I visited this donut shop with my family this past weekend, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. While I hate to generalize, the overall staff attitude was shockingly poor. Several employees stood around gossiping and one employee in particular (she had multiple facial piercings) was especially rude. I always want to support local. I used to go here for a Hawaiian hazelnut coffee and croissant in the morning. Anymore, when I stop, there is no coffee ready at all. Moreover, if they have any there is no milk/cream available just powdered creamer. Also I cannot get a croissant. Sadly this spot has really gone downhill. I?ve stopped going but will show up from time to time to see if things are better. They are not. Too bad. I?ll try something else.

We were out shopping an decided to stop for dounts. We stumbled upon this place and thought we'd try it for the first time. This was Monday Memoria Day and was not busy. We were hopeful. Decent place I have been here a few times. Most of their doughnuts taste pretty good. But each time i come the prices keep rising. around 3$ for a speciality doughnut. Best donuts in town!! Always made fresh and delicious. Staff are super friendly. Be sure to go early as they run out quickly and then close. My fav donut is the original glazed or the cronut and the red velvet!!! Yum

This was my first time here and my last time. I ordered a dozen donuts and a chai tea. My donuts were small and tasted stale my tea im not sure what it was i threw it away. The establishment was filthy dirty. Honestly I'm not sure how they have stay in business or how long they been in business. I wish the best for them.

I am extremely disappointed how downhill this place has went. This was my go to donut spot since they opened 8 years ago. I used to be able to call in a order, and actually get what I asked for. It was literally 4-5 times a week. The donuts are good no doubt, but they are shrinking and over priced. I asked for a extra toasted bagel, they give me one that is barely toasted. We attempted to bring our kids here for donuts. There was only one women working and she couldn?t be bothered to help us. Answered a call ahead of assisting us, we waited in the lobby for 10 minutes while she chatted, a 2nd employee walked in and assisted the drive thru ahead of us and the customer in the drive thru had been waiting for less time than us. We didn?t get to try the donuts and will not be returning. This was beyond disappointing and incredibly rude.

This is the second time in a month that we have had terrible service. 10:00 in the morning and there was no coffee. We ordered rolls and asked the very unfriendly girl if she had coffee and she said if there was none in the pots that there was none. We asked if she would make some and she refused and said she would make a Latte. We cancelled our order and left. Best donuts I have EVER eaten, and if you know me I love my sweets! It was super busy but the kids handled it with such poise & kindness. This is the 1st time I ate a whole custard filled donut. Love the variety of donuts available. They have things I didn't even know existed. But they also have the classics and they do them well. Go early, as they run out of the classics on weekends. Love coming here to try their donuts!! Family was in town and this was their morning gift from me. My niece and nephew's eyes got do wide when I opened the box. Priceless!! Make sure you get there early store hours: 6-5 or when we sell out. ??

Went on mother's day, waited 30 min in line. Ordered a dozen donuts, 2 large coffees and even tipped them when I paid. They handed me my donuts and said thanks. When I got home I realized they forgot to give me my coffee, but also only gave me 8 of the 12 donuts I paid for. I understand it was busy but doesn't change the fact I paid 16 dollars for 8 donuts.

Yeast donuts are good. Apple fritter excellent. Cake donuts mid level. The girl at the counter was very helpful.

First time trying Donutsville and we are very pleased! Excellent selection of donuts, pastries and other handheld breakfast options! They had my favorite, which is the French crueller and my girls also enjoyed their favorites (anything with sprinkles)! My only complaint would be that the bacon on the maple bacon donut tasted like it's "old" bacon. The customer service is excellent and very friendly! Will come back soon!

The donuts are amazing. Very tasty and some are unique. But their stock is minimal. There are days that they are sold out of everything by 11:30am, like today. Their store hours are not long enough for kids to enjoy after school. If these changes were made it would be excellent.

The people are nice, but the donuts are a sick joke. Paid $20 for 6 items which all were stale. The donuts were definitely on day 2 or 3 based off staleness of dough and crumbling of icing. Honestly Bashas bakery is leagues above this. At least for the day I went. Never again.

These are really great donuts. They have something for everyone and the prices are very reasonable. I'm always in search of a great donut shoppe and this is one not to miss. Leave the dunkin and grocery store donuts for another time. When a true donut shoppe comes around don't pass it up.

Went there at 9:15 am on Mother's Day and they were out of donuts. Are you kidding me. We live a block away and have been going there since they opened. I don't know what happened to this place. The donuts do not taste as good as they used to either. It's fine though because we're eating less donuts now because it's a longer drive to get to Bosa.

We are from Minnesota and come to Arizona every 2 to 3 years. This is one of my 3 places we must stop at. The Carmel bar is the best I ever had. This year it took 25 min to get there from where we stayed but so so worth it. I?ve yet to had a better donut!!!

This place used to be great! All we typically order is blueberry coffees. I did that this morning. They said they didn?t have any brewed, so I asked the girl to brew a pot. It took forever. No longer a fan. The interior has a lack of cleanliness, reasonable maintenance and the service has diminished steadily over time. Quality of food, beverage, etc. is reasonable but when all of the other areas are lacking, it is no longer a recommended breakfast/donut shop. What a delightful and delicious pastry shop! Hannah wait on us. She was super helpful, nice, and patient while we picked items from their large pastry selection. Experienced the first amazing bite once reaching home. The chocolate glazed, vanilla-filled and glazed pershing round donuts were light with the perfect sweetness and "crunch". Super happy that we ordered extra!

The manager at Donutville has no business dealing with the public. She was so rude to my husband and granddaughter that they decided to leave. We have been going to the place for years and have never been treated with such disrespect. We will never go back and will be sure to make sure EVERYONE we meet will also know about how awful a place this is because of the manager!!! Hope the owner is prepared to loose business over this.

