FRIDAY NIGHT TREAT ?????????? This is a bubble waffle in peanut butter flavor and it?s a fantastic treat! Doughnut has new hours and stays open until 6:00pm Tuesday - Sunday. GIT YOU SOME! This is hands-down, one of the best restaurants I?ve visited, since I moved to Lake Charles. Mr.Chaney and his mother are very down to earth and have an interesting and tasty menu selection. Their Vietnamese coffee has become my newest addiction!!! Starbucks doesn?t even come close to the perfection of freshness and exotic flavors like these folks!! I recommend this highly to anybody visiting, or staying in the Lake Charles area!!!
Five plus stars! These people try their best to be friendly and give good service. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two, and that speaks well that others are patronizing the Doughnut Hole. This is by far THE BEST donut shop in our area. Not only is their food the most amazing taste experience, but their menu offers so many more options than every donut shop in our area. I would give them more than 5 stars if there were a way. I?ve read complaints about the way people were treated poorly here, but that has not been my experience thus far. Always good and they are always polite
Went there 12/12/23 in the morning. I'm the only customer, I pull up to drive thru and the guy had his back to the window and the lady was just standing there. After a minute I drove off and while going up the street he was looking like oh snap I had a customer!! The bell chimes to let you know you have a customer!
Not only is the owner of this establishment extremely rude, but he refused to issue a refund after over charging me this morning and slammed the window in my face. Great location for downtown residents. Everything in the case looks clean and perfectly made. We tried a kolache, a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, and the donut holes. Everything was delicious and the service was fast. Will return on another cheat day.

Cashier on phone via headset. Very little attention to me and my ordering. Received cold burrito after asking her to heat. She did and seared the paper to the tortilla. my first visit here and last. A little customer service goes a long way.
Please, please do not buy from this place it?s one thing to have a business and make money but it?s another thing to know how to have customer service and speak to people. The owner actually hung up on me and was extremely rude to my kids as well. What makes it so bad is from day one since they open my entire family and friends supported this business in the community.

Love their jalapeno kolachie! People who work the drive-thru are always friendly. They have breakfast sandwiches and burritos and even a lunch menu...and, of course, the doughnuts are delicious!

I didnt even want to give this place one star! It was discussing! The donuts were gooey and I know donuts are sweet, but these were just too much! Then to top it was the bags and box that my order came in stunk so bad!! It was discussing!

It's nice to have a donut shop around the corner, but I enjoy the service here. I always get the sausage burritos. The service is great and always friendly. And the burritos are amazing.
I guess I'd have to say this place is, well.. FANTASTIC. If I was out at 2am and they open at 4:30am, you best believe I'm staying up. The people that work there are awesome They truly have the best donuts.
