Double Take Donuts

I was on my way back from Newport and stopped in Toledo. Went into Double Take Donuts to see what it was all about! Fabulous service by a family run small business. Excellent cinnamon rolls and friendly services! I highly recommend this cool donut shop.

Fantastic little spot with a wonderful selection of donuts, pastries, and some sandwiches! Got a jelly donut and it was SO SOFT and good for only a couple of dollars. Will be going back every time I drive through town for sure!

Stopped in to get 1 old fashioned and 1 choc frosting donut. These are $2 each, and the young woman didn't know how much to charge until she slowly rang it up. Got to the car and good thing I looked in the bag... she gave me a wrong donut. Went back inside, and she was going to put my returned donut back in the case, until the older lady/owner? told her NO. The employees here were so incredibly welcoming and the vibe was amazing! I got a dozen donuts and walked away with 14 delicious donuts for $27 dollars. I highly reccomend this place to anyone in the area, it?s absolutely worth the drive!!

This place is a hidden gem. I couldn't believe how amazing the creativity of the donut selections were. Pop tart chunks on a donut? Where has this been all my life? And the cinnamon roll was incredible. The only thing better than the donuts was the friendly staff. Justin and his lovely wife are both amazing people and I am glad we got to meet them.

We made a detour here in the way to the coast. We enjoyed fresh made cheesy breakfast sandwiches and brought home several different donut flavors. Everything tasted great and new from others we have tried. Very kind and helpful group there. Adorable inside.

It is too hard to pick! Breakfast pizza (why haven?t I thought of that), donut, or cookie? I can?t pick so I just double up on each trip and come back for more! Oh! Did I mention they have Pop Tart Fo it?s!

A warm, family-owned business where we enjoyed delicious and fresh biscuits with homemade sausage gravy and a yummy strawberry cinnamon roll! We couldn?t help but leave with chocolate and a maple cream- filled danishes to enjoy later. Yum! We highly recommend you making a stop and finding out for yourself just ?how sweet? a stop it will be!

This place is a hidden gem. The doughnuts are home made & the pulled pork sandwich was delicious!

First time in and had an absolutely awesome experience! Incredible breakfast sandwiches, just out of this world. Highly recommend! And the doughnuts (even the day old boxes!) terrific ?? and you have to try the honey Tabasco cream cheese!

I came for the donuts, but ended up not getting donuts at all. Not yet at least. The bacon breakfast burrito and cinnamon rolls are unbelievable. Thick cut bacon, eggs, potatoes..... so good! The cinnamon roll and frosting really hit the spot. Friendly staff and a ton of choices. I'll be back ??

Drove a little out of the way for these donuts 1- because they were amazing and 2- the owner was our waiter at Mo's in Newport. He was the nicest guy and we wanted to go try the donuts. Thank you Justin...

Super lovely shop- Definitely deserves a visit! Very friendly people, very welcoming and helpful. They have a good selection of donuts with fun toppings as well as some classics to choose from. There is also an array of other treats- savory and sweet to decide upon as well! 100% will be stopping by again !

The breakfast sandwich and cinnamon rolls were good but the donuts were not. We ended up paying $50 for a few small breakfast sandwiches a dozen donuts and day old cinnamon rolls. After paying we overheard that they don?t even make the donuts themselves, they get them from a distributor heat them in the oven and decorate them. If I wanted not homemade donuts I?d buy them from Safeway. The donuts were bland and the toppings were mushy/stale.

Very cute donut shop. The breakfast burrito was stuffed full and delicious. The sugar and cinnamon donut was light and sweet. Just perfect!

We drove up from Grand Ronde to finally give these guys a shot and omg so glad we did! Prices are amazing, donuts are FANTASTIC! We couldn't decide so naturally my husband and i walked out with 3 dozen ???? Plus happy hour every day the last hour they're open where donuts are half price

I get the pulled pork sandwich a lot for my lunches, they are soooo tasty. I tried it with their jalepeno bun and OMG it?s the perfect little touch of spice and it goes perfect with the pulled pork!!!!

Today was my first time stopping by the shop and got some donuts ?? The donuts are delicious ?? I?m definitely gonna start getting my donuts from there now on. I haven?t tried everything there yet but I?m definitely looking forward on doing that.

I bought a cinnamon roll that was really big and looked delicious. Very disappointed. It tasted like it was a couple of days old and very dense.