Maybe they need to change their hours. You can't seem to find a time when they actually have product. Once the donuts are gone, they don't make anymore. Seems like closing at 10am would improve your customer service instead of staying open until 2 with nothing to sell.

On a Sunday morning I should not have to sit in the drive through for 15 minutes when there was only 1 car in front of me, I kept talking into the mic after the 10 minute mark and no responce from multiple attempts, drive up to the window the lady is staring at me with NOT A SINGLE customer inside the entire building... Needless to say I was over it and drove off without ordering. This seems to be a recurring issue this is the 3rd time I've experienced obsurd wait times to just be handed a half dozen donuts

Really good donuts but don?t believe the hours. They were almost entirely sold out when I went in a little before noon and the store was set up to be closed (chairs up, almost zero inventory, drink machine down, etc). A lot of staff standing around waiting for 2pm but they were all super nice and apologetic about the super sparse selection (2 hours left to go and I think there were a total of 25 donuts left). I am so done with this place. I used to love it, but the quality has steadily gone down, and availability of some items are very inconsistent. The final straw was this morning: Sunday morning at 10 am and they were already out of the regular, plain glazed doughnuts. I asked if there are any coming out soon, and was told they were done making them for the day. Sad.

The donuts have a terrible hot oil taste which overpowers everything else. While you order they place your donuts on a dirty plate before placing them in a box. Tip to the manager: wash those plates! It's seriously off-putting to see the donuts I'm buying, TO EAT, be put on a dirty plate. It's just common sense. The donuts are fantastic, but before 7am shouldn't they have the go-to filled donuts that sell the quickest? They are often sold out of things by 9am (even on the weekends which is busy). We have also started a fun game where we see how much service with an attitude we will get. We always wonder how bad it must be for the employees because they all seem miserable. I have been wanting to try this shop forever. Today is my sons birthday and he asked for donuts instead of cake. I figured that created the perfect time to splurge. I called at 6:00 a.m. and spoke to a gal who suggested 1 dozen fancy and 1 dozen mixed regular would be a good birthday option. Normally my experience is amazing and tasty, today not so much. I asked for 2 regular kolaches and 1 dozen donut holes per my usual. Normally the kolaches are heated, these were handed to me cold cheese not even melted, I decided to eat them anyways and when I bit in got a giant bite of jalapeno. ??

Ive loved donutsville since i was in highschool 8 years ago. They have great small mom and pop feel service, their breakfast sandwiches are so good, great coffee and a really great selection of donuts and other treats. Unique and delicious. The only con is theyre a bit slow, the last time i came i waited at the drive thru window for almost 10 minutes waiting to pay for just an americano. I ended up having to drive away. I havent had the issue walking up so i would recommend if ur in a hurry to just go in.

Absolute BEST donuts on the west side. Maple bacon on the weekends is legit. Specialty donut flavors are a perfect balance and the old tried and true flavors are reliable here. If you have never been here, don't go through the drive through the first time! Go inside. They have sooo many different kinds of donuts. Cake batter, regular batter, fancy toppings, puffy ones, and even specialty donuts and baked goods! We absolutely LOVE Donutsville!!! Thank you guys for always making us the BEST coffee. We stumbled upon this place by accident. I decided to be adventurous and try the maple bacon donut. It was really delicious! I've had another one from another place since and Donutsville's was infinitely better, lighter, and more moist. They had many varieties I had never heard of. My husband and I bought a selection and really liked each and every one. We'll be back!!

Convenient, and much better than other donut/pastry shops. Great bagels, and the reset of the family loved their donuts. Buy local, you don't have to start your morning in disappointment like you do at other donut shops.

Showed up at 730 am on a Friday, I hear the popular flavors sell out quick. Picked up a dozen donuts, everything was in stock. Bacon maple is excellent. So is their maple bars. Better than the grocery store, worth the extra splurge. Will be back for sure.

Placed an order for 6 dozen donuts for my daughter's birthday party, they were very accommodating to help her pick exactly what she wanted. This place also has kolache's and they are delicious! Price for a dozen donuts was close to $11. So a bit more expensive than the grocery store or Dunkin donuts, but quality is awesome, so it is worth the price difference.

I went there for the first time yesterday morning purchased two Donuts which were really good and I use my card I think my payment was 250. So I go there again this morning get the same two donuts and was told sorry the minimum purchase was card is $5. Can we get some consistency at these businesses? The boba here was so good! We started at chat chat down the road but despite saying they were open, their boba was not ready. We're so glad we ended up here instead! If you want the best Donuts in town, go here! My favorite is the cherry pie donut and the peanut butter and jelly donut. The Hawaiian hazelnut is also delicious (even though I don't like flavored coffee). They also have a delicious Kona blend.

Drove all the way over to see that they sold out of donuts... in a donut shop. The other reviews show this to be a repeat pattern with them. It was recommended by a friend. They need to learn from other donut shops how to do business. Perhaps find out why Duncan Donuts is open and serving people right now and they are closed. I will be driving there now. Probably won?t be back.

Donuts taste like "fair-food" to me. Like a deep-fried twinkie, funnel cake, or churros from the fair. Taste good but a single donut is enough for me. I called in towards the end of the lock-down (5/31) to ask if the walk-in was open yet. Nick answered the phone and told me "I don't know" and then just hung up on me. Can I have a stopper for my coffee? "I have tape" is what the employee tells me. Now I have coffee all over my car. Luckily for this business options are limited so I come back and just about every time I am disappointed they constantly run out of items and are very slow. The donuts are not bad the holes are better.

I've eaten here about 100x. Definitely the best sausage croissant egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and pretty much all of their donuts are amazing.
