind and informative. I would recommend checking it out if you are in the area!

Can't believe this place is 4.7 nothing is even OK here. They are selling pre-made teas which waited at their fridge. if you want less ice they charge you more,Only sensitivity is about keeping the door closed. We tried Thai tea w tapioca and their taro milk tea. Thai one was completely disaster! Milk is just ok. All in all overrated and not worth the money.

So many boba options and tea flavors! They even let you decide the sugar and ice levels. I tried their famous milk tea. So yummy!!! The server/cashier was lovely and gave us free boba tea! I will definitely go there again soon!

Dragon Tea has a larger variety of drink options, which I definitely want to explore. I liked their Thai iced tea, however the boba were not fresh and a bit chewy and hard.

Fantastic little boba shop; great drink selection for every taste and palate. We ordered a variety of drinks and all of them were top-notch. I drink boba at least 5-6 times a month back in North Carolina and this is one of the better places I've been to in my lifetime. Highly, highly recommend this boba shop if you're in the WTC area. (Pro tip: Bao Bao Cafe next door offers a combo with this shop's boba. Pick from three drinks offered to get an amazing deal with good food and a drink!)

Decent spot for some milk tea, which was a sight for sore eyes considering this is a harder find here. It's coffee everywhere. I had the passion fruit drink. I know some people hate it, but I love that it has the seeds. Something to much on while I drink. Definitely slows down my drinking so I don't finish it in 2 gulps. Considering it was 40?F when I got this, I got it with light ice because it wasn't getting warm anytime soon. There is no seating here of any kind.

Ordered pickup for a bubble milk tea and it came with no boba. Two weeks later, the store is closed when I went in person and it isn?t open (11:20 with an 11am opening time). So disappointing!

I tried this place and it was amazing! It tastes just like milk teas I?ve had in Asia! I went with the black milk tea and it exceeded my expectations. I?ll definitely be back! Also, the people who work here are super nice. They made my drink quick and we?re very friendly.

It's okay. I went here because the one I usually go is temporarily closed and decided to try this one since it was the closest. They only have one size which wasn't a problem since I usually get large and their size looked to me what a normal large. I think its too sweet even if you ask for the sugar level to be low. I couldn't finish it drank 1/4 and holding it so I can give to bf since he has a sweet tooth.

Very average milk tea. I ordered the jasmine green tea milk tea but they made the wrong drink the first time (made it without milk.) The drink was very creamy and both the jasmine and green tea flavor came through. The boba was kinda hard and chewy in a bad way, like it had been sitting for too long or didn't get cooked all the way through. This boba place has many good flavors and variety of tapioca,I got strawberry smoothie with regular boba which is refreshing and sweet for summer. The service there is good and the cashier also recommended mango jasmine tea with boba!enjoy

Without a doubt the best bubble tea I have ever tried. Me and my mom did a trip in the north east coast and in every place we've been we tried their bubble tea, and I can say for sure that this place won. Pearls were not too hard or soft, the perfect size, tea was very good with plant based milks options, and you can choose percentage of ice and sugar (we choose 30% in both and it was perfect).

The tapioca pearls weren't that good.. Overcooked and almost slimy. And it would be great to have other milk options like lactose free milk and oat / almond milk. I wanted to have the fresh milk boba but had to go with pre-made (probably powder) "milk" tea

Tried a lychee mochi ice cream. It was very hard, and the ice cream inside was too icy. It's definitely not worth it for 3.25$ each. For instance, the mochi from Wholefoods tastes way better for cheaper. Also, I had a Thai Tea, and it was great but had way better ones.

Nice place, toppings tasted fresh. Had the honey boba, has different texture than the normal tapioca but still that familiar bit of chewy-ness. Got regular sweetness but it was kinda light, which I personally prefer, but the frappe crowd used to 2 lbs of sugar in drinks might not. Only one drink size. Suggestion maybe have reusable boba straws and cups for sale to cut down on waste

I ordered the Strawberry Fresh Milk tea. I came in with my group of students. As I was finishing my beverage, I found a hair in the tea. I almost swallowed it :(. For an $8 bubble tea, the hair was not only unhygienic but also disappointing. They charge extra for everything. But I was willing to look past the extra charges if it wasn't for the gross experience.

First time having bubble tea. It was so good. We ordered strawberry lemonade, dark chocolate milk (if you like dark chocolate this is a must) and the passion fruit with 3 toppings. The girls working definitely knew their drinks. They were very helpful with flavors and recommendations. If I'm in the area I will be coming back for sure.

Very good bubble teas, came back several times :) Just one piece of advice: please make sure to separate bobas properly, as it already happened that all of them were glued together. Otherwise, the staff is kind&helpful, large flavor choice and drinks very good??

The ultimate test for a bubble tea store is to drink their pure black tea. This shop, for sure, excels at it! The black Tieguanying is flavorful, bitter and rich and goes so well with a nice piece of caramel. No doubt that their milk teas based on this great brew would taste amazing. Highly recommend

Really good quality tea, I like both their refreshing fruit jasmine and regular milk tea. If you have hard time to pick, they always help you find your potential interest. Sometimes the managers will even give off menu try-outs which is surprisingly nice and fun to experience. Highly recommended for authentic Taiwanese tea and friendly staffs.

I love taro milk tea and jasmine green milk tea the most, taro ball and bubbles are so delicious, and the teas are full of flavor! Place is clean and staffs are super friendly! Trust me, if you are a bubble tea fan already, this will become your go-to place in the future! If you are not, then you will become one just like me!

I got the thai iced tea and personally did not like it at all. However I asked for a refund/remake of another drink and they happily made another drink for me. I got the passion fruit green tea which was really good. The boba here is also delicious. Great customer service and would definitely come back :)

A life-changing bubble tea experience, even for a bubble-a-dayer like me. I got a Thai Tea (only one size) with 50% sugar -- the flavor was spot-on, the texture was thick, and the boba were absolutely perfect: consistency, flavor, size, everything. I'll be finding more excuses to walk down here.

First time in my entire life experiencing Bubble Tea. On top of it being an amazing refreshing drink the customer service was impeccable. Sean or Shawn hope I wrote his name correct was super personable, sweet, informative and most of all kind. He had a bright smile and lots of a knowledge around the drinks. Do not get the fresh taro milk drink or anything that has the ?fresh? taro. It is goopy and lacks any taste. After a couple of sips, I had to toss it. Waste of money. Will not be returning. Very disappointed that the fresh taro isn?t at all good. I thought maybe I found another source for fresh taro beverage. The only other place that offers it is Coco and it is only for a limited time and even they don?t always have a consistent product from store to store.

The worst watered down "milk tea" I've ever had. The only reason I didn't have it 1 star was due to the boba being half decent. My friends who ordered milk tea drinks from here had the same opinion. Save your money and go else where. Took a gamble on this one.

Owners are amazing and true blood NYorkers. Knew exactly how to make my drink according to my taste without me giving much detail and was so pleasant in conversation. I hope people come to this shop and support NY local shops as good as this!

We ordered the Thai Latte, Jasmine Green, and Passion Fruit Green tea. This was the BEST tea we have found amywhere. It is so delicious and flavorful. Plus the staff is amazing and helpful.

I really like their taro bubble so I am a regular, but 10 times out of 6 that my order is wrong (when you order pure tea, they always give you milk tea, but I am allergic) event after I made the phone call to remind them because it's just too much. They finally started to get it right but yesterday it's wrong again. enough is enough.
