Awesome little shop in downtown Jackson. Great selection of doughnuts that taste amazing, made in house.
Owners and workers are incredibly friendly and quick and efficient with orders. The donuts are amazing! The space is very clean! New Strawberry Cooler is delicious!

We found the Downtown Treatery while in search of ice cream. No ice cream but the donuts are delicious! You can fill the long johns with white cream, Bavarian cream, or raspberry jelly. Plus you can choose your toppings like powder sugar, white icing which were our choices. Brandy and Nicole were great and very friendly. Look forward to going back Friday or Saturday for homemade cinnamon rolls. ??.

Ambiance is pleasant and staff are friendly . A bonus to an awesome donut place! I ordered a variety of their donuts and they are yummy! Strawberry cheesecake is our fave.
Our car broke down on the highway as we were driving past Jackson, Ohio. As we were waiting for the tow truck, we found Downtown Treatery. They were the only place open, and so we headed over. The place was wonderful! They were warm and welcoming and provided a nice spot to wait out the tow truck. Donuts are great, workers are friendly, place is clean and and bright.

Great little place. You can design your own donut, or pick from their specialty donuts. Really good and a great cup of coffee. Friendly worker. Clean and cute inside and out. Highly recommend!!

I had 10 guests in my home the day before Thanksgiving and since I was working from home that day and trying to brine a turkey, I decided to order breakfast for everyone. I ordered from the Treatery via DoorDash a day in advance. Our breakfast was due between 9am and 9:20 and my Dasher was at the Treatery waiting for the order. At 9:30, my order still hadn?t left the Treatery so I called them. The employee told me that they were just taking the order out of the oven. 15 minutes later I received a message fr
My minor issue lies in the fact they are closed both Monday and Tuesdays. Being the start of the business week in my opinion is a largely missed opportunity. However they may be short staffed and what not. All that said I would still recommend it and everything is on point for that local vibe!
They have amazing bagel sandwiches.
I absolutely love these donuts, the only reason I give them 4 stars is because they aren't open on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The Signature Box has so many yummy choices, it is hard to pick which one to try first. I loved the one topped with chocolate and peanut butter.
