Douglas Donuts in Hiram

I went there the first time to try their cr?me filled donuts. Wow?. They were fabulous. The cr?me inside was nice and light not that thick icing filling that some use. I have gone there twice since then in the past month because my son and like them so much. We also like that the person who wait on us is usually the same person and she always recognizes us and greets us with a smile. We will definitely be going back even more and recommending to friends

I love the selection here and the different flavors of fillings that can go in a glazed donut or a chocolate iced. I usually get the 1/2 dozen for 10.00 plus tax. That includes cinnamon rolls and filled donuts.

Went in on a Sunday around one so even though donuts not first thing in the morning fresh they were still really good. Lady checking us out was very friendly. When you are looking for the shop at this time it says Chartwell Staffing, just know you are in the right place. Right next to Wing Stop

Excellent customer service. Friendly and attentive staff on every visit. Fresh and delicious donuts at all times of the day. I have tried almost every time of donut over the time they?ve been open. Their glazed croissants are my favorite. For a dozen they typically throw in free donut holes and they?re amazing! The quality of their dough and ingredients really sets them apart.

My family and I absolutely love these donuts. The customer service is 10/10, and the donuts are always very good and freshly made. This is the only spot we will go for donuts moving forward.

Stopped by to check this donut shoppe out and was definitely NOT disappointed. Bought a half dozen and mixed it up to get an idea of what was best. It was ALL good! My daughter told me that it was the best cream filled chocolate covered donut she's ever had. This is our new go-to donut shoppe.

This place was a life saver! I recently was going to have lunch with my daughter at school. The school changed the time in the morning and it threw me off big time! So I had to rush to get her doughnuts. I called the shop, made my order, she had it ready when I got there! I made it to my kids birthday lunch on time!! I?ll say we do get doughnuts from here other times as well and have always had great service and fresh doughnuts! Highly recommend!!

The owner of the store was very sweet and kind. The food was amazing. The donuts are so good and fluffy but my favorite is the breakfast sandwich. The egg is so fluffy and seasoned and everything taste fresh. This is my new favorite place.

Donut shop reminds me of my corner donut shops in SoCal. That glazed twist is suuuppper soft and that old fashion glaze is the perfect combo of dense, crisp, and softness. The cake donuts are also soft and flavorful. I love that I found this place and I?ll definitely be going back.

This shop is located right next door to Cheeseburger Bobby's. Their staff is super friendly and even came outside to wave when I had trouble locating them. Their sign is supposed to be replaced soon. I got a dozen assorted donuts and they are DELICIOUS!! Thank goodness we finally have a good donut shop in town!! All the donuts super fresh and tasty. The filled donuts are really filled up. The lady filling my order gave me a sample of these donut holes with little crumble pieces on them. Those are my favorit

So after seeing this place recommended on a few local social media pages, I went to try it out. I got some classics, glazed, chocolate icing, and some glazed donut holes. They were pretty good. The holes were a little doughy but the flavors were perfect and no greasy film in your mouth after enjoying a few. Same for the donuts. It's a good alternative to driving out to Tip-top donuts, which is my local favorite.

I have a major sweet tooth but over sugary things hurt my teeth so I don?t usually enjoy donuts, but these are the BEST Donuts I?ve ever had in my life and my teeth didn?t hurt one bit. Say what you want but in my opinion these are better than Dunkin? and Krispy Kreme. I will be visiting again

These donuts are amazing, so fresh and man, what a selection! You can also special order specific donuts the night before, so say you want something they don't normally have, like raspberry filled with chocolate frosting.... Mmmm! All the donuts I've tried have been amazing. There are a few that I won't try like there's a bacon maple one that sounds terrible to me but I see people order it all the time so it must be good!

Purchased a half a dozen doughnuts and 2 kolachies here for my birthday. My toddler loves the doughnut with pink icing and sprinkles as well as the spicy kolaches. Wonderful and attentive staff. Check this place out!

We were craving coffee and donuts so started looking for a Dunkin, SO lucky didn't find one and instead stumbled across this hidden jewel. Everything was delicious, had Bacon and Red Velvet donuts. The lady by the counter was very nice. Will definitely come back.

Love this Donut shop. Their donuts are made fresh daily. Their breakfast burritos are also good. Friendly staff, delicious fresh donuts. Much better than other donut chains stores. I recommend you go early as they do sell out of the best ones. I went at 10 one day and they were fully stocked. I went at 12 another day and they had sold out of alot of items.

A coworker brought some of their donuts in on last Friday. I?m from Alabama, so I was always a Krispy Kreme fan. I have to say these outbrat Krispy Kreme. Never been a cake person for a doughnut, but these have the right amount of sweetness and then the cake feel so I?m definitely goibf to buy some myself and tell my friends about this place as well. Dunkin? up the road better watch out!

