I'm not a donut person at all, like I'll go years without a donut. However doodles donuts are so good!! I'm even bring donuts to work so I can enjoy them and share the love!! The owner is so nice and helpful. Definitely a Gloucester staple!

Give this place a try! But get there early because they may run out before the posted closing time. Stopped by on a Sunday morning around 1030 and they still had plenty of donuts. It was our first time there. The employee was very helpful with all of my questions about what the donuts were. Prices may seem a little higher than your everyday donut chain prices but the donuts are massive! Well worth the money. I had the maple bacon donut because yes. I was not disappointed. Huge doughnuts! If you normally eat 2 at a time, you'll only eat 1 of these. These are more of a drier doughnut like DD and not squishy, wet like KK. I prefer the drier doughnut and these are delicious! Sure, these are pricey, but you are paying for size and quality. There were several fancy flavors, but also the more simpler glazed or sugar/cinnamon. And their lemon filled was actually filled! Not just a tiny dollop in the middle. They will pacakge them separately if anyone in your household has allergies,

I would suggest getting there early they had a few options left of the flavored donuts. We got there at 10:30 and they where almost out.( they still had a few options to pick from) Super good donuts though! Definitely recommend going!

Update: a year later and we're still loving Doodles. The Boston cream remains a family favorite and their donuts are massive! Well worth the price. So glad Doodles is in our community!! The donuts are delicious and the staff is accommodating. My vote is for the Boston Cream but my kids love the sprinkle donuts. They make donuts from scratch throughout the day to ensure they're fresh. Go get you some! ??

Come early for the best selection of donuts they sell fast! Never had a bad donut from Doodles!

Had a great experience with Doodles! They provided donuts for our son's wedding and all the flavors were excellent! We received multiple compliments and had people asking us where we got them. Highly recommend!

Visiting from nyc and came here with my husband who is a chef. We got 6 assorted and loved them all. Hard working mother daughter duo and donuts were priced really well. Made me a decaf special I know I am weird and don?t do caffeine ;) Good luck to this fam owning a donut shop. Please go support them!

They have all the fully loaded over the top donuts but they?re happy to go in back and make you a simple maple iced donut if you ask. Their fruit filled cheesecake iced donuts are my favorite that they only have once in a while, but they went above and beyond to create chocolate covered cherry donuts when I asked!

Great tasting doughnuts at a completely reasonable price. Can't recommend it more.

The donuts were good priced a bit high though. Unfortunately the coffee was not good. My husband considered it not drinkable.. I had to add extra cream to be able to drink it. The atmosphere feels non welcoming to eat in.. they need to cozy it up a bit so you feel like staying for a cup of coffee and a donut.

The donuts had pretty good flavor, however, they were all under cooked, one even had a quarter sized ball of uncooked dough in it.

Stopped by to get donuts since it's been awhile since we have and my son picked out half a dozen and enjoyed his picks. He chose for his siblings as well and everyone was pleased. They were kind and acknowledge my son as well.

I've been twice and my kids seem to love the donuts! They look great. Although, the last time I went they had hardly any options in the display area. It was in the morning too.

Amazing treats and sweets that will satisfy! Get there early for the best selection. Don't expect to eat a dozen alone- they aren'tlike krispy kreme!! The donuts are large and creative. I typically get a half dozen and my wife and I will have 1 a day. I love the coffee inspired ones, but the Boston cream and apple fritter normally fill a position in the box. The staff has been friendly every time we've stopped in, and they maintain a normal schedule, unlike the previous shop at this location.

Amazing donuts and superb service in a really fun atmosphere! Always fresh and so many yummy and unique flavors! Especially love the Oreo and the maple bacon but the simple glazed is to die for! Tried their coffee, too and it's WAY better than the other coffee shops in the county! So glad they opened!

The donuts are excellent! Yes, they're big, but they're delicious! And, they offer knives so you can share! Plan to get there before mid- morning, as a lot of varieties sell out.

Nice little donut shop. Very clean. Cute pictures of dogs on the walls. The Cinnabon donut was A-mazing. I still have a sugar high 3 months later.

We enjoyed the treats we ordered from here. The donuts are large enough to share and they offer a huge selection. We called and placed and order a few days in advance, and our order was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. They were fresh and delicious.

Dry donuts are not as good as the ones you can get in any grocery store. My 9 year old wouldn't eat her glazed donut because it was soggy with glazed but stale on the inside. Filthy restroom with no toilet paper. The server seemed upset that we also ordered a breakfast sandwich that required more than grabbing a donut. Gotten donuts from here several times now and have been thrilled every time. Light, fluffy, smothered in toppings and frosting. They've been posting their flavors on the Facebook page, which I super appreciate. I've joked to my kids that these donuts are the size of their faces and I'm not exaggerating by much. We love these donuts!

I usually do not post but, I felt compelled to discuss my experience. Not only did I have to wait in a long line but, there was literally 4 types of donuts to choose from. The donuts had no flavor and had a lard after taste. Literally the worst donuts I have ever had in my life. Very pricy at $25 for a dozen.

First time visit. Took my 7 year old grandson with me, and we were both in heaven. We absolutely loved them.

If you want a GREAT donut, this is the place!! No skimping on toppings or fillings. The taste is incredible! These donuts are huge, super tasty and so reasonably priced. I'm in the process of telling everyone I know about this place!! ????????

Omg we kept driving past this place and I finally said nope turning around to try the goods and so glad I did the filled doughnuts weigh like 5 pounds a piece and the cinnamon twist was like 12 inches long can you say Yes Please don't mind if I do!!!!!!! The Cinnabon, Maple Bacon, Banana pudding, and Cream filled are awesome. I need to go back asap and try more flavors.

This doughnut shop is fantastic! Just about any kind of doughnut you can think of. They do not skimp on fillings or icing. They are now serving a breakfast item on either a bagel or croissant. My husband and I had the toasted croissant with a fried egg, cheese, and a sausage patty. ABSOLUTELY YUMMY!!! The staff are more than willing to help with your selection. We had both regular and filled donuts and they were all great. Very big and very filling. This is an independent small business so you shouldn't expect a copy of Dunkin or Krispy Kreme.

We stopped in near closing and were happily served just as if we were the exact customer they had been waiting on. They were so friendly and warm. The iced caramel coffee is the best.

This place is just ok. It?s strange that there are no tags telling you what each donut is so you literally have to ask about each one which is awkward and frustrating to those who may be waiting behind you . The service isn?t the most efficient but hopefully they will find their groove. Donuts are pretty good but not my favorite.

If you like donuts (who doesn't?) This is a must have. We tried the cinnamon twist today and WOW! So huge, but sublimely light and melts in your mouth!
