Stopped by at 11:40a on a Sunday - they close at 4p. There were zero donuts available for sale. Management needs to plan better.

saw this place on TikTok. I expected it to be amazing, the workers were very rude, and did not fix the coffee. When asked all they did was hand us a packet of sugar the coffee tastes like water, and I do not recommend. workers also told us they were about to close, and could not make us another coffee, even though there was 40 minutes left until closing, and they made the person behind us a coffee. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

It's incredibly ok. Not a fan of the coffee, but it's in league of a Dunks. Donuts have improved and are actually quite good. The line tends to stack up on the drive thru at the hours youd expect. Walking in sometimes helps, but not always. There is no seating.

Seems as though this place has survived from a bygone era. Entering into this unassuming-looking little shop, you can get the best donuts in Fairfield County. The doughnuts are baked fresh every morning (they close after they sell out), and all the major classics are represented: old fashioned, cinnamon, creme-filled, jelly-filled, and each are executed as though the recipes were perfected a couple generations ago (which probably is true). The girls that run the drive through are really rude. Very poor customer service, you feel very rushed and they act as if it annoys them to take coffee orders. The girl at the pickup window shoved the food out the window so fast I almost dropped my coffee inside my car because the top wasn?t on securely. The food isn?t worth the lack of customer service you have to deal with. I?ll stick to Dunkin.

They never have anything after 11am. Always out of everything, maybe make more product if you see you?re out of food by mid morning ???????

A small little doughnut shop that also does breakfast sandwiches and muffins. It's decent and the prices are as well. I go every morning And the staff are very welcoming and nice.

Just ordered a coffee and donut. I just witnessed the girl put the donut in the bag and as she was coming to the window she drops it on the ground. She turns around looks at the other girl for a few seconds and picks up the bag and gives it to me like nothing happened. Thats disgusting and shows no manners or customer service. This young girl obviously doesn?t care about the owners business. I can only imagine how the food is kept or prepped if they will go to this level. I def. will not be going back.

Great donuts! I've always had a quick, pleasant experience here. I've been coming here for about a year. The coffee is alright. I'm not a huge coffee lover, but I don't think it's better than Dunkins. I only drink iced coffee and it's much better than Starbucks. I ding know how the hot coffee compares.

This has been our go to for morning coffee for years and unfortunately the service has suffered. They used to be speedy with orders and now you can easily be in line for in excess of 20 mins. It is not the volume but the time it takes to service each customer. Drinks used to be prepared when you arrive at the window and not you sit there and wait.

Best pumpernickel bagel around, in fact you can't go wrong with any of their baked goods. Wonderful coffee too. Also this is a drive through location so you don't have to get out of the car. Well worth the wait.

I prefer Doughnut Inn for their pricing and quality of coffee. Recommend to just go inside as the service is often quicker than drive-thru because many prefer the drive-thru option. The reason this place is not 5 stars is well within their control. With customer service, I should expect to be greeted kindly and not have attitude flung my way because I order an iced coffee from drive through. There is one employee in particular who never seems to be in a good mood, and treats customers like an inconvenience.

I don?t often write reviews but this experience warrants one. The girls who ?helped? me were clearly not interested in being helpful. The first girl cut off her sentence to me to speak excitedly to a friend in her headset. The second was so palpably angry that I actually felt bad for her. I know there was no reason for her to be angry at me, so I could only assume that her glare, scowl, and loud sighs were directed at the injustices of her own life. had a a very bad experience. after about half an hour after drinking my coffee i had jitters really bad and my heart rate sky rocketed!!! i went to a doctor and my heart rate increased to 128 heat beats per minute which is very very bad for a person my age. their coffee must be extramlu strong because i always drink coffee and this never happens to me. never will i ever go back here and i don't recommend it to anyone.

Good food. Good & quick service , friendly staff. They have a small Parking lot which is convenient and seating to eat in. They make sandwiches & have fruit salads. Great alternative to big chain coffee spots. Highly recommend.

I come here all the time I think the girl at the drive through window is hard of hearing. I have to repeat my self all the time. Either get your people hearing aids or turn the volume up.

Been going there for coffee and lunch daily and lately the coffee Is not how I requested and the customer service has went down alot. Most times as I am saying thank you the person at the window doesn't acknowledge me and carries on her conversation with the staff. It's more frequently then before. Lost Star Why...Miss the Yellow Boxes...?? They were the tell tale sign you had the Best Doughnut Inn. Coworker would meet me at the door so he wouldn't miss out. Love the Cranberry Nut or Coffecake muffins. Doughnuts are always fresh no funny after taste like DD.

Just went through the drive through at 4 when they are listed to close at 6pm and nobody answered. Not a soul could be seen through the window even though there was a car in the back. Very odd.

Excellent, fresh doughnuts available here at Doughnut Inn at Fairfield circle next to McDonald's. Good coffee and friendly people. Better than Dunkin'. There is always a line at the drive-thru and the inside is usually busy. Great butternut, cinnamon, powdered sugar, etc.

The honey dipped donuts are just fantastic. They do run out of donuts early, so don't expect a big selection any time after 9:30.

The employees are super nice, and if you make a habit of going there in no time they'll remember your usual and have it ready or ask if that's what you want and they are quick.

Cinnfullynutty coffee is really good, the girls working there always seem manically depressed, and almost always are talking to there friends who usually hang out in the store.
