Their donuts and their sausage kolaches are delicious. The staff are friendly so I don?t understand the reviews saying they aren?t. Friendly enough to listen to what I tell them I want and they get it as long so as they are doing that I don?t care about perky personalities. Usually they do say good morning when I come in. Plus they seem like they are just busy working by serving customers at the counter and the drive thru and working on food prep in the kitchen. Facility always seems clean and the donuts a
Donuts are great, service with the few times I have visited is not that friendly. Parking is limited due to location, and drive through is tight turn.
We come here often , sad to say we will be going to the other donut shop from now on , all I order are donut holes and chocolate milk and everytime I come it?s eye rolling , sighing , and just all around bad service .
The new owners are so rude. It's like it would kill her to be nice. Not a smile, nothing but bossy snarkiness. The donuts are also not as good and the selection ALWAYS seems to be low. We'll find a new place.
The old owner the guy was great. This new owner lady?s donuts are not as good. Also, complete lack of customer service. So rude. Sad cause this was my favorite donut shop.

Female Owner was so rude to my wife last week! Just asking simple question for price's, on donut holes and etc. she wouldn't look up from her phone to interact with customers. Being rude and hateful. It was for my son before he goes to school, and my wife pregnant.
I love love love the donuts .I buy 4 and I eat 4!!! I also want to say once u eat the beautiful ladys donuts u can NOT cheat on her i have tried and no one can touch hers. So enjoy them i know u will. ??? I posted that several months back I have to reiterate and say they must?ve changed hands because the donuts are nowhere near as good as they used to be there was just a certain taste that lady made him taste so good and she smiled all the time too she was pretty.
Really like this donut place. Reminds me of the shop my grandfather took me to when I was young. Staff is really nice, if any lines they move quick and there is a drive-thru. Apparently this place also has the best apple fritter around the area. I personally like their breakfast sandwiches and kolache (klobasniks). Reasonably priced and always fresh. 2022 EDIT: Still just as good and my original review holds true. I will always make the trip down here to get donuts. No place in Norman compares. Can't praise

I've stopped here several times on my way to Norman from Ada. The service is always polite and friendly. The donuts and related pastries are always perfect and consistent. This place reminds me of Yummy Donuts in Shawnee. It is also ran by an Asian family and the products taste very similar. The apple fritters are crip and thin and not doughy. I have not tried any of their breakfast sandwiches but I expect similar quality there too. Kinda hard to get into from the south but from the north it is easy access
Good breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and prices. Gave three stars instead of five, because they put my eclairs (a frosted donut) in a paper back instead of a box. By the time I got them back home all of the frosting was stuck to the inside of the bag and to the other donuts. It was a mess.
cannot comment on atmosphere since it was drive up but I have never experienced any negativity from staff but they are busy in the mornings, obviously
I Recently went thru the drive thru and got a jalape?o pig in a blanket. I can't tell you when/if ever I have had one this GOOD.The outter Bread around the sausage was so soft and fresh. Each bite was Delicious.

Good food for decent prices. I can get a Donut (sprinkles, old-fashioned, cake, etc)and a Drink (chocolate milk, orange juice, a soda, etc) for under 5 dollars. Amazing service, and fairly priced food to match it.
My favorite donut place of all time. It was on my way to work and opens at 5am so I could stop anytime I wanted...too often some weeks. Good people and good food, what more can you ask for.

I love this place. I came so often the woman had my order ready before I got there. Great place and friendly staff. I don't work in noble anymore so I probably won't come back, but I love this place! Great food!
Very short wait at the drive through and my kolaches were piping hot when I got them! Great place. The kolaches were bigger than average and the bread was savory and perfectly soft.

Dounut palace is a nice morning place to drop in have a coffee eat a donut and challenge your friends I definitely would recommend going there for a cup of joe