This is hands down our favorite place. Their donuts remind me of the place I use to go to back home.

Donuts are freshly baked every day. Donut texture is so soft & way better than "DD's" donuts that are frozen premade. There are breakfast items here too will try that out on the next visit. Lady at the front was pleasant & helpful. Support your local mom & pop shops folks. Glad to see another option in Hiram other than another big franchise.

Perfect doughnuts. They don?t even have to be warm. Just wish it was opened a lil later. And thank you to the sweet lady that let me test the doughnut balls out !

This is a MUST stop. The staff is so friendly and welcoming in their cute little donut shop. Their donuts are spectacular and were a huge hit at my office. I purchased a mixed dozen and let the staff choose for me. They somehow managed to make their cake donuts incredibly moist and flavorful while making their standard donuts super light and delicious. I cannot wait to go back here and try some other donuts and food items! I hope these folks are here for a long, long time.

Friendly staff, tasty delicious donuts and frozen coffee drinks. Also their burritos with potatoes and hotdog wrapped in bagel plus rolls stuffed with bacon egg and cheese or sausage egg and cheese was super yum! Pricing was affordable too. Just stopped in for the fist time and we will for sure be back! The customer service was amazing! She was so sweet. I wish I got her name. The doughnuts are so delicious. We got the fried croissant, glazed twist and double chocolate. They were all so good. I highly recommend the crumb doughnut! Yum.

I went here one day while at wing stop and I have to say they were the best tasting donuts. Even on 2nd day they were still soft. The selection was great. Just writing this review has me wanting to get more.

Great little donut shop! We only got donuts but will be back to try some of the sandwiches and coffees. Great variety of donuts (raspberry filled was our favorite) and very friendly staff. Just what this area needs since Dunkin is the only other option and they aren't the greatest. Prices are fair. It was a little difficult to locate because they don't have their sign up yet. The sign that was up was Chartwell Staffing so look for that sign if you don't see Douglas Donuts.

When I say these are the best donuts of my life, please know I am not exaggerating. If you are in the area you must stop by and particularly get the glazed donuts. They are delicious!

My first time there: The cashier was overwhelmed and impatient. The donuts tasted as though they were from the 6am batch and my purchase was around 1pm. With the closing time being 5pm. I won't be returning anything soon or suggest it as a good place to get donuts.

We really enjoyed our experience here. Definitely the kind of place that Hiram was needing! Quality donuts (soft, great texture, not icky sweet) friendly service, samples for the kids to try while we were deciding. I really appreciate their approach and hope they remain for a long time.

Delicious glazed croissants and chocolate cream filled, chocolate custard filled. In fact, we had a hard time deciding as they all looked so good!! Taking a cheese Danish home. Good basic coffee, which is refreshing. Wow!! Do yourself a favor and go! Donuts to diet for, if you know what I mean!!!

These Donuts Were so Good. I tried a New Donut Place in Hiram. It is so hard to find a place That have good fresh Donuts in my area. So happy I found them. They had a Really good selection also. I cant Believe they had donuts that is filled with the whip creme filling. I haven't been able to find these since I been a kid. We will be back. Things to Know: They don't have their Company name on there building. At 1st I couldn't find it. They are right next to Wing Stop. I went in there to ask where were they

Love all of their donuts, but the lemon filled ones are amazing! So happy to have them close by, especially since DD in Hiram has awful customer service and quit carrying the lemon filled donuts too! ????

Was excited to see a donut place in Hiram but they were fine. Nothing to write home about. I got a breakfast sandwich and it got a little burnt. The staff was kind but the donuts were not that good. They did have lots of options so maybe I?ll have to give it a second try.

Atmosphere? It's a donut shop. Definitely better atmosphere than Dunkin donuts with all their stale corporatism. You have to try the glazed croissants! Apple fritters are also good! Sooo glad we finally have good donuts in Hiram!

I got one donut and a coffee. In a car, I saw that kind lady treated me with an extra donut hole, which was sweet and unexpected. The donuts were tasty! Thank you! I recommend this place.

Went there this morning 20 min after they opened. No one was there except the person who helps bake. He didn?t know how to work the register and couldn?t help. So off to Dunkin? we went. Little sad bc I wanted fresh mom and pop donuts ??

The donuts have an uncooked texture and taste to it. They were very pale in color (uncooked bread appearance). Don?t think I will be visiting again.

This place is never even though they claim they are open til 3pm. This is the second time in a row that I've tried them and the door is locked. It is currently 1:30 and the door is locked. Don't bother trying you'll just be wasting your time.
