Everything was very good. I do believe that they should invest in a coffee machine where they could have espresso and latte because it?ll bring a fine finish to the place. Aside from that Janet, the employee at the register was fantastic and was super patient accommodating, and a pleasant face to represent the business?? I really hate to do this review cause I have really enjoyed their food in the past. Went there earlier this week and got a breakfast sandwich. The eggs on the sandwich were disgusting. The croissant was old, and the bacon was undercooked, The cheese was a sauce/ spread of sort, wet, and sticky. Ordered a box of doughnuts via Uber Eats a few days back and they were so stale, hard on the outside, tasted of old grease and not sweet like you?d know doughnuts to be that I wanted to drive to the place myself and throw them at whoever made them (jokingly on that part lol) but oh my, I could have honestly gotten past the overly reused grease part had they at least had some real sweetness to them. I recently came into your store because I woke up wanting dough but like without the middle part of it. I saw that you guys had a Nutella doughnut and omg I almost exploded, 10/10??. As well as a red velvet cake, that one was giving a cake that was turned into a doughnut, 8/10?? . I got a Boston cream doughnut but it seemed more like a Boston partially filled cream doughnut. But overall it was a good doughnut, 9/10??. Experience and service 10/10??

Dough in the Box not only has fantastic donuts, but a fantastic experience that you will love. Every time I've ever been to DITB, which is many at this point, I'm always met by a smiling and kind staff that assists me in selecting the best, bakery fresh donuts, and quickly puts together my order. Their shop has that old timey donut shop / caf? feel, and the donuts themselves are absolutely phenomenal. You cannot go wrong with Dough in the Box!!!!

Such a great place. Conveniently located in the city of Austell. Staff is always nice the place is clean and the environment is very comfortable and welcoming. Then the displays are just great. And the food tastes great every item!

I'm not sure what happened here, but the donuts are not the same. The donuts were stale and did not taste good at all. Maybe old oil? Something was extremely off with the donuts. Too bad, though. I will drive further to go to another donut shop.

Dough in the Box has great doughnuts, croissants, and such! I had a breakfast croissant as well; it was made-to-order, fabulous. The food is great , and the employees are friendly. Ten-out-of-ten recommend! The downtown Austell location is lovely.

This place is magical! The donuts taste fresh and so amazing and the customer service is top notch. I ordered some custom birthday donuts for my daughter to have at school, not only did they do a great job, but they put in free donuts! Went in person to place a custom order but was told that I can't do it at the store. I forgot to review back in February but I ordered more donuts from here and remembered lol. These are the best donuts I?ve had in a long time. I LOVE sugar donuts and the raised are just so soft and delicious. I got a mixed dozen of the raised and they were all delicious. I also got an everything bagel sandwich with cream cheese, ham, bacon and egg. And a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. Both breakfast sandwiches were so good and I would definitely recommend Dough in the box to everyone!

Visiting this place for the first time and I am pleasantly surprised. The selection is moderate but appropriate. Not too overwhelming. Environment is very welcoming and there's plenty of seating. The donuts taste wonderful and there's a little ice cream popsicle bars are a great relief from the summer heat. Prices are great especially for their coffees. They also have a catering menu there's also fairly priced. I will be coming here again.

Wanted some doughnuts and stepped into this Mableton location for a 1st try dozen assorted. I was impressed. The variety met my needs and the maple glazed, as well as the filled options did not disappoint. Better than Krispy Kream ??

Reasons to seek out a dozen donuts on a Sunday morning: Remembering the early days of this place at original location and craving maple bar and apple fritter. The place was clean. Friendly server, good looking product, BUT the texture and tast of dougnuts were very dry, airy and flat with no moisture for that melt in mouth experience. Taste like cheap ingredients. The apple fritters had 1 very small bite of "apple" chunk, dissapointed Likely not coming back...??

I love these donuts, the people are nice, and these are really just a perfect old style donut I would expect from a bakery. A dozen always comes with a handful of donut holes as well which is always a nice extra. This last time I needed donuts, I needed 3 dozen for an event the next day. I saw Dough In The Box has an app now where you can pre-order and I thought that would make life easier on me and them when picking up. Hands-down the best donut and casual breakfast establishment in the area. The staff here are always so nice and courteous. They have a wide variety of delicious donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and other hot breakfast items. Everything always tastes so fresh! Delicious donuts. Customer service lacks like severely. After standing in line for 10 minutes behind a couple, to pick up a dozen donuts I ordered the previous day for my ailing father-in-law, four customers came in after me so five deep waiting. Employees were very patient with me ordering for the first time and kindly explained what they sold. Doughnuts tasted fresh and my family loved them. Only downside was that the coffee was not good, and wish the doughnuts were a little bigger. The service, taste of food and variety of choices outshines the bad points.

I was actually extremely surprised at the quality of the donuts. I don't typically eat carbs but had a craving for donuts real bad, stopped by this small hole in the wall and so glad I did. Even though they are small, they are BUSY, and they could not stock the donuts fast enough. I got an assortment, they were very fresh, they were not greasy at all, light, fluffy, flavorful. The staff was very pleasant and the price was very reasonable.

My breakfast was so good! I love that they have so many options for breakfast sandwiches and that you can choose whatever type of bread you want! I was able to order exactly what I wanted (a bacon and cheese sandwich on a jalapeno bagel with cream cheese) and it was delicious. Coffee was hot and strong as well. Nice lady especially for it to be so early. I took my two girls to get a doughnut before school since we were ahead of schedule. Their eyes lit up when they seen the Easter decorated doughnuts. We each got one and they gave us a few doughnut holes. A nice way to sugar em up an send em to school, I love this place.

They do really good, in-house donuts. My wife especially loves to stop here when getting donuts for coworkers. Me, I prefer a heartier (read: meatier) breakfast. Their breakfast sandwiches do not disappoint. I usually get the "T. Rex"; egg, turkey, bacon, cheese. All well cooked, good way to start the morning. I heard this was supposed to be an excellent doughnut place! My wife's idea to stop and get a dozen! Absolutely the best place for custom doughnuts. Always great service regardless of the location. It's been awhile since I've been here, but they've found a way to get even better. More selections than before and now 3 locations. They are truly changing the donut game.

Donuts are VERY good. I've had donuts from Revolution and Sublime and while those are fine, Dough In The Box blows them away by a mile (and without paying $36/dz). They taste super fresh and have an excellent bite. Wide selection of classic flavors and some exiting ones. The strawberry glazed and Nutella were my favorites. They have coffee and hot food as well, but I was there for the donuts and didn't pay them any mind. DEFINITELY recommend. If you're in downtown Austell, be sure to stop by.

My wife and I ate from DITB a couple of days ago. We ordered from Grubhub and the croissant and mini pigs in a blanket were amazing. Also the donuts are very fluffy and not greasy at all. One day we plan on going to the actual place. Keep up the great work!!!!

Doughnuts were dry but I came at 7am..why so dry? Fritters extremely dry. The doughnuts are not what they use to be!! Never will I go again

Service is always personable and special. They tailor make my husband's donut. Has to have chocolate and nuts. I am a huge fan of the ham and cheese croissants. They heat them up, add a little mustard and perfect way to start the day.

Friendly and helpful employees and the doughnuts and croissants are excellent! Prices are very reasonable. Good location too. Recommend Nutella, lemon, raspberry and cranberry (seasonal), vanilla cream, chocolate topped. Boston cream wasn't the best, maybe just not what I'm used to.

Always pleasant service and wonderful donuts. The atmosphere is cute and unique. My family loves sitting inside to eat, speaking to the family that owns the place, and watching the train go by. We always take a picture outside by the fountain as a memory as we leave.

I absolutely love this doughnut shop and my 4 year old son does too! They have a great selection of fresh doughnuts. The people are always as nice as can be. I met the owner a few years ago, when I built a cover for his cooler in the back of his Austell Rd location and he was incredibly nice and was a very hard worker. I haven't tried any of their sandwiches, but I will soon!

I visited Doughnuts in a Box(Austell location) and I will definitely go back. The doughnuts were so fresh and tasty. I only bought 6, but I will buy a dozen assorted next time. The sales lady was very nice too.

Family owned, great atmosphere, sandwiches and cronuts. Not sure if that is spelled correctly, but who cares when your eating a croissant, fried and glazed to perfection. Absolutely love this place, and the people are nice and helpful. And of course, they have coffee for dunking your cronut.

They use to make in house Donuts before. Like were I am from Los Angeles. 110% better then Dunkin, and Crispy Cream, but knowing the shells are made outside; even if it's from thier sister store; it takes some freshness, from the product. I think Dev's Donuts is King right now. Sandwiches are A+ still at Dough In Box.

Dough in the Box makes fantastic doughnuts. This new location in Austell has the same great food as the Marietta location, but parking is a lot easier. Don't try to park on Veterans Highway. Instead, drive around to the opposite side of the building where there's a nice lot that's shared by several businesses including South Cobb Diner.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! Me and my kids went 2 days in a row! If you don't try the "Cronut" you missed out!! It's a croissant fried like a donut and covered with glaze! So goooddddd!!!

It's usually really good because of selections. Today was a life happens situation because the choices were limited. I had already took the time to stop and promised my class I would bring some of Dough in the box doughnuts so I had to get some. I just hope they are pleased with the limited selection.

The service at DITB is amazing! If you are looking for a local, high quality and fresh donut spot....this is the place. They also do breakfast sandwiches and brew coffee! My favorite is the chocolate sour cream donut. But try everything. You won't be disappointed.

family owned hole in the wall donut joint nothing spectacular if you ask me some donuts look hella weird in the case (shape texture ect) not really busy when I went in so had a huge variety because its loads of donuts still there at noon.
